One reviewer thanked staff by name for sorting out an issue with a loft installation and for removing and refitting a heating installation, and also praised Vicki for her customer service. Two reviewers separately said they had tried for weeks to reach Avonside Energy Limited by phone and email without an answer, and one of them also said the solar panels on their new-build needed attention before they produced any power. Another reviewer said one of its drivers overtook a horse too close and too fast without the right of way, spooking the horse. A further reviewer said Avonside were probably the best at roofing work, and mentioned a change in hands on the energy side.
I would personally like to thank Kevin S & Kenny T, we had an issue with our installation and these lads were spot on. Highly recommend, if you need loft installation installing. Our new build also had an issue with the heating, we had to have the installation removed and added again. Kieran F & Alex P absolutely amazing just like Kevin and Kenny. These are the lads you need for the perfect installation. Cracking lads and a credit to the company. I’ve already passed my comments on to the company and Vicki too for her excellent customer service. Thank you again.
I have tried to contact this company on several occasions. they do not man their telephones and do not reply to any messages left on their anwering system. I would not reccomend their customer service to ANYONE. Also, their solar panel installation on my new-build house required their attention before it delivered any power to my house
Terrible been trying to get in touch with the company via email and phone for weeks now, at various times of the day, and no answer. So frustrating.
Driver needs to read the highway code and learn some patience. Overtook horse too close, too fast, and when he didn't have right of way to do so. Caused horse to spook and the 2 oncoming cars to have to stop 👎 Drive safely and responsibly
Avonside are probably the best at what they did roofing wise Real shame the wrong guys drained them and the money But the energy side is under new hands now But still at the top
