JEL Renewables Ltd fitted solar panels and batteries, a Tesla battery in one case, and one customer said a jump start was given. Customers describe the installs as neat and tidy, and one said an awkward installation was handled efficiently. Several reviewers said the team was friendly and helpful, with two naming Alex and HJ as particularly helpful in advising them. Two reviewers said they would use the firm again or recommend it, and one was pleased with how JEL dealt with an awkward energy company over a SEG setup. One reviewer reported some confusion over the battery and FIT setup, which JEL sorted out and were responsive about.
JEL installed a Tesla battery. The installer was very neat and meticulous and all went well. Some confusion over the set up of the battery and FIT but JEL were very good at sorting it out and responsive to emails and phone calls. Very happy to recommend them.
After speaking with 5 companies, I opted to go with JEL because of their knowledge, experience and competitive pricing. They didn't let us down. The solar install looks great and we are generating plenty of power. I'd highly recommend them. Update - Still very happy with the set-up after 2 years. Today I received a call from the JEL customer service team as they could see the system wasn't working. I had updated my wifi and not updated it on the system. All back up and working now - great service to contact me!!
Jel did a fabulous job of our panels and the system they designed is brilliant!
Came to my rescue and gave me a jump start. Great customer service, top guys
It’s been easy and quick from the beginning. We’ve had a bad experience with another company but JEL have done an excellent job installing our solar panels and battery. Both Alex and HJ have been super helpful in advising us and making sure everything runs smoothly. Every single worker did a very clean and professional job and they were incredibly friendly.
Alex and his team are very knowledgeable and ensure that the system will be suitable for your needs. The installation team did a very neat and efficient job on an awkward installation.
Excellent team of professionals from the first inquiry to the installation. We primarily dealt with Alex who couldn't of been more helpful anytime we had questions or concerns. The work by the engineers was completed very quickly (less than a day) to a very high standard and were a joy to deal with. They were excellent at answering any questions and explaining things we had inquiries about throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for solar panels or renewable solutions. I wouldn't hestitate to use this firm again. Thank you for all the help!
Had my solar panels installed last week and the whole experience was fantastic. Very friendly knowledgeable team, Alex always kept me up-to-date and the installation team worked hard and left everything tidy. The lead time was only a few weeks, installation took a day and price was competitive. After an only very slight delay of a few days they came out on the bank holiday and worked hard to make up for it. Very pleased with finding such a friendly, local company and would highly recommend.
Cannot recommend highly enough. Communication was great, on the day, the installation was pain free and they were amazingly supportive when my energy company were being awkward with setting up my SEG; helping sort it all out.
Excellent service, would recommend to anyone!
Top notch service from beginning to end.
