Excellent.

We had a full heating system combi boiler, radiators and all pipework under floor replaced. Workmen we absolutely fantastic can not rate them high enough they were efficient , clean, tidy, polite and got on with the job. We had no mess left everything was tidied up and chaps explained how things worked for us We would highly recommend Dalex as a company all correspondence has been polite , friendly and very positive

New Boiler, some teething problems, phoned company this morning, ROSS appeared this afternoon, up and running MANY THANKS ROSS

First class service, boiler plus two radiators installed in about 4 hours. Engineers took great care to cover carpets and keep mess to an absolute minimum. Installation was followed up with quick inspection a few weeks later to make sure everything was working satisfactory. Once again the engineer was polite and friendly. I Would highly recommend Dalex Systems Ltd.

Great experience from start to finish. Ross came to survey the house before and explained fully what was required and how it would be done. New boiler and radiators. We got a date for install and the 2 installers arrived early on the day. We left them to it and we got a call to come back about 2.30pm. There was no mess, everything was cleared away and clean when we arrived back. The boiler and radiators are working great. Ross came back to make sure all OK. Would recommend them 100%

The heating system has been installed with no bother attall and everything was left clean. I was shown how to operate the heating. I am happy with everything.

A completely new central heating was fitted on Tuesday. Every appointment made was adhered to, everyone we dealt with have been polite and friendly. The job was a particularly difficult one and they did exactly as they said they would. Five stars all round with special mention of Sam and Neil. Thank you all.

My experience with Dalex Systems Ltd has been excellent throughout the whole process of a full new heating system installation in my home. The Surveyor Ross, and Engineers Sam and Neil have been top notch! They were reliable, arriving promptly at the agreed date/time, introduced themselves on arrival at my property, explained everything clearly to me about the installation, listened to my concerns and reassured me. The Engineers’ workmanship is first class quality; the boiler, radiators and pipes have been installed to a high standard; very neatly and where I asked them to place them. I was shown how to operate the thermostat and an inspection was carried out the next day after installation. I am absolutely over the moon with my new heating system and can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Thank you Dalex Systems Ltd.

Dalex installed a full new heating system in our house. The guys were very polite and worked away like Trojans. The work was completed to a high standard and the place was left nice and tidy. They took the time to explain how to work the new system, even taking a photo to show me as I can't manage the stairs. I highly recommend Dalex systems

I have just had a full central heating system installed by Dalex Systems Ltd which I am delighted with. Derek, the survey engineer, came to assess what would be required and informed me of the preparation work I needed to have done prior to the installation. He explained everything clearly and was very kind. Within a week or so, a lovely lady called Susan phoned and I was given a date for the installation. The installation team were amazing. They came on time, and had the job finished the same day. They removed all the old radiators, boiler, packaging and rubbish, and cleaned everything up really well. They explained how everything worked and said I was to call if I needed anything. There was a couple of minor things I needed changed, so I spoke to Susan who arranged for the engineer to come back, and he kindly sorted them out for me. Derek came back after it was all finished, inspected everything and made sure I was happy with everything. A first class experience from start to finish, so I would definitely recommend Dalex Systems Ltd.

I've had a central heating system exchanged in my house (boiler + 6 radiators). Before the installation Dalex surveyed the property thoroughly and carefully as it is non standard construction. The surveyors came on time, were very professional, gave me lots of information and options where it was possible. They've explained me the preparation I need to do before work could be carried out. On the installation day the installers were punctual, polite, took old appliances as agreed and left the house clean. The job took approx six hours. Overall my experience with the Dalex Systems is positive. The heating works perfect, love my new boiler and radiators! Great communication with the office, surveyors and the installers. I would recommend the company to anyone seeking heating improvement.

We have been trying to get thermostat replacement for 8 months now. Wrong one was installed in March. Three times office people sent wrong person to our house, it was promised to send another one. Two times no one showed up. I had to take always half day off. It is now 8 months. It seems like office people do not cooperate with their electricians and plumbers. Terrible service.

Unfortunately a resident across from me used this company. Thanks to their parking I have been unable to access my private drive all day as they parked across the narrow street from it. It really made my life so easy trying to get kids and shopping into my house. Very inconsiderate driver. Still slamming van doors at 10:20pm.

Fantastic - great comms and turned up on time. Heating system ripped out and reinstalled within a day, carpets refitted and waste removed. Highly recommended

Absolutely horrible service and the lack of any communication from this lot is abhorrent! I've been needing a heater repaired for over a year now and nobody bothers to follow up. Have one engineer out to not even look at the problem, to say I'll have a word with the boss and get back to you... Without ever hearing from them again. Each and everytime I call, someone new comes out and gives the same excuse.... Not one person has even bothered to check for any issues. I'd not recommend Dalex, what a horrible experience yet again from them. As I write this review, I'm still waiting!

Horrendous customer service from these cowboys I'm am currently on hour number 5 of waiting for a call back from them. Every time you call they take your details and promise a call back and surprise surprise you never get one. Eithier lazy or incompetent avoid at all costs.

Terrible experience with this company. Installers didn't even connect my bathroom radiator properly and had a leak under the floor. Had to lift flooring to resolve issue. Stay clear total cowboys

Dalex can only get 5 * from me lovely caring staff who worked quickly & efficiently to make the change of boiler & removal of water tank go seamlessly, I highly recommend Dalex, staff are so considerate & they cleared up so well you would not have known they did any work, so polite, Many Thanks Dalex

Avoid at all costs. Set fire to my wallpaper/plaster board while fitting a boiler and hid it with my dishwasher without cleaning up the mess leaving a horrendous smell! Also boiler not attached to the wall properly and completely off of plumb.... customer service is non existent.
