Key Solar Ltd

Kierran was excellent from start to finish, ours was an unusual project with a ground mount system required. Kierran sourced an excellent “Cornish Rocker” mounting system and fitted top quality inverter and battery. He has also guided me through setting up the monitoring and has even contacted me recently to let me know the system had registered a fault due to local transformer issues that i was completely unaware of. Excellent customer service and so good to use a local company.

Having acquired various quotes online from larger companies it soon became apparent that going with a local firm was the wisest way to go - given I live in Cornwall and access to my property is quite tricky. I was extremely thankful to have Kieran and Key Solar recommended to me . Knowledgeable, professional and reassuring from start to finish, Joe and Tiago did a great job installing the system and were a pleasure to have around the place. Highly recommended . Mark Polperro

When we decided to install solar on the restaurant roof, we didn’t know a great deal about how it all worked. They explained everything step by step in a way that actually made sense to us, without overcomplicating it. We always felt comfortable asking questions, and nothing ever felt rushed. Key Solar was brilliant. The team were professional, turned up when they said they would, and kept everything running smoothly around our business. Since the installation, we have already seen a really positive impact on our electricity bills. Which as a restaurant makes a huge difference. Being able to see what we are generating through the monitoring platform has been one of my favourite parts. It is reassuring and quite exciting to watch it working, especially on a bright day. We are really pleased we made the decision, and now we just keep hoping for more sunshine

Excellent experience start to finish. Keirran corrected, completed and improved an existing solar/battery installation put in by a different company. Considered our wishes throughout, he and Tiago very polite and respectful throughout. Clean and tidy, and system now working properly and better than ever thanks to Keirran. Also installed EV charger giving me access to extremely cheap off peak when sun isn’t shining! Highly recommend to anyone.

Great quality service; from estimate, planning through prep work and final execution. Enjoyed the system for a year now so tried and tested. Also very professional and responsive handling of post sale and post execution queries. Highly recommended!

Kieran and his team were great from the first contact during installation and proactive follow up communication. Really pleased with the performance from the panels and battery. I have recommended them to all my friends.

A job well done. Many thanks to Ryan, Tiago and Kieran for an excellent service in replacing our solar panels and inverter. Extremely professional, polite, very tidy workers, keeping us informed at all stages of the process. The only hitch was a delay in the removal of the scaffolding upon completion but in view of the horrendously high winds and torrential rain we've had recently, it would not have been safe to do so earlier. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic service, from pre-sales advice right through to installation and after sales. Key Solar have an honest, friendly, no nonsense approach and really go out of their way to offer the best product for your needs. The whole team are incredibly enthusiastic and eager to demystify all the techno jargon, presenting everything in laymans terms. The system was installed in just under 2 days and is peforming beyond expectation. The price was way better than the competition and to top all, they are local. If you're thinking of installing solar then these guys should be at the top of your list. If they keep up the good work, I believe that Key Solar are destined to become one of the major installers in Cornwall.

Kierran Bond of Key Solar, Have installed a complete system on our new bungalow with battery back storage. I have found Kierran very helpful in explaining everything about the solar system and showing us how everything works as well as setting us up so we can monitor our system 24/7. First class service from Kierran and his team, would strongly recommend Key Solar Ltd.

Keysolar were recommended by our builders and we have not been disappointed for one minute. Nice clean installation and great aftersales service for all the queries we have Many thanks!

Great service, Kierann helped us out after our arrangement with another company fell through, before works could start. They took over the quote and worked alongside our roofers to install in-roof solar panels. They were helpful and communicative throughout the work, explaining what they were doing each step of the way. The panels are now up and running and everything is working well.

I was very impressed with my solar panel installation. I chose Key Solar over my own energy supplier as they explained everything to me in a language that I could understand and they had no hidden costs. The panels and battery were of the best quality on the market and their price actually cheaper than my energy company. The owner and his staff were very friendly and approachable during the installation and I have no quibbles in contacting them if I were to have a problem or question. In fact they contacted me after a power cut to make sure my system was working ok. This is what is good about using a local company over a national. To them you are a person not just someone at the end of a phone being passed around. Well done a five star service.

I'm not the type of person who normally leaves reviews but Kierran and the team at Key Solar have been incredible from start to finish. They dug me out of a hole when the installer I'd lined up put solar on my extension went bust with a fast turnaround of quote and installation of panels, and have recently finished off the install and got my system online perfectly. Great workmanship, excellent communication and very responsive. You can really tell that Kierran cares about what he does. Thanks again Key Solar!

We would rate the installation and service provided as top rate, and at a very competitive rate. We are really pleased with our PV and battery setup and would happily recommend Kierran and his team, who provided an exceptional service.

Kierran rescued us from the results of a very poor installation of solar batteries (from another company). He responded quickly and arrived the next day. He showed excellent understanding of the issue and worked efficiently to rectify it. By the time he left the system was visibly up and running again, and I felt I knew a great deal more about how it worked. I won't hesitate to call on Kierran again if there are any future problems, or if we wish to extend or upgrade the system.

Cant say enough good things about this company, I had a fault and kept getting fobbed off by other company's that I will need a total new Instal for thousands of pounds, I was reccomended to Kieran at Key Solar who came round, diagnosed the fault In 10 minutes, and returned a few days later with a replacement Inverter, Installed It within an hour at a fraction of what I was being quoted for a complete install, Top Fella! Top Company! Totally reccomended!

Answered our phone call, turned up on time as arranged, fixed the problem immediately and efficiently with minimum fuss and expense. Key Solar Ltd are one in a million. Excellent service. Thank you so much Kieran, Adrian & Louise, Rame, Cornwall

Wow, what a great company. Do not hesitate to use. I had a prompt, efficient and professional response and service today after I called for help with solar's already installed on my roof. I will definitely use them again with any further issues.
