Reviews

R&S Energy Solutions Ltd is described by most reviewers as friendly and helpful, with several praising the quality of its heating, boiler and plumbing work. Reviewers mention punctual, hard-working staff and quick repairs, including a boiler breakdown fixed on the day of the call. One reviewer reports a disappointing appointment where the time was changed, the technician arrived late and the company said no one was home despite four people being in the property.
Absolutely fantastic company
I had the misfortune to arrange an appointment with this company. Appointment originally booked at 8am. Day before the appointment, I rang to confirm the details. I was informed the time was now 9am. At 10.25 I received a message, stating the technician was on his way. 12.05 still no sign of technician and no message. When I rang to inquire about the poor service. I was told the technician had been to the house at 10.30 and found nobody home. As there were four people in the property, I find it difficult to believe we are all deaf. Perhaps the technician wanted an early finish, it was Friday after all. Very disappointing. Company needs to lift it's customers service.

Quick and speedy service from the engineers. They helped when my boiler broke down and were there repairing the issue on the day I called. Super friendly staff
The people at R&S Solutions are always friendly and helpful. Their work is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone who wants professional installation and help with anything to do with fitting and plumbing. A great company.
I recommend this business to anyone. Richy, Donn a and the two gentlemen who installed a new boiler and re routed my gas supply, which, I.must say was a challenge. The workmen were punctual, hard working, kind, polite, and worked tirelessly to get my heating and water back on.they never stopped.. (coffee and biscuits may have helped)their standard of work is second to none, and would like to take this opportunity to say a big big THANK YOU.
Brilliant, from Richie the owner, Donna the administrator to Martin and other employees who worked on our house. 1st class work, I would thoroughly recommend this company.
