Miller's installed our complete system in the bungalow we built, from the underfloor heating to the Air source pump and everything in-between. That was six years ago and everything is brilliant and any little problem that has cropped up has been dealt with by Miller's, which has been only two over that period. Very pleased with the system and the service

The surveyed, ensured the heat pumps were correct for my house, installed them and the associated tanks and radiators and have serviced and or repaired them ever since with professionalism and curtesy.

Right at the height of this last winter’s coldest spell in January my old air source air pump failed. When I called on Miller Installations they responded quickly and carried out a diagnosis of the problem but despite attempts to repair it we had to accept that the pump had to be replaced. Miller Installations replaced the pump at their earliest available time and after a fine job left us nice and warm and with copious hot water! We are well pleased with a good job very well done and without fuss!

Miller installations installed an Air Source Heat Pump in our property over 4 years ago. They were very professional, answered our many questions and did a great job. It was a big job, taking over a week and their guys kept us well informed on what they were doing & finished everything off well. Since then they have regularly serviced our Heat Pump and attended quickly when we had a little issue.I have no hesitation in recommending them for anyone considering a switch to a Heat Pump. There was no hard sell, just a patient explanation of what it would entail.

Miller installations did not install my aid source heat pump, wish they had . They do service mine and with their care plan will always help if I have a problem. Being blind , this is invaluable. Michael is excellent as is Ellen who runs the office. Highly recommend

With so many hastily instated companies trying to roll out the big push in heat pump installations it is important to know that Millers are a company with long experience in this field. They are expert in their initial survey process, which means that the system you will end up with will work well. This is a complex area of work and they have the detailed knowledge which leads to a quality outcome.

Millers installed my heat pump, underfloor heating and replaced all the house plumbing as part of some building work that was being done. Absolutely fabulous experience. Their employees were highly knowledgeable and skilled and kept me in the loop throughout the installation. Their advice on setting the heating system up was invaluable and their response post sales to my enquiries were first class. I cannot recommend Millers highly enough.

Professional service with knowledgeable engineers. They were recommended to us by local friends as we weren't particular happy with the first company we had in to service the ashp. Mike showed us how to use the air source heat pump with underfloor heating more efficiently as it was already installed in our bungalow when we bought it so didn't have a clue!

I had a problem with my LG heat pump. Out of the blue we awoke to find that it had developed a critical fault and shut down. My 91 year old father in law lives with us so it is important that he has a working heating system. I phoned Ellen at Miller Installations who had been recommended to me by a neighbour and she arranged for Mike to come out to us in the early afternoon. Mike diagnosed the fault as a poor connection on the PCB switch and quickly got the system back up and running for us. Ellen is getting me a price for the installation of a new switch but in the meantime and most importantly, we still have hot water and heating five days later. I can't recommend Miller Installations enough. They are a pleasure to deal with.

My air source heat pump was installed nearly four years ago. Millers did a good job ensuring the correct size / power of the system - we have always been lovely and warm in the winter.

My Vaillant heat pump system is working very well and the back up from Millers has been excellent. Running costs are very low and heating performance meets quotation.

I have used Miller Installations for full ASHP's etc in 3 houses now and they have always provided good quality work at a competitive price and they are also very helpful when you have issues or are not sure how to work the systems. I will certainly be using them again on our next house.

Miller’s have been able to take on the servicing of our air source heat pump after being installed by others (that don’t do servicing). Really good communication & love the maintenance plan to pay monthly for annual servicing costs. The system got ‘tweaked’ at the annual service & cheap to run even with rising electricity prices. Would definitely recommend Miller

We have been customers of Millers for 3 yrs and would recommend them without reservations. Servicing our heat pump boiler , after sorting out the problems left by a different installer and other companies who failed to sort the problems. Now on their Service Plan for peace of mind. We have a LG Therma V installed in a new property we bought in Brundall in 2021. Unfortunately the pump and particularly the domestic hot water integration hadn't been installed correctly. Eventually our builder contacted Miller Installations who quickly identified and corrected a number of installation problems and the system has run well ever since. We have used Millers for annual servicing and now have a care plan with them. We have found them a very responsive, knowlegable, friendly family run business. Very highly recommended.

We had an LG heatpump installed by Miller nearly one year ago. From start to finish they were very professional and the pump has performed very well. I generally do not post reviews for goods and services but i will make an exception for Millers. Very good!!!!

We have a Mitsubishi heat pump which was installed 5 years ago by Millers Installations. The heat pump is efficient and have found our fuel bills were lower when compared with our old gas boiler. Millers staff are efficient, friendly and reliable.

Miller identified and rectified deficiencies on our heat pump system which had been installed in our new bungalow by the developer. Miller are very efficient and friendly and we now have our heat pump system under a Miller Care Plan.

We didn’t find out to much later that the installation was incorrect. Our heat pump was exceptionally noisy. Mitsubishi came out only to find the transit bolts still fitted. We don’t know if this has now given us a shorter lifespan due to excess vibration. The last service we were told a bladder in an accumulator needed replacing. Well I used to be in hydraulics so checked the pressure. It was fine. The lounge would not heat up, we had to pay for bigger radiators but still need another heat source to keep it comfortable. The flow seems very minimal . Recently I looked at the towel rail, there is rust coming through, it’s only 6 years old. The handover and commissioning didn’t inspire me. We were given little information on the controller, its quite complex. I spent sometime on YouTube teaching myself. We wish we had of gone for infrared panel heaters

When we were without any heating in mid winter due to a failed air source heat pump we were visited by the company owner for advice & costings, the order was placed & the new unit installed & setup in the week before Christmas. Have used since for another plumbing repair & service of the ASHP with the same prompt professional service provided.

Miller’s installed our Mitsubishi heat pump some four years ago now! We were somewhat trail blazing at the time but have never looked back. The system, even on a typical Norfolk flint and brick cottage works well. We eliminated an old oil system which was creaking! Millers installation team were quick and efficient and the after sales/ service support since has been first class.

Our heat pump was installed a few years ago by Miller Installation, since then we have regular services by them. Always professional and easy going. If we have any issues inbetween times such as power cuts and the themostats not pairing back up - just a call or email and it is sorted over the phone/email. I feel reassured and looked after.

Vaillant Arotherm Plus 10KW. A good, neat installation which took 6 days to complete. There were a couple of installation mistakes (no drain pipe underneath the pump causing an icy drive and too much pressure in red tank, meaning loss of water pressure to the system). However, these were eventually corrected. Very pleased indeed with the outcome. I would recommend Miller Installations.

Miller heat pumps installed our 10kw valiant ashp about two years ago. From the offset to final sign off we found the experience very professional and efficient. The design to include heat loss calculations and installation was faultless. With our home being the warmest and more comfortable than it had ever been. Overall running costs are considerably less than our gas boiler and of course no nasty emissions. Had the unit serviced last year by Millers, also efficient and with a knowledgeable service engineer. 5 star service. 5 star installation. 5 star company.

I used Millers for the air source heat pump installation on my new build. I can honestly say that I am so glad I did! I had advice prior on other plumbing jobs too, and of course, purchased loads of stuff from them as a consequence. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They still service my heat pump and are always competitive, honest, friendly and reliable .

Miller Installations were involved is installing the heating to our old farm house. From the beginning to the end, everyone from office staff, the installation and service team have been excellent. I would recommend them to anyone considering having an ASHP.

We have a heat pump fitted to look after our house and adjoining annexe. It was supplied and fitted by a firm from the Midlands. We asked Millers if they were prepared to look after the system for us, which they were pleased to do. We had a couple of problems at the start which Millers dealt with for us satisfactorily without problems. Would I recommend them to look after your installation. —- I certainly would. They have given us very good and pleasant service from the beginning.

Very competent and professional company. Few minor problems as with any installation of this complexity but all dealt with and resolved. We previously had oil fired central heating for eleven years but when it leaked all over the kitchen floor at Christmas there was only one solution and Miller's had it. Now after two years we can honestly say you can count on Miller Installation.

Millers are absolutely excellent. We bought a new property which already had an air source heat pump that had been fitted by Millers, so we felt it best to continue to use their services since they had fitted the system originally. We have been delighted by their customer service and technical knowledge and would have no hesitation in recommending them to family/friends. The new technology surrounding these new heating systems is somewhat complex and Millers have really specialised in being at the top of their game in this regard; some of our neighbours have been tempted by what appear to be less expensive services but have ended up paying out significantly owing to lack of specialist knowledge which has led to poor advice. We pay into the service plan which has proved invaluable as, when we have had any issues, we have been prioritised and have not been left without heating or hot water, which is so important to us having an elderly mum living with us. Special thanks to Ellen who is at the other end of the telephone and who has a wealth of knowledge in her own right which means she is often able to troubleshoot problems without the need for an engineer visit. Thank you so much to all the team at Millers, a thoroughly well deserved 5 stars!

I trusted this company to remove my gas boiler and install a 12kW. I was right to do so. They did a great job, when they said they were going to do it. Happy days for everyone. Highly recommended.

Paul was so helpful, he showed me a couple of options for my radiator, consulted with me all the way through and even helped me with some queries I had about my ASHP which wasn't related to the job today. They went above and beyond. Had an issue with my air-source heat pump after a previous careless owner, went kaput over winter, with an elderly person in the property. Miller were the original installers, and a savior. We were kept appraised every step of the way as the part was ordered, and they answered our queries even after 5pm. After it was fixed, we then got a proper lesson in how the system worked, and how to run it most optimally for our needs.
