Richard at Green earth has been a massive help, after the local building control officer telling me I needed certain reports carried out to allow works to progress but not been very helpful on where to source such reports or who could even create them , on Richards guidance everything was dealt with within 24hrs. I've worked with Richard at Green Earth Energy Improvements a few times over the years and always been really pleased with the service provided. Recently Richard carried out a retrofit assessment at a property i purchased, he looked at the current make up of the property and then we discussed options for achieving an EPC rating C. By carrying out this assessment and looking into the detail, Richard has managed to save me several hundreds, if not thousands of pounds by looking at what we can do and how much each option may cost so i could make an informed decision. I am blown away by what we've been able to achieve and how little it has cost me. Without this information i would have likely taken guidance from what is shown on a basic EPC and wasted a much larger sum of money. Cannot recommend Richard highly enough. Thank you!

Energy Performance Certificate Excellent 5 star service. I called in the morning, had an appointment a few hours later, on the same day (2pm). Paul arrived, from the company, explained what was involved. They had the EPC uploaded, on the government website within 24 hours. Green Earth Energy Improvements., Company Director, Richard, invoiced me the following day, payment taken online. The online EPC for my property and the paid invoice, emailed to my solicitors. A job I thought might take a couple of weeks to arrange, (because of my work and other committements), was completed within 48 hours. We were looking for someone to help us sort out our loft insulation and came across Green Earth Energy Improvements. We had a great experience with Richard and the team from start to finish. Richard responded very quickly to our initial enquiry and was very prompt in replying every time we sent him a message. After coming to take a look at the loft, Richard offered great advice and came up with a plan to improve things for us. The following week, Mark came to fit a new loft hatch, then a couple of days later Richard and George did the loft - removing the old boarding, laying the insulation and fitting new boarding. All work was done extremely professionally and very neatly, and we are very happy indeed with the result. Would thoroughly recommend Green Earth Energy Improvements - a first class service.

His reports are very thorough and insightful, often spotting things we'd missed or never thought would make a difference. It's saving us a lot of money by ensuring we only do what's absolutely necessary, and helping us make the properties we let out much more comfortable for tenants. Very prompt and efficient service. Couldn't have asked for better.

I first got in touch with Richard at Green Earth Energy Improvements as I wanted a retrofit assessment on a vacant House in Otley and they are based in Rawdon which is local. Richard came and assessed and provided a reasonable quote. A team led by Chris insulted around the living room bay window, up the staircase wall at the rear of the property and in two bedrooms one of which included inside a wardrobe. They did a lovely job, it all looks really nice with little mess. All radiators and plug sockets were reinstated. Richard forwarded a wide range of pictures taken during the different stages of the job including ones with a tape measure to provide proof for the next EPC in ten years time. I also got them to visit one of my properties in Beeston which is in the Leeds licensing area as I had a recent council visit and I needed to cellar ceiling boarding with fireproof plasterboard. They exceeded my expectations and used fire-rated expanding foam and sealed the fire boards with fire-rated sealant. This property was tenanted and I had no complaints from them. I would have no hesitation in using Green Earth Energy Improvements in the future.

Green Earth Energy Improvements have just added further insulation to the loft space in our bungalow, and also provided an EPC. They were on time for appointments, their work was neat and tidy, and respectful to our property, with no mess for us to clean up afterwards. I think the price for the work was very fair, and I would certainly use this firm again.

Richard was very helpful, making very sensible suggestions about how our plans to make our house more energy efficient could be implemented. Communication was always clear and prompt. The work we had done was: installation of humidity controlled fans in our bath and shower rooms; improved loft insulation; and the fitting of a diverter to heat our water via our solar panels. The agreed work was all done on time and in a tidy manner. When our diverter wasn't working due to a minor programming glitch this was sorted the following day. No hesitation in recommending.
