Reviews
4.1
Dowlais Heating Ltd gets mostly positive reviews, with several customers saying the team was professional and the work was to a high standard. One reviewer said a complete new boiler was fitted the morning after a quote, and another said a heating system installed years earlier had given no trouble and was still being serviced annually. Bathroom renovation work was also praised, with one reviewer happy with the finish and another saying the design advice helped get exactly what they wanted. Others said the team was clean and tidy and kept them informed. On the negative side, two reviewers said calls were not returned, one described the staff as rude and arrogant and said the firm would steal your money, and another reported inconsistent information and service that was not put right when raised.
Extremely satisfied with this family team of heating engineers. I recommend them without reservation. Highly competent and professional tradesman who are totally customer focused and take a pride in their high standards. Very clean and tidy workers who complete the job thoroughly and only request payment when the customer is content and happy. Left our home warm and cosy and we felt fully informed about our new heating system. Thanks also to LIsa in the command and control centre who was very helpful and kept us informed. Our sincere gratitude to Martin, Chris and Gavin.
Chris and is team are very professional and i cant thank them enough for their help with my massive problem of replacing my broken mist system Martin Evans . Pontardawe
Left a message, never called back
Dowlais heating what can I say. Called yesterday afternoon (06/10) as our boiler has been broken for a week. Martin came down, had a look, gave us a quote and literally at 7.30am today they arrived and fitted a complete new boiler. The service was incredible from start to finish and we can't recommend them enough
Definitely recommend this very professional company .First class work
Dowlais renovated my bathroom which included walls, floors, ceiling, lighting, shower, toilet, sink, radiator and extractor fan. Their price was comparable to others, but they stood out as they could see what I was imagining and they were friendly and professional. I am so happy with the quality of their products and workmanship.

Always good
Dowlais Heating recently completed a bathroom renovation for me - the standard of work and finish on the bathroom is of an extremely high standard. Dowlais Heating were able to offer advice on the design and various options and the finished product is exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend Dowlais Heating. 5*
Dowlais Heating saved the day for us.. Our 20 year old boiler finally gave up on us in early January, not the best time to be without heating and hot water..! I was recommended to contact Dowlais Heating and really glad I did, they came the same day to have a look and I received the quote the same afternoon. A very competitive price and they did the job within days, When they came, they were very quick, really polite and professional with everything back on by mid day. Cheers guys', I cant thank you enough..
