I deal with literally thousands of Heating engineers every day. John needs to be one of the most responsive, polite and hard-working engineers that I’ve met. Add this to the fact he’s incredibly knowledgeable and always see right by the Customer, You would be hard pressed to find anyone better in the area.

John is a true professional. Friendly and approachable. He has just removed our old outdated boiler and heating system and replaced it with a new Vaillant eco TEC unit. A big job that took three days to complete. He did the work with the minimum amount of disruption and at no time were we left without running water. He left the job with no mess and I would thoroughly recommend him. We would certainly use him again should the need ever arise.

John recently installed our Vaillant Heat Pump and hot water cylinder, replacing an old gas boiler. John explained the whole process and managed to keep our hot water and central heating running with minimal disruption during -3 degree weather outside. All controls and systems were explained thoroughly on completion of the install and John has been available to answer any questions we had in the weeks that followed. Extremely happy with the upgrade, and the greater efficiency provided by the heat pump has reduced our enegry bills which is always a bonus. Fantastic service, would highly recommend.

We had a leak on our boiler. I contacted my regular plumber, who said he was too busy. Even though we were not strictly in John's area, after a quick over the phone and video diagnosis John agreed to come and repair our Vaillant Boiler. I have to say, he was brilliant. He judged it sufficiently urgent that he came the same day, repaired the boiler and gave it a full service. Thankfully I am now one of his customers, and feel better for knowing that.

Well, we eventually decided on a new boiler and having used John for a couple of years to do the annual maintainance we opted for his advice. We did get an estimate from the gas board to "sound out " the market place, they were far more expensive, with a lesser boiler and no extras (magnaclean type of thing).We opted for a Vaillent Combi and John duly arrived to fit it. In no short order the boiler and the roof exiting flue were out and within the hour the "scrapman" arived and removed the stuff. Tidy and professional, courteous, he just wants to get on with it. A self confessed boiler "geek",finished our installation on the day, explained things to us, everything left spotless. Thoroughly recommend John. We first contacted John in an emergency when our boiler decided it didn't want to work any more. He was really helpful, making time for us in his already busy schedule. We are provided with a reliable, competitively priced and trusted service whilst doing the boilers in an efficient manner so not to effect the business without compromising on the safety checks required. On occasion we have also had the need to speak to John urgently and if he hasn't been unavailable to take the call he always rings back at his earliest opportunity and has even carried out emergency repairs at very short notice. I had major issues with a new boiler I had installed, the boiler was constantly timing out and lack of water code constant on my boiler, last engineer wound not return my calls and come back to fix it, I got john from the internet, straightaway he attend and got straight to work within hours he found a blockage in one of my pipes with this thermal imaging camera, this fixed the water flow issue, he also recommend to change the open vent system to a sealed which he has come back to do, john intelligent honest and I can’t recommend him enough

Having had lots of problems with our old boiler we decided it was time to change and asked John for advice and a quote . John visited at the date and time agreed and discussed the boiler he thought suitable to consider with no pressure to buy . We had a Vaillant ecoTEC boiler fitted on the 3rd/4th June and have been really pleased with the whole process of fitting and the boiler performance so far . John has been exceptional in his work from quoting for the work doing , installation and answering a query following the work . He has extensive knowledge about the products he is working with and has a brilliant work ethic . On completion of the work John ensured the gas safe certificate and guarantee were done before leaving and forwarded them to me . John ensured the system had a power flush before commencing connection to the boiler . He is meticulous in his work explaining each process to me . There was no mess , he protected the carpets and areas he was working in and ensured it was a smooth process . The boiler is very quiet when running , we have a continuous supply of hot water and no problems at all when using a shower that runs from a combination tap system . We haven’t had the heating on much given the time of year but when it has been on it is fine . Time will tell but so far the boiler exceeds the performance of our previous one. I had a slight problem with the VRT350f control but this was quickly rectified after discussion and problem solving advice from John and with a change of batteries to the unit all was rectified and John came to make sure we were happy and the problem was resolved. I would happily recommend John and should I need any further plumbing work doing he will be the first port of call .

John fitted us a new boiler this week, I first spoke to him last Thursday about my concerns that our boiler had broken and he came out straight away to look at it, then on Monday he came to fit a new one after we decided the repair costs and age of old boiler rendered it a none cost effective repair. We are thrilled with the Valliant boiler and would recommend the boiler and certainly John to anyone. Brilliant. We had John out to size up our upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet as we were wanting the works! Full new suite, all the tiles taken off the walls and re tiled and the lino on the floor replacing with tiles. He came round promptly as he squeezed us in around local jobs, was very friendly and honest and gave us a quote within the next few days. The work was booked in and carried out within a few weeks. He was extremely considerate throughout and always kept us informed of his plans and the other workers schedules. He also organised everything such as skip hire and letting us know about refunds on excess materials. The bathroom looks fantastic and we could not be happier. Recently, our boiler became faulty leaving me, my wife and our five month old baby without central heating just as the winter weather kicked in. John installed a complete heating system for me, with a Vaillant boiler and VSmart controller. The installation is very neat and John has obviously taken care to do an excellent job. The whole job, including removing the old header tank and cylinder, took 4 days, and at the end of each day everything was tidied away and left clean. The boiler is great, being almost silent in operation, and delivering huge volumes of hot water on demand. The VSmart controller is a new product, and well worth having. I can now control my heating from my phone whilst I'm out of the house, including setting on/off and temperature schedules. In going for a combo boiler I have gained a cupboard and don't have to worry now about my loft tank bursting, something which happened to the last occupier which ruined the house. I can thoroughly recommend John as an installer. He's professional, knowledgeable, and a nice guy to have around.

I asked John to come and inspect our ageing boiler (30 years+) and give it a service. Sadly on closer inspection the boiler had come to the end of its life, had a massive crack in the top of the heating chamber which John showed me. This meant a brand new boiler. John went through all the various options that I could do and what would work with my current heating setup, I decided to go for a Vaillant boiler as I have heard they are very reliable and John also highly recommended them, also get a 7 year warranty with John fitting it as he is a Valiant registered engineer. As this was this all happened very suddenly John was able to fit us in at short notice which was awesome of him meaning we were not without hot water and heating for too long. Only had to wait the weekend and John turned up the Monday morning and got straight to work. I decided to go with a combi boiler so it meant having the old water tank taking out. John did all this very efficiently and tidily. John fitted and commissioned the boiler up to modern standards and within line with Vaillant guidelines too. Also flushed out the whole system before doing turning on the system (this is highly recommended before fitting a new system). He made sure all the radiators are working correctly too and made sure the whole system was balanced. I would have no hesitation in recommending John to others and having John back to do work on my house in the future. John is very approachable so if there is something your unsure of during a heating installation or work he is carrying out he will explain it to you.
