Renewable Future Building Services Limited

We had an air source heat pump and solar panels installed by Renewable Future Wales to replace an oil boiler for central heating and hot water. They provided great service before, during and after the installation, and we've been very happy with the system 3 months in.

Renewable Future Wales recently installed a 10kw solar system with Battery and Emergency Power Switchover at my home in Login. Tom / Simon and his team were very professional, the Solar Panels were installed on my garage roof with an approximately 30mtr long trench dug for the ducting / wiring to the inverter battery and EPS which were mounted on the end of my house. Very happy with their work.

I highly recommend Renewable Future Wales. After years struggling with the installer of my system, they were a joy to deal with. Austin visited first, to deal with the plumbing. He was professional but friendly, explaining everything clearly and patiently. He reassured me that everything was fine in terms of the plumbing. We did, however, have an electrical issue. The underfloor heating was not working and a switch in one room (this had never worked as the installer had fitted defective switches) needed replacing. Tom arrived punctually 3 days later to deal with the electrics. Again, he was clear, professional and friendly and soon fixed the problem. He also messaged later that day to check everything was still OK. It is such a relief to have finally found a company I feel I can trust and rely on. I will be using them for all future servicing, and any issues that may arise with my system. Thank you Austin and Tom.

RFW installed an air source heat pump, water cylinder and several new radiators, to replace our failed oil boiler system. Their approach to the job was logical and methodical from the outset, with their survey/assessment of the house proving extremely convincing for me personally. Their response to my initial enquiry was prompt, honest and reassuring, with their advice aligning well with other independent advice I had already sought. The entire team were friendly and respectful in our home throughout the installation - they even insisted on removing their shoes in the house (my Mother would be proud!), and went out of their way to tidy up at the end of each day. These things really make a difference. The standard of the installation seems really decent, and people have commented that the external work is of a higher standard that they've witnessed done by other contractors elsewhere. I'm not one for writing reviews, but genuinely feel RFW deserve the five stars. There are many positive points to highlight, and I'd definitely recommend you contact Simon & Tom if you live Pembrokeshire. They are pleasant to communicate with, flexible and accommodating, and keen to find the right solution for your home. I know they'll be available and responsive if I have any queries or problems, and I genuinely hope their business continues to grow whilst maintaining a great ethos.

Excellent service from Renewable Future Wales. They provided clear, honest advice and carried out the solar panel installation to a very high standard. The quality of the work was excellent from start to finish, and everything was completed efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering solar panels in Pembrokeshire

Tom and Simon came out to me on an emergency call, as I had a leak in my rental property and I couldnt find any reliable help locally. Not only did they fix the leak, but I enquired about an air sourced heat pump (as the boiler in the rental property is old) and they've booked me and we are super excited to get a quote. A very professional and responsive service!

When we decided to upgrade our oil heating to air source heat pump, we did a lot of research and interviewed quite a few companies. We knew instantly that we will choose Renewable Future Wales because of Simon and Tom's professional manners, wealth of knowledge, attention to details and attitude in finding solutions instead of avoiding problems. 3 weeks down the line, they have delivered everything they said they would and more. We had an air source heat pump installed with underfloor heating over 2 floors with new flooring as well. They kept checking with us each time something came up and we were offered options instead of letting it be or doing what was easiest. Eg. They discovered wires that were not connected properly or they were checking what colour of trims we wanted for the floor. All of their crew - they have a big team - I knew everyone's name and absolutely everyone has been incredibly hard working, polite and helpful. They have done an amazing job, we couldn't be happier with the finish. It's been a massive work but they delivered within their set deadline so we were not left in a limbo. The air source heat pump works great, we had a few chilly night and we felt it kicking in. It is great knowing that it'll adjust temperature, I won't have to worry about changing the thermostat anymore. It's been very reassuring to have Simon and Tom around whether it was preparing for the project, during the works or after completion. They will be monitoring our system to make sure it's working optimally or adjust it if it can be improved. We just couldn't be happier! We cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you Simon and Tom for the amazing work you have done!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Renewable Future Wales! We recently had in-roof solar panels and a Fox ESS battery system installed by Renewable Future Wales, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, Simon, Tom, and their team were absolutely fantastic. Their expert knowledge and professionalism were evident from the first consultation — every question was answered clearly, and their advice was spot-on. The installation itself was completed on time and on budget, exactly as promised, which is a rare thing these days! The team worked efficiently and were clean, tidy, and incredibly respectful of our home throughout the process. When they left, everything was spotless and fully operational. The finished system looks superb, and we’re already seeing the benefits. I’d highly recommend Renewable Future Wales to anyone considering solar — their craftsmanship, reliability, and customer care are second to none. A huge thank you to Simon, Tom, and the whole team for a job exceptionally well done!

We 100% recommend Renewable Future Wales. Simon and Tom are very knowledgeable, very interested in each job that they do and are totally professional. They turn up and do what they say they they will, when they say they will. They and their team (Kieran, Austen, Mark and Dave) are all mindful that they’re working in your home and they don’t treat it as ‘being on site’. They installed a new Vaillant airsource heat pump (replacing an 11 year old, first generation heat pump), plus two new additional radiators, two new replacement radiators and we had an existing radiator re-sited. There are lower cost heat pumps available, but the Vaillant was our choice and we feel we’ve got a good value, top quality system, expertly installed by Renewable Future Wales. They did a thorough assessment of our home and our heating requirements in order to come up with their proposed design. We ended up with a heat pump that is less powerful and which consumes less electricity than the old one, but for the first time since we moved into the house 11 years ago the whole house is a pleasant, comfortable temperature with plenty of hot water coming out the taps too! There were a couple of teething problems along the way, but Simon and Tom jumped on these straight away and sorted them out. They’re also very personable guys, it was a pleasure to meet them and have them working in our home.

So impressed! Tom, Simon and the team are absolutely brilliant. We have had a large ground mounted solar array, an Air Source Heat pump and a full system backup. We were very sceptical about Air Source but were assured by their knowledge and a detailed heat survey. The quote we got was very detailed and specific to us and installation of both went smoothly. We have been up and running for a few weeks and are so impressed with the efficiency, cost savings and lovely constant temperature from the Air Source heating and the Solar is great and saving us plenty of pennies. Contrary to what we were lead to believe by others the Air Source is very quite. They are always available and happy to answer question (trust me a asked plenty😁). I can't recommend them enough ... just a great job by people who love their work. Thanks to you both

Simon and Tom at Renewable Future Wales were a great choice to install our air source heat pump and large solar array. They were knowledgeable and they answered all our 'million and one' questions in great detail. Now that everything is complete, they keep regular contact just to make sure everything is running smoothly and we are happy with everything. Needless to say, we are more than happy. The heat pump and solar combo have made a massive impact on our electricity bills already. If you're looking into solar and/or air source, you won't go far wrong contacting Renewable Future Wales, you really won't be disappointed. Thankyou both for everything. 👍👍

Thank you Renewable Future Wales. We have been converted! Simon, Tom and their team have recently fitted us an Air Source Heat Pump and expertly guided us through the whole process, including navigating gov. BUS grant. They also quickly and efficiently diagnosed a problem with our existing Solar inverter and replaced it. It could not have been easier. Every step was managed with professionalism and top class communication and our new system is allready making us savings. We are very impressed with the quality of the ASHP and user interface, a product recommended due to its excellent reputation. There was no question too small and the team did a quick and efficient job, making sure the site was clean and tidy when they left. To top it all off, the price was very competitive. If you have even thought about moving to renewable energy, please get in touch with this fantastic company. It really has been a pleasure.
