Prime Time Solar is named in feedback that describes a SolarEdge system installed in Eltham, with one customer reporting a later inverter fault that was looked into on site and with SolarEdge. That customer said an isolator issue was fixed within about 30 minutes and the inverter software and firmware were upgraded, and reported the system generating slightly above its rated output afterwards. The same customer praised the help given and the time taken to resolve the issue. A separate reviewer said they felt totally let down and described the firm as unreliable.

I have a 3.42 kWh south facing 35° from horizontal SolarEdge installation in Eltham SE9 by EcoWatt back in Oct 2015 - issue arose with inverter staying in Night Mode - called EcoWatt office and spoke with Peter who was very helpful - Conor and Patrick of EcoWatt came to investigate issue, they sorted out an isolator issue in 30 minutes - issue also with inverter so Conor contacted SolarEdge, put the inverter on the internet, Solaredge dialled in and inverter software + firmware upgraded --- and no more than 30 minutes ago, GEOII monitor stated that I was generating 3.58kWh from a 3.42 kWh system (12 x 0.285kWp panel), picture attached - so generating above the rating since issues resolution :) Conor and Patrick were no more than an hour here having changed isolator and SolarEdge dialled in to inverter resolving the SolarEdge inverter issue - I can’t praise EcoWatt highly enough for their assistance and time to issue resolution - thanks fellas, many regards, Tim :)
