Been over 3 year now since this company damaged my roof and still not been in contact to sort it. Also burnt out my zappi so had to buy a new one. Still not had mcs certificate. 7kw system but only fitter a 3.5 inverter so system doesn't work. Gordon is a waste of time as never sorts just full of promises he doesn't keep.. going to cost over £10000 to have the roof sorted so looks like we will have to take them to court

Great from design to install, some communication issues after install relating to paperwork but dealt with quickly and professionally.

We had batteries installed by solar style a couple of years ago. We already had panels. We've noticed our bills have dropped considerably. One bill last summer was £2 unfortunately the standing order was £21. Batteries and panels are well worth the outlay.

Replaced my old lead acid batteries with a more up to date Lithium ion setup, the guys were great, very neat and tidy job

Shaun was very honest about the misunderstanding of the purpose of the appointment. I had expected an assessment of our solar inverter nearing the end of warranty not a discussion of a battery system purchase with free renewal of the inverter. Shaun was open about the relative costs and agreed that if the inverter is working it is more cost effective to stay with it. Such transparency is very refreshing.

A very reputable firm, firstly I had solar panels fitted, then after getting an EV I had batteries installed, so far everything seems to be working fine, the installers/electricians did a fantastic job and the customer support is always very helpful if you need them

Throughout the sales and installation process, which was very smooth I was reassured that Solarstyle would be "with me for the journey". They were friendly and pleasant to deal with. After installation I found that this was a false promise - the call for payment came before the waft of exhaust fumes had dissipated and despite several calls and emails I have had no effective response to the issues with my battery installation which as far as I can see leaves me charging them up at any rate and potentially exporting to the grid at a loss when I should be charging them at the cheapest rate and using this energy myself at peak times. Not good on a £5K investment Added to this I have now discovered that rather than installing the hybrid inverter as detailed on my invoice they actually put an AC only version which requires replacing before solar panels can be installed. Very questionable practice....

Just had a 14 panel system and inverter fitted to my home, very professional service and nice team of people who arrived to do the works, cleaned up everything and looks great too thanks to all

don't try them, they fitted the meter wrongly and it is counting backwards. couldn't contact them simply because they don't answer the phone ! I don't even know if they still in business.

STAY AWAY, and don't give them any of you private infomation, you'll be pestered for years, no matter how many times you ask them to remove you from the system they never do, had to threaten legal action to stop, GDPR totally ignored,

Have previously had estimates from this company for works but have never proceeded any further. As a consequence I am on their database and Inow continuously receive unsolicited calls from them.This is despite requesting them to stop. Their customer service is abysmal.to such an extent I would never consider dealing with them in the future

I used SolarStyle to fit a 4KW system recently. The lads doing the work on site were great and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and cleanly. All questions were answered by my sales guy, Karl, during the consultation and after. The wrong inverter was installed, which ended up being a slightly more expensive one, but a one that had poorer functionality for my usage. However, once I paid for the panels communication broke down, I found I had to call at least 4 times to get a response or help. My panels began tripping my electricity every other day and it took 7 calls total to get an engineer on site, only getting a call back to arrange it when I finally advised that I was going to issue a charge back on my card. As it stands, I've called for help, and been advised I'd be called back for various reasons a total of 10 times, to which I have had one response back. I'll update this as I continue to work with SolarStyle as I've requested a quote batteries now (4 times contacted, 1 call back that was just a call to say I'd be called back, still waiting) so will see where it goes. For reference my 4.05Kw system cost £5000 all in. I'm aware this review makes me easily identifiable so if SolarStyle want, feel free to reach out. Just an update, tail end of the year I got a call from SolarStyle to get an update on how things are going, which was really unexpected and appreciated. I told them everything was fine and I was thinking of adding another string myself to the other side of the house and that I was also still missing a piece of equipment that should came with my inverter. the guy confirmed my details and said no problem he'd pass it over to the guy who can help me get the part delivered. I get a call an hour later from someone who asks about my plans for the new string, I tell him what I'm going to do and he offers a quote, I decline and tell him I'll likely DIY this one and just need the missing part. I get an "Alright, fine." and the dude hangs up. Turned a really positive interaction sour. 5 months later, no part has arrived.

Had our solar panels installed 3 years ago. We have been very patient with this company to no avail. I would recommend people go elsewhere for panels and installation constant phonecall and emails and now in debt with our utility company. Looking now into fixing the problem ourselves.

Would recommend. Efficient and polite. Explained all workings and took time to answer my many questions. All fitted as described, in good time, with a very neat finish.

Installation went well and the fitters did a very neat job and tidied up afterwards, however they where unable to show/explain how the system worked through the app due to time constraints etc. This did initially cause a few problems in not having a person to person instruction, over the phone instructions did not work. we then had a visit from an engineer ( Whadje ..or something like that ) who was brilliant. Both my wife and I are over 70 and he had lots and lots of patience. We now understand the system fully and think its the best thing since sliced bread.

We used Solar Style as a result of a cold call the prices were very good and all the staff were extremely helpful, pleasant ,professional and knowledgeable .The fitters were excellent well organised, the roofers were excellent, all the fitters went over and above. They all cleaned up and removed any mess that was made . We would recommend Solar Style to anyone .

If you go by my experience you would be suprised how quick the ball starts rolling from qeting the most competitive quote to fully installed solar panels I would say its the best and money saving experience you could ever wish for. All the people i had to deal with were pleasant and explained the whole process in details in plain english

I have no hi have no hesitation in recommending Solar Style Distributors Ltd. The service I received from both customer service and installers was excellent. The after sales service was also excellent. I am registered blind and their after sales service went the extra mile to help me out. The installers were civil, friendly and very competent, cleaning up after them and leaving everything clean and tidy as well as giving a good explanation of the system. The follow up from head office after installation was excellent making sure things were done right.

First got panels which were fitted on time without fuss. Couple of years later got battery's again delivered and fitted with out fuss. Staff were helpful at all stages and afterwards.

Solarstyle fitted panels over a year ago and it has been beneficial. The team were very efficient and pleasant. However, it was sometime later that I realised the pigeon netting had been inadvertently missed. It was not a problem at first but, this year, scores of pigeons were absolutely delighted to nest underneath. They made a terrible mess and noise! Thank you to Jenny on reception and the team who were again very pleasant and obliging in sorting it out. They took less than an hour to frighten the pigeons away and fit netting.

Solar Style installed a 5Kwh battery on my existing solar panel system and also repaired roof cable connections. Team was efficient and polite. When sunny, batteries charge in about 2 hours and it is great to be able to use that extra solar energy! Batteries are still a bit pricey, hopefully this will come down in coming years.

After a few initial problems after the panels were installed my electrician found a poor connection, eventually Solar style sent some to sort the situation and since then everything is fine saving money on electricity team worked quickly and efficiently

We could not have asked for a better company to do the job, from start to finish everything went like clockwork, the call centre staff where so friendly and very informative, the lads that came out to fit the panels and the battery’s where spot on everything was done in one day. We have been very happy with the original installion of PV panels undertaken some 10 or 11 years ago. With the current situation with energy costs, we decided to upgrade our system to include batteries and a replacement invertor. The works carried have been to a very high standard. We would like to thank all staff for a "job well done", in particular Stuart Mooney (Engineer surveyor) and to Emily Norris (Installations Administration). In short we have no hesitation in recommending Solar Style Distributions ltd., for anyone considering similar work from this company.

I dealt with Solar Style as a result of their "Cold Call" to me - something to which I would not normally commit myself without contacting other companies too. As it turned out, their description and pricing for the installation of a 4kw solar PV system, with battery, was entirely acceptable. The surveys were done one week, and the system was installed a week later, with just over 4 hours work without domestic upset and with no building disruption, by a very friendly team. The regulations certification followed within a week, although to attempt understanding of the printed system details will take me a good bit longer. The initial sunny weather has now disappeared so I need to see the results on my electricity bills in the future, and winter is coming. Hint to future customers though - installation of bird guards around the panel edges is a must!

From initial contact and meeting with rep Jason who gave me the information and answers to my questions!! The day of installation came and the electricians were doing their work as the installation team were doing theirs on the roof !!! The work was done quickly and professionally and by the end of the day the system was working perfectly! Solar Style fitted a complete system for me in January including a couple of batteries. The installation team turned up when they were supposed to and were very professional and installed the system to my complete satisfaction, they were very friendly and cleaned up completely before they left. I was very happy with the company and their staff and I have been keeping a close eye on the power that they system is generating. My electricity bill has dropped and I'm feeding power back into the grid which I'm getting paid for, it's very addictive watching how much power I am generating every day. Great company, great service and they were very competitive on price.

An excellent product, at a very competitive price. All the members of the team that we dealt with, were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The team came to fit our panels when they said they would, and were very tidy and professional in all aspects of the installation.. All the paperwork was delivered in a very easy to understand pack. We are very pleased with the saving on our electricity bill. I would not hesitate to call this firm, if I had a problem with the system, as I am certain that they would address any issues I had quickly. I would recommend this firm to fit solar panels.

Great system prefessionally fitted about a year ago. An issue with the wireless dongle was quickly resolved by thier engineer Wajid. Highly reccommended.

I added a battery in December 2022 although my 12 panels were installed back in 2011. The team from Solar Style were prompt and efficient with most of the work taking just one day. At the moment I do not need to buy in any electricity - I expect this to be the case for 6 to 7 months each year. I can recommend Solar Style wholeheartedly - hence giving the company 5 stars.

I organised my solar installation through E-on but they used Solar style to actually install. There was some confusion over installation date due to miscommunication by E-on but once clarified all was done well. Scaffolding went up no problem, and installation was done a few days later. Installation team were very courteous and professional. A few tiles did get broken through install but the technician ensured replacement were put in place and even left spares for the scaffolders as he knew that they would probably break some (my opinion is that you have to expect these things).

We had our Solar roof installed in June 2022. The whole process was very efficient. On day one the scaffolding went up. Day 2 saw the panels installed with the inverter and batteries We were actually generating power at the end of Day 2. On Day 3 the scaffolding was removed. Solar Style arranged for all the paperwork to connect the roof to the grid. We were already with Octopus who are very good for micro-generators like us to deal with. In April 2023 we received £45 from them for the electricity we supplied to the grid. May 2023 should be even higher. This is in addition to much lower electricity bills. The installation has performed faultlessly for nearly a year now. All in all, I am a very satisfied customer.

Having had a solar panel fitted to my home for some time I was prompted to add to the system by having a storage battery system because of the rise in domestic power costs. The whole experience that I had with Solar Style was positive, from the site visit to discuss the proposed work, the installation team who carried out the work and the admin team who provided any documentation or information required by my Power Supply Company. The installation team arrived on time and carried out the work in a non-intrusive manner, the completed work lasting just one day. They not only set up the system but also set up an i phone monitoring app for me. As the battery installation was carried out mid-way through a FIT 3 month period and a new recording meter had to be fitted there was a little confusion when submitting my FIT readings for payment as such I would recommend that before the installation of a battery system is carried out on a previously installed solar power system that you ensure that a good clear photograph is taken showing the meter reading prior to the change. Would I recommend Solar Style to a prospective customer, based on my experience, yes.

I recently had a problem with my solar energy system and contacted Solar Style in the hope of getting an engineer to come out and fix it. From first contact with the office staff to the completion of the job by the two engineers the could not have been more helpful. My system apart from the inverter which is 3yrs old was installed 12yrs ago so I thought that might be a problem but they quickly diagnosed the fault and dealt with it. I have no hesitation in recommending solar style products or service.

Could not be better, from the initial sales visit to installation was great. We were kept informed. The install was well done with the chaps cleaning up any mess and guiding us through the app and usage. We have seen great electricity savings as well. Would recommend.

Having made several fruitless efforts to get someone to even give me a quote for installing solar panels, I was impressed when a friend gave me the contact details for Solar Style UK, and they came round within a week to do a survey. We agreed on a 4.2Kwh 10 panel configuration with 5.2Kwh batteries and the installation was scheduled for 2 weeks hence. As it happened the 5.2Kwh batteries were not available on the installation day, although I wasn't actually told this until the panels were actually installed and I asked where the batteries were! Nevertheless, I eventually agreed to go for a newer design, larger 8.2Kwh battery pack, at a higher cost. These were retrofitted a week or two later. The pigeon netting to stop the birds roosting under the panels was also fitted at a later date. The installation was done professionally and with minimum disruption. I have the Inverter and batteries installed in the loft. I then contacted Octopus to have a Smart meter installed. This was done a month or two later. In the meanwhile I applied for the MPAN to be able to export surplus power to the Grid. (All the information I needed was provided in the installation documents provided by Solar Style). Octopus were very helpful during the process. Once everything was in place for me to be paid for my electricity export, I asked to be put on the Eco 7 Tariff and configured the PV system, using the App, to charge the batteries from the Grid overnight at the cheaper rate (currently around 16p per unit.). Apart from when I use the shower, the house runs completely from the batteries for the rest of the day, the batteries rarely going below 45% charge before the next cheap period of charge. If it's sunny during the day, the panels keep the battery charged to 99% then export the rest to the Grid. Octopus pay between around 8p and 16p per unit on the Agile tariff depending on the time of day. The day rate for Eco 7 is currently around 42p per unit. My electric bill used to be between £100 and £160 per month, and when exports are included, is now running at around £30 per calendar month. I have gone back to using an immersion heater to heat the water (luckily I still have a cylinder) rather than the central heating, as it's far cheaper, even during an afternoon session, the immersion heater runs off the battery rather than the grid, and overnight it uses cheap grid power at the night rate. This obviously makes a saving on gas too. Overall, I'm delighted with the installation, and with the speedy service I received from Solar Style.

very poor,given 4 installation dates from September failed on all these dates,last two I'd taken time off to accomerdate ,only to be told that they had cancelled after I had phoned to ask where the installers are on the day of installations,very very poor customer PR ,do yourself a favour give this firm a miss,had to give 1 star could not post nil - phoned another company bigger storage batties installed in the attic all within 10 days - and cheaper...........

Great experience from start to finish, the quote process was straightforward with options offered and a final design agreed. Lead time was just 2 weeks from first survey. Had our system installed 6 months ago and absolutely no regrets, over summer the system was generating over 80% of our electricity which saved us hundreds on our bills and we are now looking into getting the BPS to add to the system so we can store our excess energy. Would massively recommend solar style to anyone, installation was smooth and the office staff have been more than helpful with any questions we have had.

Really happy with Solar Style from getting a quote to having the installation done the process was easy and handled in a professional way, no mess no fuss. Very polite fitters who just wanted to get on with the job in hand. Still early days to see exactly how much our panels will save us but also perhaps not the best time of year (November) so far so good though.

This is our second time of dealing with Solar Style we had Solar panels fitted years ago and then again recently they came to see us about a battery. The rep went through what we needed but we needed time to think things over so they left a quote with us. We had another 2 companies out and neither would leave a quote, both insisted we bought on the day. We don't do presuure sales so we went back to Solar Style who came and fitted the battery and then helped us to understand it all. Some really good advice over the phone and constant support from one of their managers. Some good work by all involved.

The sales team were brilliant, today, offered me what I needed, rather than what I originally asked for. This saved me about £5000. Absolutely delighted with my package.

The inverter stopped working at the begging of August phoned about 20 times. we have not had one person out to look at it, Asked for their complaints procedure weeks ago and still waiting, they are good at selling but where are they when the repairs are needed ?

My advice is do not use this company. Installation team is ok but after sales is appalling. I’ve been waiting for repair I reported in March. I’ve made numerous phone calls many on consecutive days amounting to over 60. Each time I’m promised a ring back but I’ve never ever had one. I’m still waiting after numerous calls in the last 3 weeks and still no return call as promised and no action either. I had no hot water through the I boost all through the Summer. I’m at the end of my tether with them. Promised a return call yesterday and when I rang today was promised a return call which did not materialise. Look for a company with good after sales service or you buy expensive equipment which does not work.

This company are a joke fast to get money out of you and install equipment but after sales are disgraceful I have called them probly 20 times now to get my inverter seen to as it stopped working. I got excuse after excuse as to why they could not send someone out half the time I was told someone would ring me back and they don't. I chase them get told someone will call me back within the day they don't call. This has been going on for a month now my inverter was checked told that the inverter was out of waranty yet the office said prior to the site visit that it was in waranty. So I am left now with 16 solar panels a brand new i boost and an inverter that no longer works. I am a working pensioner currently off work on the sick. I need the money my panels save me despiratly to live.......... Unless this company get this sorted I am going to BBC watchdog over them about empty promises and faulty inverters. A useless system that gives up the ghost and the company won't honour the guarantee. Thousands of £££spent on a system that's dead I.call it taking advantage. I had nothing but praise for them untill this event now I would not touch them customer services get sorted out asp

disappointing website with poor information. enquired over the phone and left my details waiting for a call back that never came. 1 week later i called again and did get a response. I was interested in the option of 0% finance over 3 year. The website shows examples of this with the companies basic package of £4,000 very disappointing that the company does not offer a package currently under £6200 (over 50% than advertised on there website) and do not offer finance for longer than 1 year. - also stated differently on there website. The sales rep Colin tried his best but did not do well at the basics, tried to tell me a 2.4kw system would only generate 2.4kw a day total. This is closer to 14kws..... For my house i only require a 2kw system and i tried to spec this with the rep however 2kw is not something the company is interested in and would be a waste of there time. Disappointing and will be looking else where.

Friendly and helpful customer service. James Flynn, sales representative have been excellent in communication. Quick and timely installation. So far have good experience with Solar Style and therefore I would recommend them to others.

I had solar panels fitted by Solar style in February 2012, then upgraded to Solar Edge in June 2020. The system has been excellent and given me considerable savings on energy costs. I have recently now had storage battery's installed that are working OK, however when the system does not seem to be working correctly and I have tried to get some customer service I cannot get a reply to numerous emails, phone call, and a messaging servive on web site. Solar Style are sadly lacking on customer service.

Good and bad. System works well, but sub contractors not too good. Company expanding too quickly so quality is suffering. Scaffolding team smashed my patio stones and nothing was done about it. Their recommendation rewards are just empty promises. Never pay up. After sales is not great. Would I recommend to use, probably not!!

The initial interaction with Andrew was very pleasant and professional so we decided to go with them. However everything after then has been a disaster like not even bad am actual disaster. They've changed the dates 3 times for install. Surveyors not showing up. Now when the install is finally done the app won't work. Rung them up rhey said they'd call em back....they didn't mot exactly unexpected considering how unprofessional they are. Rang again today and all the women had to say was "your offline" repeatedly well thankyou captain obvious when do you join the avengers? What does that mean and how I fix it....."ill get the app to ring you" absolute joke. After care is apparently non existent. Hopefully the panels work when there "online" but at this point I wouldn't be shocked if there just coffee tables from IKEA. Avoid at all costs find a professional company to do the work for you.

Service negative. Ignoring customer calls and emails. They do not want to send a service technician to repair the equipment. Solar Panels does not working at all or part time sometimes. I still have a warranty .Company ignores me totally . I do not recommend.

I had solar panels fitted end of July. The team were very respectful and worked hard, everything done in a couple of hours. This week I had a problem with the electric tripping off so I rang Leanne, head of installation team and within 4 hours Mark had been and fixed the problem. Fantastic company to deal with.

Appalling service. They ring constantly to try and come out to your home to sell their products. We asked them to call back in a few weeks to organise a time to come out- they rang back within a couple of days. The calls began to border on harassment. We finally arranged a date and time, 20 minutes after they should have arrived the office rang to say they couldn’t come out- no reason why given. They said they couldn’t come back to our area for another 3 weeks. We told them not to bother. If this initial experience is anything to go by I dread to think what they are like if you actually engage their services fully. AVOID.

Brilliant! I have just had a new inverter fitted to replace my old one. The job was done in 10 minutes! Very efficiently done by a pair of very pleasant lads. Prior to their visit I rung the Installations Adminsitration Manager, who was also very efficient and friendly. I would recommend the company highly.

I would definitely recommend solar style UK had my solar panels fitted in 2016 and they came straight out today to fix my geo meter even though it was out of warranty by 2yrs thank you very much Tony and team

Very happy with solar system always producing and saving on bills excellent service!

Had my roof replaced and took the opportunity to install solar panels at the same time into the roof to avoid any issues with local collared doves nesting. Knowledgeable, good and very pleasant installers. System installed in Sep'18 so now been in for over a year and panels are generating in excess of what was shown on the contract so very happy and will continue to save on electricity bills moving forward as I don't expect prices to reduce by my electricity supplier!

I had solar panels and battery system fitted back in Septemeber 2019 and the whole process from start to finsh was amazing. The sales girl was lovely and professional, the installations guys were quick and clean and being able to see the finsihed system working on an app on my phone is just amazing.

Thank you to Solar Style UK for all your help and support over the last month, I thought I had missed out on the Feed In Tariff due to me not filling in the paper work and sending it off in time. With the help of the girls in the office they organised my paper work with me and helped me to get my Feed In Tariff for which I’m very grateful otherwise this would have been a complete waste of money for me.

I had solar panels and hybrid battery installed in September 2019.. I was impressed with the service from surveyors and installers. The work was tidy and efficient and as it turned out I had been quoted a price for 16 panels and could only fit 12. The contract was replaced, the price reduced and I received higher wattage panels. I was very happy with the service and can only speak as I find. The sales pitch was a bit OTT initially, but the workers are professional and work to a high standard. The customer service has been top class, so five stars for a job well done.

We had thought about it for sometime and when we go the call we finally decided to take a look. The Young last who contacted us was lovely and was easy to talk to. The whole thing from start to finish was made easy and I would recommend them to anyone.

I recently had solar pv fitted this summer, I can't speak highly enough about them.The staff at the company were well mannered and were more than happy to answer all my questions, and they said I can call in anytime if theres is any further questions or problems.

Had the system in 2 years... never worked properly from day 1... stopped working altogether a year ago. We've had no hot water for over a year only when we've lit the log burner which was impossible with the summer we had last year. Salesman was pushy and didn't leave till after 10pm we had to ask him to leave to get the children to bed. Told the Iboost would give us plenty hot water for a family of 4 it doesn't. Rude and patronising point of contact. Chased them from day 1 and they always have no records of our calls, previous members have left the company etc. Gave them plenty of chance to rectify the issues with no joy so contacted the finance company to see if they could resolve... they froze there payments and we had a guy from Solar Style come into our home, promise us the world and not deliver. So basically sat in our home and lied to our faces. We have been going round in circles for 2 years. Still getting phone calls from their call centre asking if we'd like Solar panels after repeatedly telling them to take us off their list as we are fighting to have these panels removed. We also know of 3 other people in dispute with this company or seeking legal action. WE WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Wished I'd never let them into our home.... we didn't just buy on a whim either we'd had a couple of companies out and these seemed the best at the time. Wished we didn't bother!! I could write an essay on this company of the bad experience we've had and are still having!! Please, please stay away!!

First class job! From the 1st call to the solar system being fitted, can't speak highly enough about the young lady i spoke to at the start all the way through to the lads that came to my home and fitted the solar panels and system. Excellent work and very tidy and polite. Great job, highly recommended.

Very very keen to call, infact 5 times a day. What is good customer service ? And when does many calls become a nuisance ? I decided to read their own reviews on here and realised they weren’t the company for me so told them kindly I no longer want a visit or any further calls , SO they called me again VIA their sister company on the same phone line! These guys are relentless and won’t stop! Please never go with cold callers, choose 3 RECOMMENDED COMPANIES for any home improvement work then make your decision from there !!!

I was trying to correct my last review but sadly can not find it, I think it is only fair I give a full review including the good point Tt is my view that this company should be avoided at all costs. The salesperson had poor knowledge about what needed to happen so the get the system installed informing me that all cables would be in the loft, The surveyor explained properly and was clearly and accurately about what needed to be done and clearly knew his job, he was used to having to correct people. The scaffolding team they used needs to be removed from the trade, broken tiles and broken flagstones due to throwing stuff about left tool and had no respect for peoples homes . The install team did a basic job drilling from the wrong side of the walls causing broken bricks and decorative problems. The safety paperwork left on the walls do not relate to the system installed as they had to change the system sold (they did put a better system in) it was set up and i was given an account and setup online. sadly I was not given the password to the inverter so when i changed my Wifi router this caused a small issue of it not connecting The call Center are understanding if and when you can get hold of them but have to get a manager to call you back. The manager or director (depending on the day of the week his job changes) will promis you the world but clearly does not have the support team on the ground to do what he needs doing so it all just ends up as good intentions with no results. The best way to get hold of him is to get building control involved as returning his call is not his strong point. The electric test certificate sent out in the pack was not compleat only 2 pages sent and no signatures. This has now been corrected with a revisit and testing by another electrician , they have today been and finally finished putting the roof right. It really is not worth all the hassle date the system was install was the 5/10/2018, the date final repair work was done 8th Jan 2019 Im still waiting for paperwork which is promised this month.

This company constantly contact us to try to sell solar, ignoring the fact that we still have outstanding issues with another part of the company Ashtree Home Improvements. If you want any after sales service, please look elsewhere, as you will not get it from this company!! Won't even answer phone calls now after many empty promises made

Cold calling despite being listed on TPS - any business who doesn't adhere to the GDPR isn't worth your money - avoid at all costs.

Got the Panels, work fine. Pretty simple they do what their supposed to. Should have got them a few years back but still atleast im getting something back from them. Process was easy enough

Had the solar panels fitted last year. Everything was pretty straight forward. The only reason its not 5 is because documents took a little longer to get out to me but overall pleased.

Got my solar panels fitted just before Christmas by solar style uk and must say the service was brilliant the whole process was easy and now im already seen a big difference in my electric bill haven't had feeding tariff back yet but so pleased only regret is i didn't do it sooner !!!!!

I had solar panels fitted nearly 3 years ago and it was a big mistake I was supposed to be signed up with interest free over 5 years then I found out 12 months later I was actually paying interest and it was over 10 years with a different finance company, I contacted solar style on numerous times and they couldn't answer any of my questions so they stopped replying, I did take it to the ombudsman but he couldn't help ( long story) I only recieved my certificate of installation today I had them fitted two and half years ago, I wouldn't trust this company if they were giving them away for free STAY WELL CLEAR at least dick Turpin wore a mask before he robbed people

Great installation team. However, the benefits and saving were totally misguided. We were told the position of our house was irrelevant as panels worked on daylight and not sunlight. We were told the FIT payments and reduced bills would virtual pay for the panels. Unfortunately we have only generated £159.00 in FIT payments over 2 years. The electric bill went down by £14/month but panels cost £126/mth. Additional Stotovi system installed which pumps warm or cool filtered air back into house, great idea but it works intermittently and instructions not available in English. Even with savings to a reduced energy supplier it still costs the household of 2 adults and 1 child an additional £1344 per annum. This may be an isolated experience but very disappointed and family holiday cancelled. .

I've been a customer of solar style for 3 years I've had 2 small issues which were sorted quickly and I have always found the staff to be very polite and efficient. Keep up the good work

Bought a hybrid systovi system & a battery storage. It all started from a knock on my door to which i dont usually entertain! The guy who i spoke to was very pleasant and very informative so I listened and in the end agreed to an appointment, The advisor that come to my home was also nice enough, After what the advisor had shown me I decided to place a order within two weeks i had my hybrid system which was fitted on my roof in only a couple of hours. The guys which come to fit my solar panels done so quickly and also cleaned up any mess they made. I would recommend this company and i have to my family.

Pleasant sales reps. Very eager for money & to install solar panels which, were fine for a year. Last year we had the solar hot water system & the battery to store electricity installed. After a year the solar panels not working, after many months they still weren't working. When we eventually had someone to look at the set up the people had no idea! It turned out to be the feed in tariff meter which, I had suggested it might be way back. The manager at last made contact with me, he hadn't replied to any of my emails or letters prior to this. He offered a small payment "as a gesture of goodwill " which I'm still waiting for! A couple of weeks later the solar hot water system packed in! So for nearly 3 weeks we've been trying to get someone out to see to that! Absolutely wish we'd never heard of this company.

Had a home visit from one of their 'assessors' and found him to be the rudest and most patronising person I have ever had the displeasure of inviting in my house. He actively discouraged me from conducting my own research before commiting to his product and didn't waste time leaving when I tried to press him for details. I suspect he was only interested in targeting vulnerable people who can be easily led (i.e. ripped off) as opposed to providing a quality product and service. I would advise avoiding this company at all costs.

Let one of their 'advisors' come to our house. Big mistake. Beware

Cowboys! Promised me a boiler and solar package, but only fitted the solar! Tried calling for months but the manager is always at 'meetings' or bust. So essentially I've paid over the odds for a few solar panels! Stay well away!
