Shaun and his trainee, Charlotte, did an amazing job removing my old combi boiler and replacing it with a heat pump and hot water cylinder. The installation was carried out as part of Heat Geek's Zero Disturb scheme. From the initial heat calculation, through the design stage and right through to installation week, Shaun kept me informed and was happy to answer all of my questions — even the nerdy technical details about the system. Shaun is incredibly experienced in his trade, and his attention to detail is awe-inspiring. During the commissioning of the heat pump, a fellow Heat Geek spotted an issue with one of the valves being slightly too high. Shaun immediately went to his van, got what he needed, and fixed the issue on the spot. During the installation, Shaun also brought along his plumbing apprentice, Charlotte, who is currently in her final year of college. He earned some big brownie points from me for supporting the next generation of plumbers! And as for the heat pump installation itself? Well, I woke up the day after the installation to an amazingly warm and comfortable house. The hot water is working perfectly, and I've developed a new addiction to checking the app every five minutes to see how the heat pump is doing! I’m planning on using Shaun’s services for many years to come.
From his initial scoping visit to the completion of the work, Shaun and his team were fantastic both with the heat-pump installation and the bathroom refurbishment. Having just moved into our new home, we didn't know any trades in the area so were nervous about who to choose. Shaun's visit reassured us - not just his obvious technical knowledge, but also his ability to look for solutions to potential problems. At the same time we drew his attention to our bathroom, which was in urgent need of refurbishment, something that his firm was well placed to sort out. Both jobs were completed over a period of three and a half weeks, though Shaun had been working for some time prior on the technical aspects of the heating system to ensure maximum efficiency, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the outcomes. The bathroom was totally refurbished - tiles, floor and all the sanitary installations - and looks great and, importantly, fully functioning. The heat-pump system was obviously more complex entailing new radiators as well as the pump and water cylinder. That work required a lot of problem-solving, all of which the team.took in their stride with humour and skill. We have no hesitation in strongly recommending Shaun and his team. Their positive attitude and cheerfulness, even when encountering a problem, ensured that we were fully informed and comfortable throughout.

We would like to thank Shaun and his team for a fantastic job they did for us. All of the upstairs ceiling was plastered and the bathroom and the utility room was merged into one bigger bathroom. The downstairs toilet was renovated as well and tiled to a very high standard. Shaun and his team helped us improve on the design of the bathroom and downstairs toilet which showcase their craftsmanship..would highly recommend.

After finding a flooded kitchen floor. I called M&M Gas Services and spoke to Shaun, who talked me through what I should do until he could visit later that day. Shaun arrived at the time agreed, was very professional in terms of wearing a mask, maintained good spacing and had brought his own hand gel. He was extremely friendly and even showed me where the pipe had split and explained why this had happened. After he had finished the work, Shaun cleaned up the entire area, which was not expected.
