Hi looking at getting a new boiler installed contacted Lodge lovely people in the office. Jack came did the survey sorted out what was needed. Given that I work shift and my wife works normal hours needed quite specific requirements. Came up with a solution and a quote we we happy with. Sam and Chris came and installed the boiler and control systems. All the staff were lovely helpful and polite. The work was done to our complete satisfaction and everything left neat and tidy. A lovely company to deal with would highly recommend them.

Recomend Chris, He done a damn good job of removing my bath to replace it with a shower unit ,also matching tiles where the bath had been fitted. Left everywhere clean and tidy, leaving no rubbish behind. Called into their office recently with an update, query, the staff were especially helpful and efficient. Very impressed by these guys n girls, from the first contact made with them to the final installation very professional. Clean and tidy installation, they even got a rad working really well which hadn't worked for a couple of years... Special mention to Nathan who conducted the survey found him extremely helpful and very professional.

The work done by Lodge Plumbing and Heating is absolutely amazing—no complaints there. However, their aftercare service leaves much to be desired. Here's my experience: After the installation was completed, I received a courtesy call from the office asking if everything was alright. I told them the installation work itself was flawless, but there was an issue with the scrap collection. A scrap guy, who appeared on the first day of installation, took the old tanks and boilers. Then, on the third day, he returned to collect the old radiators and left tire marks on my neighbor's front garden. This led to my neighbor confronting and insulting me over the damage, which was embarrassing and unfair since it wasn't my fault. I raised this concern with the LPH office, and they asked me to email them pictures of the damage. I complied, and they called me back to discuss it. During the call, they asked me what I expected as a resolution. I clarified that I wasn’t looking for monetary compensation; I just wanted the problem fixed. However, their response was disappointing. They claimed not to know who the scrap guy was, saying they had no connection with him. But this didn’t sit well with me because their engineers had allowed the scrap guy to take the materials in the first place. If they had refused him access, none of this would have happened. To resolve the issue, they suggested I cover the damaged area with compost and grass seed—something I feel is not my responsibility as I wasn’t at fault. When I refused, they said they could come and fix it but that I would need to pay for the “goodwill gesture” they’d previously provided. The “goodwill gestures” they referred to included relocating the thermostat holder, installing 10 gas pipe clips, and moving the gas pipe to prevent it from obstructing a cupboard. While I appreciated these adjustments, I don’t think it’s fair to hold them over my head in exchange for resolving the damage caused by the scrap guy. In summary, while the installation work by LPH engineers was top-notch, some individuals in their office made the aftercare process unnecessarily frustrating. Additionally, I would advise others to ensure that LPH engineers properly handle scrap materials and confirm everything with the office. Do not rely on third parties or take matters into your own hands, as it might backfire. I hope LPH takes this feedback seriously and improves their aftercare service, as the quality of their work deserves better follow-through.

We went from quote to boiler install in just over 1 week. Sam and the rest of the team were friendly, tidy and respectful whilst carrying out the work. Found the company online and contacted their ops manager (Claire) who efficiently provided some initial advice/info/answered questions about their services and quote (following their surveyor's visit, who too, was thoroughly professional). The highlight of the entire experience was the actual install conducted by Chris and his team (Simon & Oliver). Extremely knowledgable, hardworking, meticulously tidy (dust sheets on floor, hovered up & tidied after each day), and the workmanship was outstanding. Would definitely use again and cannot recommend highly enough.

Brilliant from start to finish, had Aircon put into our house we recently moved into, and exceptional from start to finish. Claire was my main point of contact for most of it, and she went above and beyond for any requests I made and answered everything in dumb lingo for me. The engineers I had for the install were Chris and Simon, they did an amazing job, pipe work looks great, followed all my requirements to a tee never once felt left out or lost during the entire process 10/10 will be coming back in the future, and I will be recommending them anyone who asks me about it.

Wow a company does what it said it would do no waffle. I took s chance on trying this company and im glad I did. After being let down by my plumber lodge came out and gave me a quote for new oil boiler manifold and fixing installing new pipe work. My regular guy said I needed a new hot water tank at a cost of £3000 fitted. Lodge said it just needed a tightening of a brass nut. Lodge turned up on time all the rubbish was cleared and taken away and site left clean and tidy. They even finished the same day. Clare who works in the office was extremely efficient at keeping us informed on what was going on. Clare rang after a few days to check everything ok. We have three oil boilers to maintain and have no hesitation in moving to lodge for all our future work. Well done and thanks

We wanted air conditioning for our home ready for the summer as I really struggled last year in the heat especially at night. From the moment we approached Chris and his team we received a prompt and pleasant service. A helpful surveyor talked us through the process, showed us how it would be installed and a quick quote was provided. The installers were really nice and did their work with the minimum of fuss. We are Delighted with the professional service given.

My 30 plus year old boiler finally bit the dust,just as the cold weather came in,typical! Using reviews,I called a few companies to get an idea of costs and installation dates. After some consideration I chose Lodge Heating as Claire was always very helpful and answered all my questions plus their surveyor,Jack was informative,giving both fitment options and three different boilers to choose from. I elected to go for the Grant Vortex,not the cheapest but according to reviews one of the quietest and reliable. I paid my deposit and a fitting date was set with a two day allowance given for installation and commissioning. Two engineers arrived nice and early on the given day and cracked on with the work, they never stopped and had the full install completed inside one day. Chris ran through the operating of the boiler,which was very simple, before cleaning up. Both the engineers were very polite and pleasant natured,very tidy,removing any mess and also my old boiler! I was most impressed and I would have no hesitation in recommending Lodge Heating for their amazing service.

Chris Lodge was extremely meticulous when inspecting our home to assess the work to convert our backboiler system with a combi system and was very clear about what needed to be done, and then offered us a very competitive quote compared to many other companies we looked at. His team arrived and were extremely professional throughout, tackling all challenges without hesitation.
