Always an Excellent service from Henman Dunn. They do my rental gas checks and fitted me a new boiler last year at one too. Always quick and efficient. I haven't atcually met any of the team in person, as Julia in the office sorts appointments out directly with the tenants, so it saves lots of hassle. But always friendly on the phone & sorts any problem i have asap. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Great company

Terrible service, Had someone come round to give me a quote for some pipe work and a possible shower to be fitted, gave me the impression it was quite a straight forward job. The Next day got a phone call to say that the person supposed to do the job has gone permanently on contract work and won’t be doing the job. Didn’t give any alternatives just said bye and hung up. Thanks 👍

I called Henman Dunn as I'd found a damaged floorboard in the bathroom. They were incredibly helpful & managed to squeeze in a quick visit to repair what turned out to be a leaky loo. I now know that not all doughnuts are edible 🤣 Their 5 star reviews are definitely well deserved. Thank You so much - I can now get the flooring replaced as planned.

Had a new boiler fitted last Friday and I am really pleased with it, the fitters worked really hard and were very polite and thoughtful, they explained everything before they left so we could understand our new thermostat, we are in our 80s and it was completely different to our last one they also cleaned up after they had finished and didn't leave any rubbish at all .would highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of using Herman Dunn to install our new radiators . Ben and Sin arrived at our house at the time agreed. As I had to leave for work before they arrived my mother met them at home and said what lovely and polite men they both were. I was really impressed by the workmanship and professional attitude from Ben and Sin. I would highly recommend the company and will be definitely using them in the future.

5 star job again by Henman Dunn. Had 2 radiators fitted, one was anthracite which has transformed our front room. These were installed by Martin who made an excellent job and is a credit to the company. We will certainly be asking him to do any works again👍

My boiler eventually died and within days Henman Dunn were on the case to get it sorted. George and Jak came to fit me a brand new combi boiler and also removed my water tank upstairs. They did a great job and I was surprised how quick they got it done with how big of a job it was. They cleaned up after themselves and I’m warm again! Definitely recommend them.

We been using Henman Dunn for 14 years now, with underfloor heating installation central heating control changed to hive, radiator fitting completed by Ash. Also many more jobs, some of them minor carried out professionally with cheerful polite engineers every one a pleasure to have in our home. Even tho the company has grown considerably in recent times we are still given the same thought & time however small our requests which is greatly appreciated. Our heating wasn’t obeying the hive to switch off Martin visited today 8th January 2025 soon diagnosed and rectified the problem and carried out a boiler service at the same time all carried out efficiently. A bathroom radiator valve problem was also rectified. Thank you Martin for a job well done and Julia for a speedy response and for always being responsive and understanding to our requests also henmandunn for always being there for us

I have used Henman Dunn for a number of years and they have also serviced my boiler for regularly on an annual basis. Their representatives are always polite and considerate, they arrive on time and leave the work area clean and tidy.

I have had Liam around today to connect my gas and connect my radiator and I cannot say the amazing level of service I've had, amazing communication, quick, effective and polite. Ashley came out the same day we called to sort out our lack of heating and hot water as our oil boiler was not working. Very friendly and helpful, as was the lady at the office. Just had new radiators put in very happy with the work done and the plumber Liam was the most well mannered plumber we have ever had clean professional and efficient workman ever I would tell anyone to employ them for your work, 13,9,24 further work carried out on heating system. I was recommended to contact Henman Dunn by a trusted tradesman who themselves was recommended by the same. I needed to replace a shower over bath with a low clearance walk in shower due to mobility issues. I was visited promptly for a quote and the Gentleman listened carefully to what I needed, answered my naive questions clearly and guided me effortlessly towards the right answer for those needs. I received a detailed and clear quote that explained the job, how long it would take and quoted a fair price for the work. The work was then done to an excellent standard by a skilled and conscientious tradesman. At all times I have been treated courteously and am left now absolutely ecstatic with the end result. It's better than I imagined, is exactly what I needed and adds value to my home. I would be fizzing with envy if it were my neighbours new shower. Luckily, it's mine. Rang with a boiler error, Julia arranged an engineer to come out that morning, and he competently and professionally fixed the problem. Pricing was very reasonable for the work done. No issues and would definitely use them again.

Henman Dunn came recommended to us and I’m so glad we used them. They moved our boiler, fitted an unvented cylinder and removed our existing cylinder and water tank. Ashleigh quoted and understood everything than we wanted to do. Everything happened so smoothly. Nothing was a problem. Michael and George worked flat out. So courteous and respectful. Cleaned up after themselves and took all the rubbish away. We have an old house with lots of work to do, so this is one less job to do. We will definitely use them again. Thank you.

Quick, efficient service when our water pump packed in. Came out next day and replaced the pump. Liam checked the whole system over and found and repaired another couple faults that were causing problems in the system. Can't rate his work highly enough!

We had our new boiler installed in 2020, and then 2 new radiators a few months later, We also use Henman Dunn for the annual safety inspection. A problem occurred today, (No hot water), I called the office this morning, and a plumber was sent out and fixed the problem. The work is always carried out to a high standard and in a timely manner, the staff are polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

We've had our boiler replaced, radiators installed, old gas fire safely removed and hot and cold supply pipes replaced by Henman Dunn. We can thoroughly recommend them. Liam, who sorted out the messy situation with the rerouting of the hot and cold yesterday, deserves a medal. He cheerfully and conscientiously sorted sorted out the configuration, despite having to crawl under cupboards, not easy for a big chap so we say many thanks.

My mum has Alzheimer's and has a habit of turning up her thermostat to maximum even in the summer so I needed a solution to help stop this as her bills were going through the roof! Liam and Kieren suggested fitting a Nest thermostat as this would allow me to control mum's heating remotely via the app and we've now got a system that resets the temperature to the correct temperature every hour throughout the day and night no matter what mum does with the dial in the house. Liam made two visits, one to check what was actually suitable and the second to do the installation and also carry out a boiler service while he was there. At all times he was respectful and really great to work with - he even helped fit a blanking tile in the kitchen where the old programmer was removed from. All in all these guys deserve a 110% vote - totally recommend them for excellent service at a competitive price.

A very professional company, I spoke to Julia several times on the phone nothing was to much trouble, she arranged an Engineer to call he turned up on time and repaired my boiler. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and I will pass their number onto friends and family.

We have used this company over the past 7 years including initially completely new Heating system- Boiler & Rads- and two new Bathrooms. All Annual Servicing has been carried out by them as well as the odd minor repair/investigation. Today's callout was for an Expansion Vessel which had been quickly diagnosed by them and simply required some adjustment to the controls carried out very diligently by Tom who also displayed excellent Customer Service in his explanation of the problem and solution as well as his friendliness which we do receive from all Staff and Owners.

Contacted Hennan Dunn yesterday morning at about 9 o'clock after finding we had no heating or hot water. Within an hour, Ashley was at our house, identified the problem & was organising parts. The workmanship of Liam is absolutely faultless. He's a perfectionist and we are so delighted with the new toilet unit and radiators. He cleaned up all the mess and took away the rubbish. We were looking for some plumbing work and didn't know who to contact. Herman Dunn were recommended so we checked out their website. It looked professional, so we asked for a quote. I rang to see how quickly they could come out and was pleasantly surprised. 2 days later we had the work done by a very efficient young man. Nothing was too much trouble and we received an invoice a week later. No hassle, friendly staff and great communication. Will certainly be using this company again.

Henman Dunn are fantastic. I became aware of this company after my sister used them to fit her boiler and she was really pleased with the job they did. I needed a new boiler too and from start to finish they were professional, punctual and totally reliable. Ash fitted the boiler with help from Tim - both worked hard to get the job done. Highly recommend Ash and his team at Henman Dunn from start to finish........ We had a full bathroom makeover. Ash, came out and planed the bathroom with us design it nothing was to much trouble for them, workmanship was outstanding, a big thank you to Tim & Adam arrived to start the job totally removed all bathroom fittings airing cupboard and wall was took out old water tank and system. Fitted new combi boiler and pipe work to get the system up and running again... New drencher and shower cubicle fitted plus new vanity unit and loo and sink... mermaid board fitted to walls ceiling done with pvc new spot lights in. Fitted mirror tower rail heater, And floor covering... Have to say how the old bathroom looked it was a totally amazing transformation... A very professional team. Their costs are very competitive. Used them three times now (in the last 2 months) and once was for a perceived emergency weekend call-out. I was advised, by the on-call engineer, that the immediate call-out can be averted by performing some minor remedial work. That Monday morning I had an engineer visit following up on the w/end 'emergency'. All the work was completed to my satisfaction also, saving me the cost of a w/end call-out in the process. I would definitely use these guys again. You should too!
