Your staff work was exceptional, I didnt know Dan was in the house. When he had finished he checked every thing twice and left the place spotless. He didnt even stop for refreshments. From the initial contact with C&T the proffessionalism and knowledge we have encountered is excellent. The assessment of our home requirements was thorough, informative and work began within a week. Our installer Dan Picton worked tirelessly, fitting our Worcester condenser boiler within days. In addition, this was thoroughly checked by Wayne the electrician, providing certification and peace of mind of a safe instalation. We now have a completely new heating system through a grant, advised and supported throughout by the C&T Energy Group, Swansea.

What a fabulous experience I’ve had with Daniel installing my new Worcester condenser boiler and Wayne tweaking the electrics to meet the new electrical requirements. My 93-year-old grandfather's back boiler broke down, and after doing some research, I discovered he was eligible for a partially funded grant towards a new combi boiler. We were directed to C&T Eco Consultants to guide us through the application process, and they were absolutely fantastic from day one. Everyone I spoke to, whether by phone or email, was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. In particular, Alec, Estelle, and Georgia were outstanding and always happy to answer any questions we had. The surveys were arranged and completed very quickly and thoroughly. Euan and the second engineer (whose name I unfortunately can't remember) were brilliant. They were respectful of both my grandfather and his property, and they took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process. Once the funding had been secured, it was only a matter of days before we were contacted to arrange the installation. The installation team, Craig, Cody, and Rhys (or Rees, I'm unsure of the spelling), were absolutely amazing. They worked incredibly hard and professionally, especially considering my grandfather's property is very old and the job was far from straightforward. The team was polite, respectful, and always happy to chat with my grandfather, who enjoys a good conversation! They took great care around the property and were accommodating with our requests. We asked if the front of the gas fire could remain in place as my grandfather likes it as a feature, and they were more than happy to help by disconnecting it and carefully putting it back. We also requested that they disconnect an old cooker that was no longer in use, and again, they were happy to assist. Throughout the installation, they kept us informed about the work being carried out, and when they had finished, they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves by vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and removing all rubbish from the property. The electrician was unable to attend until the following day, which was absolutely fine. Wayne, the electrician, was just as brilliant as the rest of the team. He was friendly, polite, professional, and respectful throughout his visit. As a family, we cannot thank C&T Eco Consultants enough for their support, guidance, assistance, and hard work from start to finish. A huge weight has been lifted from our shoulders knowing that my grandfather's home is now safe and equipped with a new combi boiler. After approximately six to seven weeks without heating or hot water, he is finally warm and comfortable again. We would highly recommend C&T Eco Consultants to anyone considering their services. Their customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail have been exceptional throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how stress-free the whole process was for my grandfather. The gentleman who came to do the service was excellent. But the after care from your company has been quite poor. There has been several incidents which we contacted you about, including a valve in the bathroom blowing off, leaving dirty black hot water all over the bathroom and a substantial leak. The fitting on the radiator valve was inappropriate for the pipework used. I an fortunate that my.son in law is a plumber who came immediately and stopped the leak. We contacted you the following day, and was told as it was no longer an emergency they wouldn't come out. But would come as a routine call out. That never happened. Ive seen or heard from no one.The fact that i was then charged £90 for the service is really upsetting, as I had to pay for new parts to be fitted to said radiator. i think is dreadful after sales. The team who fitted the boiler were very good, but as a company, it appears one the job is done and the money is received, you are no longer concerned.

We recently had our old heating system brought up to date with a new Worcester boiler being fitted and it is all down to the help of C & T Eco Consultants. A scheme became available so they contacted me and within 4 weeks it was fitted. The team in the office were so helpful, especially Dylan and Alex and the workmen were very thorough and did an excellent job. I can highly recommend this company and can't thank them enough for the help they have given us.

The team that installed my sister's combi boiler were headed by Mathew and two others they were obviously very experienced at their work,did an excellent neat installation and when finished you would not have known that anyone had been working in the house. They instructed my sister on how to operate the WiFi controller and stayed and checked out the complete system, So much thanks to the team for they're outstanding work.If needed to have a boiler installed for myself I would hope to have competent team like them.

We have just had a new boiler fitted with the Government Grant Scheme. The process has all gone smoothly, they have kept us informed throughout, and all the engineers who have visited have all been polite and considerate. We are very pleased with the boiler itself and so far so good. The boiler fitter, Daniel, was very hard working and efficient, and eager to make a good job for us. Overall we are very pleased and can certainly recommend the company.

Consultancy and surveys undertaken for partially grant-funded work. Everything undertaken as agreed. Agreements and work were undertaken efficiently and in a timely manner, and as specified. New condensing Combi boiler installed with thermostats replacing a 30-year-old system. Work was undertaken by competent tradesmen who really knew what they were doing and we were kept up-to-date as work progressed and were involved in any decisions that needed to be made during the installation process.

I would like to thank you personally Alex, for organising the installation of my new boiler system. The workmen did a fantastic job showing great respect for my furniture, carpets and instruments in my music room, snd throughout my house. The two gentlemen attended my property and got the job done within a day. Whilst at my property they were very polite and went through with me step by step on what they've done and what I need to know to work my new boiler. No issues whatsoever and have left my place in a clean state. They're a great credit to their company and would highly recommend!

I have recently had such a positive experience with C&T. From initial communication with Josh (who throughout the entire experience has been so incredibly helpful, answered any emails or calls that I have made and has provided outstanding customer service & help), to the surveyors who came to my home and were always professional, friendly and updated me with each step of the process to the engineer who fitted our new boiler this week. The job was done so professionally, my home was kept clean & fully cleaned up after the instal had finished and an engineer was arranged to finalise some jobs for the same week. I am so thankful to the team, and cannot recommend them enough. Again a huge thanks to the team but in particular to Josh who has been outstanding throughout. Thank you!

I'd advise, not to use this company (both Eco/emergency schemes, and general members of the public especially)...rarely can get through via all of their communication lines, customer service is poor and unprofessional, reporting lines for formal complaints are mixed and unclear (and also do not get dealt with), staffs conduct is unprofessional and deems upsetting beyond belief (particularly Dan who is the customer experience manager and Kaya who is apart of the administration team), they do not send engineers out to rectify issues after works (buy only once as a gesture of good will which makes no sense as there were issues after a new boiler install).

Boiler wasn't providing any heating to the house (old and broken down) and although we were not on the priority register, we now have been and still within a week of comms with C&T our new boiler is installed and is better than our last one. Neil Jones did a fantastic job! It was friendly and professional the whole way through. He discovered we had problems with our gas pressure and called Wales & West to come over that evening and sort that out for us. This meant Neil had to come back the next day to finish (and we're all the way in Bristol!) and again, friendly, professional, and has done a fab installation of the boiler including extra pipe work too. Zero complaints 😁

My experience has been mixed, the work was followed out and as a whole to a pretty high standard. However as for C and T there was a lack of communication, I advise if you are having work completed. I had a new boiler, air source heat pump, solar panels and insolation you need to be prepared for your home to be pretty much non habitable. I was not informed of this. The work commencing I was not aware until it was about to start. Additionally I made my views clear at the beginning of some of my reservations including a number of radiators being placed and the original features of the home changing. I was reassured however when the work Commenced my views didnt appear to be listened too and on times it felt this was more to secure the job. Additionally the plumbers did not show on the day they were meant to which pushed back the work and made a mess which I was left to clear up. However the company doing the insulation economy group were amazing. From the electricians to the insulation boys were all amazing. Dan and Tom spent most time in my home and they could not do enough, they were apologetic on behalf of others and the work they have completed was to a really high standard. So if I were giving reviews for economy group alone that would be a 5 star. I do feel c and t could improve this purely by having better communication and making it clear from the start regarding the disruption it will cause.

Work was done pretty quickly, clean up was awful, left it mostly to me, didn't put anything back in its place, broke my tv, this was replaced, however nothing else that was broke has been rectified (new fan, curtain poles, Internet cables, Samsung earpods, lamp shades)

Avoid this company!!!!!!!!! I had various people out to my home to do surveys for a new boiler which they stressed we definitely qualified for, this was in October 2024 the last visit being early January 2025 by the plumber who would be installing he stated the job would be done within 3 weeks,we are now April 2025 and after many calls to the office I feel like I have been scammed!! Qhen I have finally spoken to someone at eco consultants i keep being told to call my local council as the application is with them?! Its absolutely ridiculous eco consultants have mine an my sons medical history so where has all this info gone?After being told by the plumber that called to my home in January 2025 that the new boiler should be fitted within 3 weeks to now being told my application is with the council and to call them,Surely I shouldn't be chasing up an application that an eco company who are being paid for the work should be doing! the council didn't have a clue what I was on about when I finally got through! I honestly feel like taking my complaint further to the ombudsman I truly believe the company has had the funding but haven't carried out the work at my home! Hence why I am constantly being palmed off by their tele sales staff...I tried calling again yesterday and no answer I think they have my number marked!! Absolutely shocking company don't fall for their lies!! I will now be seeking legal action after the unprofessional and un reliable way I have been treated! I also think the 5star reviews on Google are the workers or family of the company! As there is no way this company are 5stars

Installed a Worcester boiler, which normally would have a 10-12 year warranty. Because of their negligence ours does not. (Only 2 years workmanship guarantee) What's even worse, just under 3 years after installation it starts leaking BECAUSE of a workmanship issue and they want nothing to do with it. Big lesson: let your local gas engineer do the job! Give them the government funding. Steer well clear of this company.

Unreliability, buckpassing, false promises, broken appointments, time wasting, a failure to deliver and rank amateurism. All of those factors came into play before any work was done because C&T Eco failed to do any work. Shocking charlatans! To add to which when a criticism is made C & T show no shame and go into hiding.

I had a new boiler fitted by Neil Jones, who was excellent. When I had an issue with the boiler, which had to be rectified by the boiler manufacturer, Neil couldn't do enough to try and get my heating and hot water up & running - even coming back to Newport on his day off. Customer Service from C&T Eco was really good, especially Dylan & Zara who were excellent.

I found C&T Eco to be very good and I would recommend them. They co-ordinated the work with the contractors extremely well and kept me informed. Always great communication via phone and email. A quick response to queries. Very professional. I did have an issue with the survey not accounting for the fact that my house is not accessible to a high vehicle and there was an issue with communication regarding this to the contractor. But that was not the fault of C&T Eco. I am extremely happy with my cavity wall insulation and I have had no issues with the integrity of the house. I think they used Thermabead (bead cavity wall insulation). My house no longer suffers with condensation in the winter and it feels more sound and it stays warmer for longer.

I would like to thank C&T Eco Consultants for dealing with my case very professionally including all the staff from the various surveyors to the different installers who completed all the work (new boiler, updated loft insulation and updated and new ventilation). All the fitters, and in particular the boiler installer, Neil Jones,(who was here the most) were very speedy and informative answering many questions I put to them. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole crew were very friendly. They got on with the job and left our property in a clean and tidy condition upon completion. Our engineer from C&T was Neil Jones, he was very professional at all times and his level of workmanship was outstanding, happy to answer any questions as he was doing the removal and installation of our boiler. Complete time wasters, cancelled on day of installation even though all had been confirmed on the day before. Days taken off work for surveys etc. completely wasted.

We began our journey with C&T in September 2023 with our initial survey. We subsequently had another survey later in the year, I think possibly November. There has been no communication from them at all and when we try to contact them it's a nightmare. One the few times we have got through we are fobbed off. The last time we spoke to anyone they said the "technical team" were dealing with our case and we would hear in due course. That was about 6 weeks ago. We are applying for help through the Echo Flex scheme and have had no contact from C&T since then. All we want is to know what is happening. If we are not eligible it would be nice to be told after all this time. Very poor communication and terrible customer services. Would not recommend.

I had my new boiler fitted today by Neil Jones. He was promt on arrival and very eager to get to work. He was very friendly and professional and worked very hard all day, he kept checking that i wasnt put out by his work or noise. He was cleaning up after himself as he went along which meant there wasnt alot of mess when he finished even tho he insisted on clearing at the end himself, i am a very happy customer and very happy with the work carried out at my home today. Neil Jones their engineer turned up early today. He introduced himself, he had a very pleasant manner. He removed our old gas boiler and replaced it with a new one. I could not believe how much time and consideration he took doing the job. His workmanship and diligence to the job is something that I have not seen for a very long time. He cleaned and tidied up as he went along. This is a person who has an extreme pride in his ability and work. Wish that more workers had his work ethics.

He arrived on time and got straight to work explaining what he would be doing and just checked everything through with us with regards to access and turning off water etc He was friendly and professional and worked hard all day to get the new boiler fitted and all working for us and explained how the boiler and controls worked. He put coverings on the floors and stairs and cleaned up as he worked. Very professional and really happy with the work he carried out for us.

Neil did an excellent job fitting my boiler. He made sure that everything was working and showed me how to work it myself. He did an excellent job of cleaning up after the work was finished.

Just had a boiler installed today. Neil Jones the engineer was absolutely marvellous. He was very competent, polite and hardworking. Neil was very explanatory and went through every step with a fine tooth comb- to detail. He didn't leave until the job was complete. Neil went above and beyond and I will be having him to service my boiler every year . Thank you also Leap!!!

I’m very pleased with my new Worcester Bosch boiler installation by C&T Eco. In addition Thermostatic valves were fitted to all my radiators. Will and Lance, the installation engineers, were excellent, very thorough, and were friendly and professional. The whole team at C&T Eco were very helpful through the whole process. Excellent service!

Dylan does not reply to email, hes very reactive and not proactive, leave customers and clients contact and chase him rather than be all over things and updating people, even if there's no news. Very disappointing for the company to have such a money loser working for them. They may make some money but imagine Dylan was all over his business, they would do so well. Sad to watch!

Excellent work from Liam, Stephen and Joel. When they fitted a new boiler and radiators at our home. Very clean and tidy and highly recommend their work and company.

Be warned. This company are only interested in doing the absolute minimum to grt the job done so that they can milk the most profit out of a government grant. They installed a new boiler in my friend's home in June. This week a leak started. I went to find the leak in the loft space and discovered that they had run new copper pipework through a loft with known mice ingress using plastic fittings, something which no competent plumber would do. The fittings had been chewed causing the leak. Upon contacting the company the eventual response was basically "oh well its mice so that's not our problem" despite the plumber involved being told about the mice and having to walk past several bait traps to install the pipework. I shall organise a real plumber to come and fix their mistake since the company can't be bothered but others should be warned. Don't expect them to do a good job. They will do a very basic job and try to wash their hands of any faults caused by their working to maximise their profits.

This is a very competitive industry and this company is one of the best.

Excellent customer service, theses lads were professional, polite, hard working and helpful with our questions, I highly recommend them, we are so pleased with how neat and tidy they have installed the equipment and how they left it.

C&T's work and customer service were terrible. A year after the work was completed, the boiler stopped working and a bucket of water was retrieved. C&T had attached the outlet to a faulty waste pipe, rather than putting a separate pipe in. I contacted them to discuss the issue and was told I was coming out with "a million bloody words" over the line. The person on C&T end backtracked quickly, claiming that they meant "bloody" in terms of the "a lot of blood" rather than the fact they had sworn at me. Someone should explain to them the concepts of gramma. Eventually agreeing to send an engineer out "out of good will", the engineer agreed the pipe had been put in incorrectly and temporarily cut the outlet as they didn't have the tools to put the pipe through the wall. For the meantime we had to constantly empty a bucket underneath if we wanted the boiler to work. The second engineer to come out (out of the C&Ts goodness it was pointed out again) was messy, aggressive and carried out the work incorrectly. They tipped the bucket down the sink and missed with half of it, walked muddy footprints through the kitchen and left the door open when asked to close it (it was close to 0 outside and we have a four year old). When they went to leave it turned out they were the engineer who originally put in the boiler a year ago and he started to complain that his work was fine, despite the fact that their previous engineer had said otherwise. He stated the house was a mess (what this had to do with the work at hand I do not know) and when I went to close the door put his foot in it laughing out. He even threatened to call social services though, again, I do not know how this would have affected us. When I checked the work, he had made the same mistake a second time. I would note that these plumbers are paid on a contract basis but still work on behalf of C&T and the company is responsible for their work and behaviour. Rather than apologising for their plumber's behaviour and sending out an engineer to repair the shoddy work he had carried out, they refused. After calling gas safety I was able to get a report created that listed all the mistakes that C&T had made. They were then forced to repair the work that they had carried out, though no apology was ever forthcoming. I would like to say that the engineer who came out and cut the pipe to temporarily get the boiler working, and the one who came out to repair the mistakes of their second engineer were very polite and professional. They did fantastic jobs and if they hadn't been working for C&T they would have got a 5 star review. However, C&T were appalling and I would stay away from them. EDIT: In relation to the reply received. It has been stated that we did not get on with the original engineer. If the above review was read correctly you will notice I said the gentleman in question was a very good engineer. If you are referring to the second engineer who was sent out I am afraid you have been informed incorrectly. There was no disagreement while the gentleman worked. Instead, he said he had finished and at the door on the way out started questioning me about what was wrong with his original work when I stated exactly what the previous engineer had said he became verbally and physically (putting his foot in the door) aggressive. Secondly, we did not agree to obtain quotes. I have all emails that i can quote. For instance, the last we had from Tom ended with "Our visit on 09th December resulted in the creation of a completely new condense run to avoid future issues where the pre existing pipe may again become blocked , please see attached photos. Again, this was carried out at no additional cost to yourself. We find your complaint to be nothing other than vexatious, we have no further offers." As you can see, you refused to do anything past the point of your attempt to fix the pipe. I was forced to get Gas Saftey involved. Finally, the electrical fault was an entirely different issue. Why you bring it up a second time I have no idea.

So pleased with this company. The boiler was put in, no mess, turned up when they said they would, done job very quickly, 100% satisfaction. Would recommend them any time. Thank you.

Our boiler broke down just a few weeks outside of the 2 year warranty. The company were very unhelpful, suggesting “you will need to find someone local to fix it”. The usual warranty on a Worcester boiler (that we paid for is 7 years) however C & T Eco consultants only offer 2 years. Plus the mess that was left in our attic after the cavity wall insulation was terrible!!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! Had a boiler replacement on the 17/01/22 and today my radiators are still not hot they are cold at the bottom. They were working perfect before I had this new boiler by them installed… it is freezing cold and I have 4 young children in the house I was told to take out procedures myself which didn’t work and now they are saying they need balancing well meant to come out last week I waited in no one turnt up and now no one is in the area to come out to me til beginning of February what a joke! The engineers were in such a rush to get to Taunton they left me with myself sorting out the current hive thermostat as without that I can’t get heating on! This company are a joke wouldn’t recommend be aware and stay away!!!

Thank you so much Wayne on a lovely very professional job. Explained how to use the nest thermostat and advised on putting it in a different room also re-fitted the heat link in a better place. Very happy customer only 1question .... my son linked his phone to the thermostat but did not remember to get the code to install it on my phone so if anyone knows how to find the code I would be very grateful. Well deserved 5 stars

Installation was brilliant Daniel was very approachable cleared up everything and explained how everything worked, paperwork sent was swift also so thank you, The problem is getting through to the office half an hour hanging on the phone when one has a busy schedule is unacceptable says leave a message and you cannot do that either. because it cuts you off hence 4 stars and not five

I am uncertain as to whether this company actually installs boilers. Four months after contacting them initially, when they pushed hard to 'sell' me the boiler subsidy scheme, they have not agreed to install a boiler. I have had an initial survey, then a 5 week wait for a boiler engineer, then a further wait. I have agreed to get one installed but now they don't return my calls. A total waste of my time and energy.

The installation from start to finish was professional and stress free. We hit a few obstacles as the house threw up some anomalies and it was no trouble for the installers, they just worked around us and went with the flow. The whole team were professional and courteous and extremely lovely people. Thank you Mrs Phillips

Had a new boiler fitted yesterday by C&T, the whole process from consultation to installation was superb. Everything was fully explained, and two lovely young men visited yesterday and worked tirelessly on a very hot day to complete an excellent job, extremely pleased with result, and can certainly recommend this company for their friendly and professional service, thank you so much to all at C&T Susan and Peter Lewis of Merthyr Tydfil

This company put our boiler in they were clean and professional but since we have had a leak in the attic and their after service is very poor avoid this company at all cost.

When things go wrong they don't want to know.

It is my experience, that anyone looking for a grant funded boiler, should LEAVE this company alone. Their only concern is making money. When things go wrong they do not want to know. Their prices are inflated, they fail to give a breakdown of cost and grant contributions, they ignore all correspondence and they fail to send a confirmation of payment detailing all the work done. I was bitten by a cowboy operation, shame on me. In response criticism, CTeco failed to respond to my emails an the 3rd, 15th,and the 19th of March email from CTeco Monday  2nd March 2020 to which I had no reply. First of all I would like to take you to task on the pricing of this job. Email: dated January 6th 2020: you quoted: Boiler and materials £1900 + VAT = £2280 Labour 1 day + vertical flue installation £1000 Total Cost: £3280.00 Our Contribution £799 + VAT = £958.80 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Email: 27th February 2020: Cost of boiler £1008.92 Cost of additional materials £623.08 (7 TRVs Included £39.62. Total cost of boiler and materials £1632.20 + VAT = £1958.35 Cost of labour £600 Total Cost: £2558.35 Value of the Grant: £1791.31 Balance: £767.04 + VAT = should be £920.45? Not £958.80 Does CTeco not have a calculator? 06/01/20 All boilers installed under Eco are supplied with a 2 year manufacturer warranty. This is because customers receive a new heating system for a fraction of the cost compared to privately. Once the boiler is installed you can contact the manufacturer and purchase an extended warranty directly with them. 1. Please see below for a breakdown of the cost. Boiler + Materials - £1900 + VAT Labour - £1000 ( 1 Day + Vertical Flue Installation ) Total Cost £3280.00 You Continue with: 3. The cost to get the work done privately would be £3500 - £4000. It has been replaced with a Worcester 30kw System Boiler with all the additional pipe work connecting to a system storage tank, that I provided for £2251.15 and you have the audacity to con me into thinking the boiler would cost me £3500/£4000. Cowboy springs to mind.

We have just had a new boiler fitted this week. We are elderly and do not like people coming into our home, saying that, we have to praise the two boys that came to fit it for us they were courteous; clean; polite; and efficient , we cannot praise them enough. We have had people in here to jobs for us and have said to each other ,glad to see the back of that one. These two boys that came to fit our boiler can come for tea anytime ha ha.
