Cool Cats Air Conditioning Services Ltd

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great solution tailored to our home We used Cool Cats Air Conditioning Services Ltd to design and install a Mitsubishi Electric MSZ-LN multi-room air conditioning system, and the result has been spot on for our house. Paul took the time to understand the layout of the rooms, insulation levels and how the spaces are actually used, rather than just fitting a standard system. Each room can be controlled independently, which works really well given the different sizes and heat levels in the house. The system is very energy efficient, runs quietly, and provides consistent heating and cooling without drafts or hot spots. The Wi-Fi monitoring and control is a big plus, allowing us to fine-tune temperatures easily. The installation was neat, professional and clearly well planned. We’d happily recommend Cool Cats to anyone looking for a properly designed air conditioning or heat pump solution for their home.

Came home last night boiler not working Called Amber Heating at 8.30 next morning engineer arrived at 13.00 sorted problem straight away Boiler up and working 30 minutes later Excellent service from Amber heating services

Absolutely amazing team and service. Highly recommended. Guided me through the whole process and were very reasonable with the charges. From start to finish the interaction and process has been exceptional.

Amazing team and phenomenal job. Highly recommend for anything AC related. I ordered an Air conditioning system through BOXT and they organised Cool Cats to come and fit the AC. When the guys arrived they realised BOXT had not explained the job properly and it was going to be a lot more complex. I live in a 3rd floor flat and with it being a rented property over a shop getting the cables to where they needed to be was going to be difficult. Regardless they did not hesitate and began trying to overcome any and all problems in order to get the AC cables through the loft and round the side of the flat. The team handled all the extra admin work that was needed, they organised the electrician and scissor lift required for the job all themselves. In hindsight I wish I had gone to Cool Cats directly as they are very experienced and extremely competent with the work. The team were very considerate and always promptly on time, they went above and beyond to make sure the systems were all very well secure and operational. A huge thank you to Noah and his team, Thank you so much for everything guys. Where most companies would have refused the job. You always reassured me that it was possible. You've done an amazing job. I will recommend Cool Cats to anyone after an AC system and will be in touch for the yearly checks. You guys are awesome !

The team came out to fit units to my hedgehog rehabilitation unit and my intensive care unit for my HedgeHog rescue, within a week from pricing up they arrived promptly and quietly got on with the job ,parts off the job where challenging and it was sorted out efficiently. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and would certainly use them in the future. One very happy customer and 50 very chilled HedgeHogs
