Nigel and his team fitted an air source heat pump, new radiators & new pipework - replacing old inefficient radiators and microbore pipework. He visited to do an indepth survey of our house, listened to what we wanted and explained what he could do and the government grant scheme. Everything went well on installation during the really hot weather in 2025. Everyone was polite, professional, friendly and so careful about tidying up at the end of every day. Nigel took away all the old items and his carpenter boxed in the large pipes which had to come through the kitchen. The pipework in the garage was a work of art in copper, so much so that we didn't want to have it covered in the lagging! Nigel has now carried out an annual service and again, it was a pleasure to have him visit. Helen in their office is so efficient and brilliant at organising visits and queries. I already refer my family & friends to I Heat & Plumb, and happily advise anyone to get in touch with this family firm for a fantastic service & quality work.

Nige & Dan did a brilliant job taking our old boiler out and fitting our new one. We knew it wasn’t an easy job due to the tight space they had to work in but they just got on with it like true professionals. Very pleased with the service so I can see why Nigel has 5 stars all the way. We an air sourced heat pump and cylinder fitted by Nigel and it works like a dream. The care and attention to detail is to be commended so I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Nigel installed an air source heat pump for my old stone cottage. Very pleased with the system and its getting an amazing efficiency of over 450% even in December. Its by far the cheapest to run central heating system I've ever used and has no trouble getting the cottage up to high temperatures. Would highly reccomend for your heat pump install!

Nigel did a heat pump and booster pump install for me, he did a brilliant job, kept perfectly to schedule, was very informative and knowledgeable and most importantly delivered an installation that works. There are a lot of people out there who are installing heat pumps badly and that's why the tech gets a bad reputation, Nigel is not one of those people, this install has been to an old Welsh long house with patchy insulation in places and it's now warmer than it was before, cheaper to run, no worries about running out of oil and a lot quieter. I would highly recommend iHeat and Plumb and will be using them again in the near future to replace my cold water tank.
