Amazing service from James and his assistant when he recently fitted indoor and outdoor lighting and a heated towel rail in my bathroom. James really knows his tech. Simply NO MESS..Drilling matts were laid and all rubbish was removed. Plasterwork restored perfectly afterwards too. Would highly recommend.

New Wire did a full rewire of my Nans house last week. They were professional and got the job done in a week. They've been polite and respectful and we were very glad to have found them. There was hardly any mess to clear up and James kept us fully updated throughout. All in all we are very pleased with the service and would recommend them to others.

Re-wire of lighting throughout the house, installed new kitchen circuit, install of front external porch light, installed bathroom, extractor fan, connection of new kitchen appliances, installed hardwired carbon monoxide alarm. Jay and his team are very friendly, knowledgeable, liable and get the job(s) done to an extremely high standard. We would highly recommend them to anyone and have used them for various jobs needed within our home and will continue to use them for any further jobs! From our personal experience, they are, by far the best electricians around Staffordshire and at a good price! Great 👍🏽. Jay and his team helped me out on an extension. It's safe to say, I am a little bit of a perfectionist which would put most tradespeople off! Not Jay! He understood and without prompt, ensured all lines/dimensions and aesthetics were considered. Friendly, reliable and sensible! After they left I did have an issue with the hob (faulty 2nd hand unit - nothing to do with the original installation). The guys were straight out fitting the replacement. If you want a great service, choose these guys. Really, really good :-)

Visited my 92 year old uncle who had no power. On checking the consumer unit, it seemed the fault was the sockets. Carried out an appliance test and unplugged everything but the rcd would not reset. Called James who attended within 20 minutes after a thorough check found and resolved the issue. Highly recommend! Thank you James!

I was recommended by a friend. We needed a wall socket putting into our storage room so we can wall mount a TV on the other side. Jim offered expert advice on placement and the work was done to a high standard. He was very friendly and easy to chat to also. Looking at some under cabinet light strips as the next job so will be using again.

Went above and beyond to ensure the house was done to an exceptionally high standard with very low damage despite the age and DIY done by previous owners. Property was left in a clean state ready to be decorated immediately after work was finished. Can't recommend higher. Will definitely use again.

James was the electrician used for our new boiler installation. He completed an excellent job which looked really professional. He explained everything he was doing and provided sound suggestions on ways to complete the installation. His customer service was excellent, really friendly and knowledgeable. I would fully recommended him to anybody who needs a good quality electrician.

We had New Wire perform an electrical test on a house we were purchasing. After the test came back with a few worrying results James went through everything that needed sorting and we soon decided to have the house re-wired after continuing with the purchase. The day we got the keys James met us at the house to go through the layout of lights, switches and sockets that we wanted as well as a few smart upgrades and fancy outdoor lighting. The work started straight away and we now have a completely re-wired house and garage setup just how we want. Couldn’t be happier with the work that New Wire have carried out. Very professional and efficient. James was great at explaining everything to us in an easy to understand way. I would highly recommend them for any job big or small!

They fitted brand new fuse board ready for a hot tub to be fitted. They were great. Neat tidy and very professional can't rate them enough.

Jay has been our electrician of choice for years now, very efficient, well priced and knows his stuff! Several light fittings have been changed, rewired kitchen sockets and installed spot lights, fitted outside lights, if it involves electrics he’s more than happy to help!

New Wire LTD fitted me an outside power cable up the garden to my shed.i had 3 double sockets fitted a tube light and a LED security floodlight.Really nice lad, got his head down and had the job done quick time👍

Jay replaced the old awful halogen spotlights in our bathroom for ultra bright LED spotlights, and also replaced the extractor fan with integral spotlight - which shamefully has never worked since we bought the house! The fixtures which were sourced, supplied and fitted by Jay are of great quality at price we were happy with (we were fully expecting the extractor fan with integral spotlight to cost a bit more than the normal spotlights). Jay’s work was clean and efficient and he was happy to explain what he needed to do. Jay is very friendly and knowledgeable. We’ll definitely be getting him to do further electrical work in our house! Highly recommended.
