Updated October 2026 to say I had my kitchen tap changed today, the plumber called me to confirm what time to expect him, they ordered and brought the part, were tidy, friendly and no more leaking tap. I always use this company because I know they are reliable and trustworthy. I used Waterworx earlier this year to change my boiler. They changed my heating system from a conventional boiler with water tank to a combination boiler relocating it to the loft. This work required some plastering which they arranged. I also changed my thermostat to a NEST which they fitted and they replaced an old radiator during the process. They also had to replace my shower to a compatible one, so a fairly big piece of work. They cleaned up after themselves removed all the rubbish and the team members that worked in my property were friendly and professional. The work was also completed quickly. Keith always responds and updates you. They are coming back to refit my bathroom shortly which will include coordinating the various tradesman. Local reputable company who strive to give the best service.

My elderly parents were quoted £216 for a same-day call-out regarding a smoke alarm, with a further charge of £130 per hour after that. The issue turned out to be a battery that needed changing, although the company didn’t know this when quoting. They take the money over the phone before the visit and this was refunded. I felt the call-out fee was very high, and I was disappointed that no questions were asked over the phone to help establish what the problem might be or whether a call-out was needed. Some basic questions could have helped my parents make a more informed decision.

We were impressed with the professionalism of Waterworx from the time we enquired to the finished result. All of the people involved, inspection engineer, the office staff and the engineers who installed our new boiler. The men did not leave until they were absolutely assured everything was working as it should be. They also left the place tidy.

They were professional, courteous and experienced. They also were very organised and demonstrated strong communication skills throughout the project - keeping us in the loop about the work and would double-check with us at certain points, as necessary, prior to proceeding. Initially when the hot water valve wasn't working, Chris suggested to give it another try before replacing it. Eventually it failed again and Chris replaced it promptly.

So I could run water to my shed, Waterworx installed a tee-piece in-line in an existing cold water supply, and a tap on the end of the tee. The plumber turned up on time with all the parts needed, and did the job quickly and efficiently. Finally he fully tested the new joints to ensure there were no leaks. Great job.

I'm a very happy customer. Keelan arrived within the timeslot given and got to work straight away. I had asked him to service my boiler and mend a leak in it. This he did quickly and efficiently He had to go out to get the the part to replace the one that had failed and this was done quickly also. No one enjoys having to have a new boiler installed. Anyway, this happened in June, not in the midst of a freezing winter. The guys did a fine job; a minor tweak required shortly afterwards, but everything sorted. I am sure I could save a few pounds by searching for cowboys, but I prefer to have a good service. No mess left in the house either.

After having issues with a leaking toilet, Waterworx promptly came out to fix the problem. After an initial attempt to fix it with a simple low cost option (replacing the seal), it became clear that there was a bigger issue. No issue for Waterworx, after ordering in a new flush mechanism, they came back the next day to fix it - now flushing like a dream! Great service and at a very reasonable price too!

Louie Trujillo and his team did a great job with our bathroom and downstairs cloak room toilet. He was incredibly communicative, telling us each day when he'd arrive and what he'd be doing. He was tidy and supportive - open to explaining questions about what the options were and his approach. His workmanship was excellent - he took considerable effort over tiling and attention to detail and gave us good advice on colour choices for grouting and finishes. He didn't finish the job until he knew we were happy with all the details. At one point we had an issue with an old waste pipe from the downstairs toilet. He came to check this on the same day very quickly and then offered supportive advice on what needed doing. It meant he had to make some changes, including drilling a hole through our wall and the boxing work he'd already completed - he approached this very difficult work with real persistence and care, and made an excellent job of solving the problem for us. He was nice to talk to and be around and took a lot of time to support me with decisions about selecting the right cabinets, sanitary ware and fittings. We would definitely recommend him. The other trade people in the team were also efficient (eg. Ethan the electrician), polite and coordinated well by Louie. Overall an excellent experience. I have knocked off one point for the Waterworx quotation service which I found confusing. We thought we had a quotation agreed and date booked but this changed without us understanding what was going on and we lost our slot. There was a significant markup on the supply of cabinets etc. so I would recommend doing this yourself, and especially so you can choose what you need. They didn't seem to offer a design service, so it wasn't clear to me how we were expected to feed into / sign off on choices - and in the end it was easier to take this bit on.

I have had a total replacement of my bathroom which included walls covered in pvc panels, flooring, toilet, wash basin, and a bath size shower tray and shower to replace the bath; also a radiater towel rail. The Plumbing Team, Luis and Ronnie, were absolutely brilliant and have done a fantastic job.

I've used waterworx on a number of occasions now. The latest visit was to an issue having no hot water. I called the office and arranged a visit for the following day. Melvin the engineer quickly found and fixed the problem within the hour call out and replaced a faulty heating controller. Very efficient and professional heating engineer. This company is nothing short of a scam disguised as an “emergency plumbing service.” We discovered a serious leak coming through our kitchen ceiling from the bathroom upstairs in a relatively new-build house. Since it was the start of a long bank holiday weekend, most local plumbers were closed, so we relied on this company because they advertised themselves as a 24/7 emergency service and had many positive Google reviews. Looking back, those reviews honestly feel fake. On the phone, they immediately took our card details and charged us around £220 upfront, promising an engineer would come quickly, identify the issue, and at least make the situation safe and temporarily repaired over the weekend. Instead, we waited around 5 hours for someone to arrive. The engineer who eventually came was shockingly unprofessional and completely incompetent. He spent most of the visit silently staring at the ceiling while my husband and I practically had to guide him toward the obvious source of the leak, the bathroom directly above the kitchen. There was almost no communication, no investigation, no proper diagnosis, and absolutely no urgency despite water leaking through the ceiling. After less than 30 minutes, he simply shut a valve, said “maybe this is the problem,” and left, promising to send a quote later. The leak was NOT fixed. We spent the entire bank holiday weekend stressed and worried about potential structural damage to our home while the problem continued. In the end, we had to call another plumber ourselves, who was actually helpful and at least gave us proper temporary advice to reduce the damage. And the best part? The “emergency” quote from this company only arrived THREE DAYS LATER, after the bank holiday weekend had already ended. So what exactly did we pay £220 for? This was not an emergency service. This was taking advantage of homeowners in a stressful situation, charging premium prices, and delivering absolutely nothing in return. Avoid this company at all costs.

Very happy with the works done for replacement/modernisation of a shower at my mums house. Since the work was done, Ian came back twice, once to tighten a nut and install mesh which corrected a very small minor leak from the shower head, and 2nd time came around to turn the shower door around so it opened the way my mum wanted it. (bifold door so there were two options on how it could be installed) That shows you customer care - thanks Ian. Well done to Jack and Dean who managed the install of the shower in 2 days, good professional worksman ship throughout.

We have used Waterworx on several occasions now, from servicing our boiler to replacing our bathroom suite, and never had an issue. This time, I’m delighted to say, was no exception. On Tuesday they replaced our old boiler. They came round a few days before to conduct the survey and ask a few questions about what we wanted. The quote arrived a few hours later, which we quickly accepted as, firstly, we have used them before so trusted them, and second, they were the cheapest. By quite a margin! We received a call shortly after this with the offer of dates to fit the new boiler. On the agreed date, the engineer arrived, and as we made him a coffee, he covered the carpets. He then messaged the office and, as he was removing the old boiler, the new boiler, flue and other ancillaries were delivered by a colleague. No more “I’m just popping out for some parts”, only to be gone for hours! By four O’Clock, they were wiping the boiler down and hoovering the carpet! We were shown how to operate it, and they made sure everything worked and that we were happy before they left. Excellent service from arranging the survey to waving the engineer off. If you have a plumbing or heating need, call Waterworx. You won’t regret it.

I'm a little late in rating this because this work was done in February but the service offered by Waterworx and the quick response I received from Keith was truly excellent. I contacted Waterworx on Thurs 5th Feb because our old boiler was leaking water, but still working and Keith responded very quickly with a quote and offered to complete the work within a week. We then lost our hot water and Keith was quickly able to bring forward our installation and the new boiler was installed after the weekend on 9th Feb. The engineer (Matt Parr) that installed the boiler was punctual, cleaned up afterwards and worked efficiently to remove the old boiler and install the new one. From start to finish an excellent job all round and I have no hesitation in recommending Waterworx for anyone needing a new boiler or any kind of plumbing work.👏👍

I previously had 2 other plumbers took at this who could give me a straight answer on cost to fix, both claiming it was a big fix and involved removing tiles. The company use an online portal system to provide their quotes and you can then accept digitally available online. The work itself was arranged within four days of the emergency. Can’t speak highly enough of Gareth who carried out the work., kept me informed of every stage, was happy to answer all questions and it was a real pleasure to have him in our home as he was both clean and efficient in carrying out the work. Had Luis from Waterworx here to fit our new shower today, had to do some remdial work as well as tiles needed replacing. He communicated verry weel at all times and did a first class job. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Gave them a call Thursday morning with a leaky radiator which had also emptied the boiler at about 10.30 am and engineer was with me by 1.00 pm. Which was great. He rang to say he would be with me in 30 mins and a nice young lad arrived and completed the job within the hour. So overall a good service. The lady I spoke to on the phone was also very polite and nice.

Although only a small issue (replacement of a broken electrical wall socket) the service I received was impeccable. Of special importance was the communication from the engineer: a delay caused him to be later than he expected. He provided regular updates to me so that I did not become concerned about his arrival. In my experience as a retired Quality Manager this attitude is often lacking in service companies and I applaud them for it.

Our little DIY project didn't go to plan and we ended up with a leaking radiator connection point after taking the radiator of for some decoration work. Turns out the valve was very old and couldn't be closed properly. I called Waterworx and literally within 15 minutes we had someone at the door and it got fixed, and that on a Saturday! Will get the radiator replaced by Waterworx with new TRVs.

Recently needed some repairs to our shower grouting and seals due to water finding it was out of the shower. Really friendly chap, explained everything really well and wasn't rude about my own poor attempt laying new silicone. Great job.

The plumber was incredibly defensive, rude and condescending when I queried what was the work that was being charged for since the initial quoted work was not carried out besides diagnostics. He became incredibly defensive and accusatory. I agreed there may be a miscommunication from his management and therefore will speak to Waterworx directly. He accused me of not wanting to pay for his expertise and started talking about all the years and experience he had which I told him I can understand we’re paying for his time. His lack of etiquette and customer experience came across misogynistic. We were disappointed because we stated that the system may need to be flushed to Keith when we were booking but the plumber told us he was only asked to attend a 30 minute slot and so cannot get the work completed today. We did not feel it was value our time or money as we had allocated the day for a larger job. I called Waterworx and the lady who answered the phone was incredibly apologetic and kindly explained that I should not need to pay for the quoted work if the work was not carried out. So we instead paid for a discounted call out charge. They appear to have a great customer service team hence the two stars but the plumber was awful.

My boiler was being very temperamental just five days before Xmas, it stopped working completely , having an elderly person living in the house I needed urgent support, so decided to get a new one asap. Keith responded immediately, did a video survey and gave a good quote for a more durable boiler. Within 24hrs an engineer came and fitted my boiler. Keith came out to assess my faulty boiler on just 30 minutes’ notice - right in the busy run-up to Christmas. He clearly explained all my options, including transparent pricing and the ability to spread payments over three months. Liam then did an excellent job installing my new Baxi boiler and removing the old immersion tank. He left the house spotless and even locked up for me when I had to dash off to work. Called Waterworx on Boxing Day evening as our boiler stopped working. Keith answered straight away and was able to send an engineer out within 30 mins of making the call (Yes, that’s 30mins response time on BOXING DAY!!!) Within 30 mins the Waterworx engineer was able to bring power back to the boiler using a temp fix to ensure we had hot water and heating overnight, he then came back round in the morning to provide a permanent fix once he had all the parts and finished the works very quickly. The engineer was very polite, considerate and tied up after himself. Having used Waterworx in the past, I’m already fully aware of their high standard of work but to rescue us on Boxing Day and provide help so quickly fully exceeded my expectations and demonstrated why they are the go to heating and plumbing company in the area. Boiler service done quickly and efficiently, boiler now working better than even however couple of bad points. Engineer left loads of dirty/greasy fingers marks on the cupboard which holds the boiler and also never mentioned he increased central heating temp to 80° from 55° which it was set to and that nearly resulted in my 2 yo burning his hand on the radiator...

As per my previous review, I called WW for the work required to my downstairs bathroom. The plumber, Louie, and his apprentice visited to gather works information and for a quote to be provided. This came 2 days later, included all work including electrical, and I paid the obligatory 65% deposit. Louie came back the following week and completed the work to a very high standard in 3 1/2 days. Throughout the job both he and his apprentice worked hard, were very respectful of property as well as doing exactly what they said and kept to timescales. They even tidied up after themselves as promised. I would certainly recommend them as a result. Ethan, the electrician, turned up after they had finished and provided the necessary connections to power that was required. He was also very professional, courteous and respectful throughout. I would also recommend Ethan for his work ethic and ability. I was happy to pay the balance to the invoice on receipt.

Found through Worcester's fast track service as my ancient boiler finally gave out and needed a replacement. Wednesday night I hit 'submit query' on the Worcester website and got a call less than a minute later from Keith and a video call to look at the current boiler setup. Sent a quote upfront and didn't try to upsell anything. Thursday someone came to install the boiler, the old boiler was wired a bit weirdly so he couldn't quite get everything working. Friday an electrician came around and fixed all the wiring. The boiler swap had left something of a hole in the wall, so on Monday a plasterer came around to seal up the wall, then back on Tuesday to smooth it all over and paint it to match the kitchen. The whole time there was zero quibbles about the extra work needed, and no extra charge for any of it. Everyone who came was friendly and just got on with it. Invoice came via email, super easy and all above board. Anyway, all this to say the service was 10/10, fast as could be and very professional. I'd completely recommend waterworx!

I’m really impressed with the service I received! The response was incredibly fast.I was contacted straight away and asked to send pictures and dimensions of my old radiator. While other companies were offering engineer visits in one or two weeks just to give a quote, these guys provided me with a quote within minutes after seeing the pictures. The price stayed exactly as quoted, no surprises. I mentioned I needed the radiator changed on Tuesday, and by Thursday it was done ;they could have even done it the next day if I’d been available! From the day I made my enquiry I have been impressed with this company. I made my enquiry online through check a trade and had a call within minutes. I had people come over the next week to fit my boiler/ add in a new shower and kitchen tap. The 2 gentleman that came we very friendly and professional and respectful of my home. I can’t recommend Waterworx enough! My heating and hot water became intermittent when in use. Waterworx came out the same day of enquiry. Stephen completed a full service and went above and beyond. He gave me a thorough diagnosis and gave me options on next steps allowing me to make a decision right for my budget. I opted for a new boiler which was then installed by Louie a couple of days later. Louie completed the installation and showed me how to adjust the settings. My heating and hot water now work, and my water pressure and time to heat up has improved massively. Both were friendly, thorough and provided excellent customer service! Thanks so much!

I can’t recommend Waterworx highly enough. We needed a new central heating system and extensive electrical work before we could move into our new house. They managed to do all our work in my ridiculously tight timeframe which also had to accommodate other trades doing their work. They did everything when they said they would. They did a fantastic job. The tradesman who came to the house both plumbers and electricians were lovely people and a pleasure to be around. One of the directors oversaw everything personally. This was not a big job for them, just an average 3-bed semi, but their customer service is amazing, and they clearly treat all their customers fantastically regardless of the size/cost of the job. The ladies in the office are also great. They are extremely responsive and very quick to answer any emails or queries. I wouldn’t use anyone else for any plumbing, electrical, or air-conditioning related work. And I was extremely surprised at the cost; I was expecting it to be much higher based on other quotes I had from companies that couldn’t work around my schedule. From the big jobs to the small they were excellent and amazing value for money. Five stars indeed!

We had Connor from Waterworx come on Monday morning to look at some pipework which needed rectifying. He was really friendly and approachable and quickly worked out what needed to be done. EDIT: We have had an ongoing email conversation with Waterworx involving this issue (a known issue they have chosen to not resolve) and we have not received a satisfactory outcome to this issue. Although we did not mention timekeeping in our original review, the job did take far longer than they originally estimated and no explanation was given. In response to the Waterworx reply, their T&C states states “we shall not be held liable for any delay … if such a delay is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control and we shall be entitled to reasonable time extensions”. The damages and delays were entirely caused by Waterworx's own engineer, and no explanation was offered as to why he took 15 hours on a job which we had been told would take half a day. The whole job took six days from start to finish (due to repeated visits as a result of the incorrect installation), which is not a reasonable time extension. We would really like to discuss this further with Waterworx's team to reach a better outcome, however they have decided the decision is final and no compensation will be offered for the poor service and damages. -------------- In June 2025, we used Waterworx to fix a broken hot water tank in our house. During this time, the installer caused a number of further issues in the house, such as causing another water leak, creating a big air lock in the system and also installing the flow and return pipes incorrectly, meaning we were left without hot water for five days. We had three repeat visits from Waterworx employees to fix this issue causing serious inconvenience over this week. We were actually in the process of moving house at the time, so the issues caused major stress and inconvenience in an already extremely busy time. When we asked for compensation for the damage to the house, Waterworx refused to pay for damages (stating they ask for the opportunity to make good the damages) however, as we were due to vacate the property imminently, we had to take time out of work and buy the materials ourselves (to fix the damage to paintwork and carpet caused by the further water leak) to ensure our house move went through and have since refused to retrospectively compensate us for this. I would be very hesitant to use Waterworx as they damaged our property and did not pay for the damages.

The young lad who visited our neighbour was very efficient and carry out the work very neat and tidy indoors but let himself down by not disposing of the toilets in a timely manner, he indicated he would collect them later in the day but left them in the front garden for 3 days .They were cleared quickly after I contacted your office. I have no doubt if we require any further work we will contact you again

They were able to get me booked in with Steve for a boiler service at very short notice the following day. He messaged to say when he was on the way, arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. Reasonable and competitive pricing. Payment was easy with a choice of cash, bank transfer or card online. No complaints.

The one thing that does concern me is that between 2023 and now the cost of the service has risen by over 41% which to be honest is a bit much

I use Waterworx for all my plumbing and gas needs. So when I saw they now offer Air conditioning, they were my go to company to offer AC solutions to cool the house in all this hot weather. It was a very professional and easy install. Started off with a house consultation to discuss what system requirements were and the different options available. They listened to my needs and worked with me to find the right product. Bosch Worcester was the selected AC as this has the option of connecting to WiFi to allow smart home applications (very handy to be able to remotely turn on/off and schedule timings for when we are coming home or leaving. No wasted energy then) Very tidy and clean fitment. Easy to use and now no more hot and uncomfortable days and nights. An absolute joy to have a cool house in this heat wave! Thank you Waterworx!

We just bought the Aquabion water system to get rid of limescale and the Wiser temperature control system. We were very specific in our requirements and Waterworx got what we requested quickly and in close communication with us to make sure it is exactly what we wanted. The installation was very simple and quick without any dirt. They also did a boiler service, and although some new parts were needed, they did what was required without any unnecessary upsell techniques.

Recently wanted a couple of small jobs doing. Waterworx replied to my enquiry promptly and attended to quote. Due to old house wiring a Fixed Wire Test was advised and as I was having an EV Charger fitted in a few days, I desperately needed the testing done quickly. Waterworx accommodated this for me. We then booked the remedial works - huge job with armoured cable runs and two new consumer units including replacing the main one. I cannot explain how faultless and professional engineer Chris was. Helpful and knowledgeable, kept everything spotlessly clean, was on time and worked hard and cleaned down and tidied at the end of each day. Recently bereaved too and disabled and so what could’ve been a really difficult time was made that much calmer and pleasant by Chris’s understanding and professionalism, shared by Director Keith who arranged everything to work the was we needed it to. My Air Con unit had broken. I asked a few firms that dealt with Air Conditioning, one firm said you need a new unit at about £1,000 pounds. I contacted Waterworx plumbing and Heating Services and Ricky came out to look and advise. He managed to get the part needed and returned replacing the part and doing a service to the whole system. From Ricky to the office staff the service was amazing. The expertise and knowledge from Ricky was incredible. We now have a fully functional system and it didn’t break the bank. I’ve just had my bathroom modernised. I’m absolutely delighted with the job that the Workworx team have done, The whole process from quoting through to completion has been very slick and easy. It was my wife’s birthday and we literally didn’t even know they were there. The guys were very professional and sympathetic to our predicament. We had Waterworx fit a new bathroom and Air source heat pump and couldn’t fault them. From the first day when Ash and Keith came to our home to lay out the options and make suggestions. They made us feel like what was a big deal to us was also a big deal to them. They do the simple things incredibly well. Turning up when they say they will, no hard sell, responding to questions, providing quotes and flexible to your needs appointments. Which if you’ve been looking for tradespeople you will realise is incredibly unusual. The heat loss calculation is incredibly in depth and made us feel like we were really getting the correct information to do the work successfully. The work on the ASHP - Chris, Ciaran, James and the rest of the team were all hardworking and happy to research and pivot to our needs. Again they also did what they’d told us they would always left the house in the best possible situation for me to continue living in (putting floorboards back down where required, getting electricity back on or running water back) The actual install including full repiping and adding 12 radiators and new electrical fuse box was complete within 2 weeks. Some of the on show pipework was very aesthetically pleasing and the team from Daikin commented on the quality of the install when commissioning. The bathroom - again top dedication especially from Dean who again worked hard sometimes alone and through until 6/7pm to progress the job to his satisfaction. The finished project looks good and we are happy with it and the experience Overall we were very happy with Waterworx as a company and with the choices we made having the work done.

Having contacted Waterworx for an emergency fix to our leaking hot water tank before our hols, upon our return we got them back to replace the tank. Dan arrived at 8.30am, kicked off his shoes, put a sheet down on the stairs and got to work on draining the system. He then removed the old tank, installed the new with some tweaks to the pipework, tested the system before tidying up (incl. vacuuming) and leaving at 5pm. He was very meticulous in his workmanship & also respectful of our property. A nice guy to deal with & would ask for him again. The Waterworx admin staff were also very efficient and professional over the phone, providing explanations of what to expect & cost. Very competitive rates compared to other local plumbers & would definitely use again.

We first contacted Waterworx January 2024 regarding the replacement of our fully working but twenty two year old gas boiler for a new one. It was at our request to have the work carried out in April 2024. We knew the installation wasn't going to be a straight forward one as half the house was on a one pipe system and the other half was two pipe. Waterworx came up with the solutions needed to bring it all together to work as one far more efficient system. We had additional runs of pipework put in to upgrade the existing one pipe side of the house which was done very tidily. Twelve months on and the new boiler and system now runs brilliantly, bills are down and the house feels warmer and much quicker than it used too when a bit of heating is required. As a company we have found them really easy to work with, they have always kept appointments and arrived on time. During the first annual boiler service Waterworx identified a functioning but mechanically faulty valve which they quickly replaced under warranty with no fuss. Since the boiler installation we have had some extra small plumbing works done and all to a high standard and at a convenient time to us.

Imagine trying to find a plumber on New Years Eve.! Waterworx sent me a plumber to repair a leaking pipe , in a really difficult location , early evening on the 31st. My bathrooms needed a full refit. As soon as Luis and Ronnie from Waterworx walked in to give me a quote, i knew i would go with them. They were so friendly, shoes came off at the front door -a must with cream carpets! I didn't really know what i wanted except that the bath had to go. Luis made some brilliant suggestions and showed me pictures of past jobs. He was creative, offering different ways to design my bathrooms. I called waterworx after the boiler breakdown in our house, we have inspection done right away and the recommendation was to replace boiler with a new one. Although food and money are the most common items donated to the foodbank, we recently had something a little different donated to us. Having moved into our new warehouse at the start of the month, we quickly discovered that the facilities were a little dated, and needing to wait nearly 10 minutes for the toilet to refill before the next person could use it didn't really appeal to our volunteers. So late one week, Father Mark and I popped into Waterworx to see if they could help us out by replacing the toilet with something a little more modern. Unsurprisingly, they said yes, and the following Monday we had the pleasure of being told that our new toilet has cost the foodbank absolutely nothing! Thank you so much to Waterworx for donating a new toilet to us, and a special mention to the two gentlemen who stayed behind this evening to make sure it was working properly! Power flush. Excellent service all round. They were the only company that gave me a written quote, that had proper office staff to speak to and they travelled the furthest to get to me, but they still gave me the lowest price by a wide margin. The staff were very thorough and made sure everything was working and all rads were bled, balanced and working after doing the power flush. They laid dust proof plastic sheeting throughout the hall stairs and landing and were polite and courteous at all times.

Phoned yesterday for a boiler service quote and availability, given an appointment this lunchtime. Keelan turned up exactly on time, serviced the boiler and departed within 35 minutes. He was very pleasant, professional and tidy. The young lady I spoke to yesterday was very friendly and helpful. Very pleased with the experience.

Good plumbers are like unicorns: incredibly hard to find. I thought twice about recommending Waterworx, because I don't want them overwhelmed with work, but they did such a good job I didn't think that would be fair. The great thing about Waterworx is that they will tackle any size job. It's incredibly easy to get a quote from someone to install a new boiler, because getting the job is worth the effort of preparing the quote, but when it's a small job, like replacing a radiator, or fixing a float valve, it's a completely different story. Waterworx is the exception to this rule, as they have understood that all jobs are worth doing, as long as you can price them efficiently. A proper, computerized, integrated system helps a lot with this, as everyone is kept fully informed. I am not connected to the firm except in that I'm a happy repeat customer.

I put off having a new bathroom installed because I was so anxious about starting a big project. But Keith, Louie and Ronnie at Waterworx really put me at ease. Louie took the time to listen to what I needed and what my worries were and soon came up with creative solutions that really work in the space I have. I am delighted with the end result - they took great care and did a professional job. Louie was always ready with expert advice when I wasn't sure what choices to make and I'm glad that I was able to find a team I could rely on and trust. Avoid these predators. The job was a simple part replacement. The callout fee was £108. The guy went to the nearby Wolseley to buy the replacement part for £290 (incl VAT). Then they charged me VAT on the whole £398 which came out £477. It doesn't make sense to charge me 20% on the price of a part that already has VAT included. When I raised this with their accounts team, they refused to acknowledge that this is an issue and claimed that this must be what I have agreed with the engineer. This is obviously a predatory tactic. The truth is that they will claim back the VAT on the part that they bought and make nearly as much profit from the extra VAT that they charged me as from the callout fee. Avoid them. Update: I received a call from them after they saw this negative review. As expected, the part was marked as £250 in their accounting system, which is £240 (price from Wolseley excl. VAT) + £10 markup that they add for insurance. Therefore, I should have paid £429 (£358 + 20% VAT) instead of £477. Then we went through the following arguments: - I must have agreed with the engineer the price of £398. What I agreed with the engineer was £290 for the part and £108 + VAT callout fee. - It was unfair to leave a bad review without sending an email first. I did speak to the accounts team and I was dismissed with the previous excuse. - Rough calculations leading to the conclusion that I was overcharged about £20. I did not understand how this worked. - The engineer must have gone a bit over the hour to do the job. They came up with 1h15min from some log. The job took 20 min for the trip to Wolseley + 10 min for the part replacement. Nowhere near an hour. - At the end they agreed to refund me £40. I appreciate the effort to settle the issue after my negative review, but it would have been much easier to charge me the correct amount from the start or amend the bill when I called your accounts team about it. Think about it. What if it was a £2900 boiler instead of a £290 part? You would have overcharged me £480! This really left a bad taste.

Several seals to bathroom fixtures. Friendly workpeople on the job, but failed to double check all seals were complete. Error was corrected during the initial visit.

Waterworx was incredibly helpful when I had a boiler lose pressure and needed help evaluating the problem. They scheduled an engineer the next day, arrived promptly, were polite, and showed me where the issues with the system were. They even took time to review my whole system including the oil tank to make sure I knew how it worked. Would definitely reach out to Waterworx again for jobs in the future!

I contacted waterworx on a Sunday after noticing a leak from my boiler. They were recommended by a family member and I can see why. Waterworx came to our rescue when our old boiler broke during the recent cold snap. Kieran and Ian worked extremely hard over 3 very cold days converting our system to a new combi system and we are really happy with our new boiler. I've had great service from waterworx bow twice in the same year.!!! From emergency on the day video calls woth Keith to help diagnose the problem to same day repairs when the engineer comes out. There wad also a situation where I was at work and my partner didn't remember what an engineer had said and I called up the office and I believe one of the directors Ashely spent some time on the phone with me explaining the next steps of some work I needed carrying out. Waterworx really are top tier. Boiler failed late Saturday evening with an internal leak and suspected PCB issue. Messaged them Saturday night and Sunday morning Keith arrived to look and try and diagnose the issue. The complexity of the breakdown meant another visit , to which was promptly sorted for Monday morning. We were given honest advice about the repairs and after deliberation we decided to opt for a boiler replacement . Waterworx we're sensitive to our financial situation and have helped us come up with best possible solution - the plumber named Danny who was sent to install the new boiler was extremely polite. The install was very professional - Danny walked me through everything necessary with regards to the installl, the new boiler and maintenance. I am very pleased and would thoroughly reccomend the whole of the Waterworx team to anybody looking for a service that doesn't feel like a constant stress. Thanks again guys 5*

I hardly every write reviews but we had a terrible experience with this company. They came in to investigate a bad smell coming from a bathroom, toilet was removed and put back without calk. Then the smell was much worse so they came back. This time it was a different tech who did something with the sink that caused the ensuite bathroom shower to full and block up with water. The tech said 'he could stay all day to figure out the problem but he wont' By thr next morning we could see water on the living room ceiling underneath! I called up and asked for someone to come through and fix the problem and the owners Keith called me and told me off like I was a teenager! Saying that it wasn't their fault and I was being rude etc. I'd happily share my emails here to show that while direct I wasn't rude considering the smell was worse, toilet not properly put back in, flooding shower and a wet ceiling underneath! In the end we hired another company who fixed the problem in 30 minutes.

Recently had Waterworx come to our rescue when we noticed a leak! Keith was great and helped us to isolate the issue over the phone as it was a weekend. They then sent an engineer out straight away Monday who confirmed the issue with our hot water cylinder. Given its age / condition we asked for a quote to replace, which we received and accepted same day. Works were booked in for the Wednesday and by that afternoon all was complete and working perfectly. So glad I stumbled across this company, good value, responsive and an excellent professional service provided by their engineers and office team. Thank you again for all your hard work.

Three hours late but these things happen. Mel came to undertake a boiler service and was obviously experienced, knowledgeable and did what seemed to be a very thorough and professional job. He was courteous, polite and tidy from start to finish.

I found Waterworx via a find-a-trader website. The work required was to re-run gas pipework after a leak on the old iron pipe, move a couple of radiators, and replace some old radiator valves. Waterworx visited quite quickly to carry out the work. However around midday the work team were very quick to leave for the next job. Everything was checked and they left. Within 48 hours there was a smell of gas. Waterworx returned. The engineer spent several hours trying to find the leak in the cupboard under the stairs but couldn't. The gas was capped off. Another engineer visited another day and found the leak within minutes. At this point Cadent had to be called out. The Cadent engineer found that flux had been dropped on the anaconda causing a hole. After this was replaced, he found a pressure drop on the boiler, which should have been found when Waterworx replaced all the pipework and checked the system - keeping in mind the gas had been capped off and the boiler not used since their last visit. A part in the boiler had to be replaced, luckily under warranty from the manufacturer. Finally, on one of the radiators where the valves were replaced, the pipework had to be 'stretched' to connect the valve. This meant the copper pipe would not sit in the wall clip properly and was permanently popped out. Some of the wall clips on the external gas pipework were not clipped closed, and gas tape was not used to identify of the external pipework. Thankfully, Waterworx did not charge for finding the gas leak that they caused, and the 2 call outs to try and find it. They did however call to check that all the issues were resolved. I would be hesitant to use Waterworx again due to the multiple call-outs required to solve issues which seem to be due to lack of care. The 'admin' side of the company seems to be good, but the engineer work seemed rushed and careless.

I’ve just had Stephen from Waterworx out to service my boiler, he was absolutely brilliant such a nice guy. He seemed to do soo much more than my previous services with other companies. He showed me what he has doing, how bad the boiler was (works brilliantly but so much dirt in there) and I’m convinced even though we have had people service it they didn’t seem to do half has much as Waterworx do. I don’t have a clue about boilers but when he was done it looked brand new inside and he said it’s all in good order. I’ve found the whole process brilliant, from booking to payment utterly professional. Cannot recommend Waterworx enough we won’t use anyone else now.

My parents called this company for a free no obligation quote they didn’t turn up 3 times and when they did they miss diagnosed the problem then sent them a bill for £150 for basically doing nothing now are starting bullying antics by sending baliffs and going court you tell me would you pay for a service u did not receive avoid at all costs nowt but cowboys. response to your reply : how about you do your job properly in the 1st place turn up on time when you say you will, diagnose the problem properly fix the right parts instead of finding an excuse on every review making out it’s someone else’s fault take responsibility and become better in a company it was actually your company what said don’t worry about the payment then next thing debt collector is ringing PATHETIC JUST SHOWS WHAT KIND OF COMPANY PEOPLE ARE DEALING WITH !!!!

Booked Waterworx to install an outside hot tap. Firstly, the day they were supposed to come they had issues so had to come a day late - not a problem. Two Plumbers turned up the day after and proceeded with the installation. They managed to drill through a pipe in the wall flooding my kitchen with cold water. They then had to cut out a section of the plasterboard wall behind my dishwasher to fix the damage they had caused. This to this date has not been repaired and Waterworx have not responded to any emails that I have sent. I am left with an unsightly hole in my kitchen wall. When they replaced the dishwasher back in they managed to kink the waste pipe meaning the dishwasher refused to work and I had to fix myself. I personally won't use this company again and would advise others not to.

Hi I very rarely post reviews but I have just had Waterworx come and change a mixer tap in the kitchen and service my boiler. The tap turned out to be less than straight forward but the engineer persevered and got the job done. Glad to see there are still some proper tradesman about. Thanks Mark

This is my 3rd time using Waterworx. The first time was Great. The plumber that came out was professional, Knowledgeable and very friendly. He knew what he was doing. I decided to use waterworx again just for maintenance purposes. The second time the plumber came out to snake a clogged bathroom sink and to snake the main drain. He arrived with another plumber in training. The one plumber had the hardest time clearing the bathroom drain, it took over an hour. He was finally able to clear the clog. The plumber in training needed assistance with the main drain. The 3rd time on July 1, 2023 I asked if the first plumber could come out. Well they sent out someone else. He had the worst body odor. He set everything up and after about 30 mins. he stated that the trap was blocked, therefore he could not complete the job, still costed me $99.00 I don't know if it is because this home is located in the city of Detroit that on 2 occasions this company has sent out plumbers with little knowledge. I will not be using them again

Called Waterworx as had a leaking toilet. The enginer, Ian identified the issue that needed fixing and explained what was needed. He was very professional, friendly and helpful, talking me through what needed doing, I have used Waterworx on several occasions and will continue to for plumbing and electrical services and recommend them highly.

Didn’t turn up at all, called them and they said it was booked in for the afternoon (they told us first thing in the morning). Then they called to say they were on their way because something had been cancelled. Messing us about before they’d even got there. Then they quoted £20k for a job that others had quoted under £10K for. Won’t use them again.

I recently had my logik boiler serviced after it being installed last year by the waterworx Team. The guy from waterworx who serviced my boiler was on time very polite and very chatty. Fantastic service from Keith & his father. Phoned late at night, Keith got back quickly, told us what to do to resolve the issue overnight and came out this morning (with his dad), replaced the valve quickly and without any fuss at a very good price. Keith is even going to provide a quote for a couple of other jobs, which we are certainly going to consider. Cannot think of enough positive words to use for such exceptional service.
