CERTIFIED RENEWABLE SOLUTIONS LIMITED

A fantastic service by Certified Renewables. Right through the quote to switching over the energy suppliers in the end after the solar panel installation. Great bunch of guys. Always approachable and ready to help. Special thanks to Ben and Sam. Highly recommended.

Really pleased with the work Ben and his team did installing our heat pump. Communication was great throughout, and they were very informative, patient, and supportive while guiding us through the process. They answered all our questions and made the whole transition straightforward. Would definitely recommend them.

Certified Renewable Solutions recently installed solar panels and a battery for me. My first point of contact was Ben, who expertly guided me through the process and was always available to answer any question. The installation team was so professional and incredibly hardworking and they completed the job to a very high standard. I have recommended them to several people already and will continue to do so!

I contacted them as a Which provider and was not disappointed. I wanted to reduce my carbon footprint and long term costs. My initial contact was with Ben who explained the options, the process and the options. He was reticent to suggest panels as there were other options to reduce costs and the payback was longer than they like. I went ahead with panels and every step was completed on time and with considerate people. The panel fitter even replaced some broken tiles without prompting. The panels are now up and running, the app shows me the energy generation and I am now working with the team to optimise my energy plan. Great company, great people, highly recommend them.

Sam from CRSL returned my call promptly and patiently walked me through rebooting my inverter which had suffered a power loss. The problem was solved and I’m very pleased to relay that the service was efficient and competent.

When I started to look at solar panel systems for the house I spoke to countless companies. Who knew that the one I settled on was a stones throw from my house. I spoke to a couple of people .. from the initial phone call and home visit I was put at ease. My primary goal was to pay as less money to my energy provider. The system that I got far outweighs what I use and net result I am making money by selling back to the grid / use it to pay for my gas - over a period of 3 to 4 years the system would have paid for itself and thereafter it's generating me free energy. The solution, design, advise, communication throughout has been second to none. Sam was my main point of contact and he was great - even understanding my personal circumstances and simply said I concentrate on that and he will take care of everything - true to his word he delivered. Aftercare has also been great.. when the time is right and my boiler packs up I will go back to this company for the heat pump install. And if ever I decide to go for an EV will go back to them. Thanks to the team for a seamless install.

I had a great experience with Certified Renewable Solutions Ltd. From the initial consultation through to installation, Sameer & team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain all the options clearly and made sure everything was tailored to my needs. The installation process was smooth and efficient, with minimal disruption. The staff were punctual, respectful, and kept everything tidy throughout. It’s clear they take pride in their work and customer satisfaction. Since using their services, I’ve already noticed the benefits in terms of energy efficiency and cost savings. I’d definitely recommend Certified Renewable Solutions Ltd to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy renewable energy solutions.

Excellent experience having solar installed by Certified Energy Renewable Solutions. Ben handled everything in the run-up to the install — clear, knowledgeable, and made the whole quoting and design process easy. Install day itself was smooth, on time, and tidy. Sam then helped me get my solar export set up and was just as responsive to every query I had. Super helpful team across the board. Highly recommend Certified Renewables to anyone looking for a trustworthy solar installer — communication is first class and they really know their stuff. I know everyone must say this, but I really do wish I installed solar sooner! Thanks again guys!

I had solar panels installed on my home by Sam at Certified Renewables, and the entire experience has been excellent from start to finish. Sam was my single point of contact throughout, which made everything straightforward, and he’s still checking in now to make sure I’m happy. The process itself was seamless. The initial quote was simple and clear, and they were able to get the installation booked in within a week, which I didn’t expect. On the day, the tradesmen were already there waiting, knew exactly what they were doing, and were professional, polite, and very clean. They even brought their own tea and coffee, which shows how well prepared they were. What stood out was that during the install, Sam suggested adjusting the positioning of some of the panels to improve how they looked on the house. I had already agreed the layout and was happy, so he didn’t need to do that, but he clearly cared about the end result. He was right, the final look is much better both front and back. The aftercare has been just as strong. They helped me switch energy providers, talked me through the savings, and moved me onto better tariffs. It has been completely hands on support the whole way through. The impact was immediate. The savings are noticeable straight away. I have gone from paying out on energy to actually generating income. I was so happy with the result that I also had panels installed on my summer house. I have already recommended them to family and friends, and if I had more properties, I would use them again without hesitation.

Great service from start to finish. The team was really friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with throughout the process. Communication was clear, everything was handled smoothly, and I would happily recommend them to others.

Fantastic experience - highly recommended. We had solar panels and a battery installed. From the initial contact to the finished installation, Ben and the team have been amazing. We have had support and information every step of the way to help us understand what would be best for us, how the solar panels work, what the installation involves, and what the costs and savings would be. The installers, Lee and Charlie, were very friendly and did a great job (including cleaning up!). Have already recommended Certified Renewables to my parents!

It was great to find a renewables company so nearby and both Sam and Ben responded quickly and clearly when we got in touch. Ben had a look at our property and offered much expert advice and information and was a pleasure to deal with. We didn't actually use Certified Renewables for an installation because we were facing various technical difficulties about where a heat pump could be located on our property. It also seemed as though we might need to get planning permission, which made us hesitate. But Ben and Sam came across as well organised, well informed and enthusiastic and Certified Renewables clearly has a bright future in Harrow.

I used Certified Renewable Solutions to install Sigenergy batteries and a Daikin ASHP. Both installations went very smoothly and the service provided was superb. I most appreciated the service for the ASHP, because I approached 3 other companies beforehand: one said I had no space to put the ASHP, the second said they could not provide an ASHP large enough for my property, the third said they could provide the ASHP but only near my front door, which I did not want. Ben was the only person who actually listened to what I was trying to achieve (with the ASHP in the back garden) and took the time to work out a solution for what was a somewhat more complicated installation. It was such a relief dealing with someone who tried to meet my needs rather than find a solution which made life easier for the installer. The installation itself was carried out very professionally, the workmanship was exceptional, and the garden and the house were left clean and tidy after completion. Ben and Sam have provided useful advice/aftercare and resolved a number of questions about the operation of both the battery and ASHP (and their apps) since completion. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

We recently worked alongside Certified Renewables on a Daikin air source heat pump installation, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The installation itself was well organised and carried out smoothly, with the on-site team being professional, courteous, and clearly experienced. From a commercial perspective, pricing was competitive and transparent, and the after-sales support stood out. Ben was particularly proactive, taking the time to attend site and fine-tune the system, ensuring it was optimised and properly understood. Sam also handled the administrative side very efficiently, including grant applications and compliance paperwork, which made the process straightforward. Certified Renewables demonstrated a strong technical understanding, good communication, and a clear focus on long-term system performance. We would have no hesitation in recommending them as a delivery partner for air source heat pump projects.

Sam and Ben made sure the job was completed in a professional and expeditious manner. They are always to hand if I have a question and they follow through. Based on my delivery I recommend them to others.

Highly recommended! Certified Renewables handled our heat pump installation brilliantly. Ben provided expert advice and coordinated perfectly with our builder, while the installation crew was professional and thorough. We found the pricing competitive and the after-sales support top-tier—Ben has been very proactive in optimizing the system. Our house is warm, bills are low, and I’d definitely use them again for any future renewable projects.

We have been considering an air source heat pump for our home and spoke to Certified Renewable Solutions, after an initial positive discussion Ben visited my home to offer advice, suggestions and options. The whole experience was excellent, friendly, professional and above all knowledgeable with the focus on not only the installation of the system but also the tuning over time and on-going support, something I feel is essential with what for many of us are new technologies. In the end we did not proceed with an installation, the reasons for this were entirely personal but as and when we decide to proceed, I will definitely contact Ben and the team at Certified Renewables. In this is another important point at no point was there any sales pressure at all, just an informed, respectful and professional discussion. I would not normally post a review if I hadn’t proceeded with a purchase but I know many people will find themselves looking at renewable technologies uncertain of the costs and benefits. I feel it is worth saying that in my experience Certified Renewables are a very easy company to deal with, if you are considering the installation of renewables then I would have no hesitation in recommending them for an honest, knowledgeable, no pressure discussion and quote.

Ben was amazingly patient explaining the costs, efficiency and process of installing an air source heat pump. We have had it a year now and our house is warm and we have plenty of hot water. (I had my doubts!) It is very quiet and has been easy to operate. I thoroughly recommend Certified Renewable Solutions.

Certified Renewables installed an air source heat pump for us, and the results have been fantastic. Our home is warm in winter and cool in summer without relying on traditional heating. Ben and his team managed everything seamlessly, from the initial survey to the final setup. It’s a brilliant system—efficient, eco-friendly, and surprisingly quiet. A great investment for long-term comfort and savings.

My experience with Certified Renewables was excellent. I first contacted them through Instagram and Ben replied to me immediately and set up a call same day to go through my options and what I would like to have fitted. Everything was very transparent in terms of pricing and the equipment choices we could have. Ben then arranged to come down and have a meeting in person before I agreed to anything - there was never any pressure to go through with anything. The team that supported us was fantastic, from the surveyors to the installation team and of course Sam in the office. Sam helped us get the whole system set up with an app and to contact our energy supplier to get the best tariffs and set up charging systems. I would highly recommend this company and their professionalism.

Great experience with Certified Renewable Solutions Ltd. Sam and the team were very professional, explained everything clearly, and carried out a very neat and tidy installation. The system is working perfectly, and all certificates and documents were provided properly. Highly recommended! — Rohit Kotecha

Recently had a daiken Ashp installed - install went smoothly and a special mention to the installers who were polite and helpful throughout the whole installation. Price was competitive and after sales was even better. A special mention to Ben who took time out on a Sunday and came to explain and optimise the system. Sam was great also and took care of all the paperwork and grant applications. Would definitely recommend certified renewables if you are looking for Ashp.

I can’t recommend Certified Renewables highly enough! From start to finish, their team made our solar panel installation completely stress-free. Sam explained everything clearly, from system design to grant options, and helped us choose the best renewable energy solution for our home. The installers were professional, tidy, and clearly very experienced. Our solar PV system was fitted quickly, and the team also added a home battery storage system, so we now store excess energy and use it in the evenings. It’s already making a big difference to our electricity bills. I really appreciate how Certified Renewables focuses on sustainable energy solutions that are practical and affordable. Sam took time to show us how to monitor our energy use and maximise our savings. Within a few months, our energy bills dropped, and our carbon footprint is much smaller. Thanks to their team, we now have a complete solar + battery system that works seamlessly and we feel great knowing we’re doing our part for the planet. Highly recommended for anyone who wants reliable, green energy installers and a professional, trustworthy service.

Ben patiently helped me to decide the best way forward. I decided to add a battery to my existing solar panels. The engineer came on time and was quick and tidy and talked me through the app afterwards. Sam moved me to the appropriate tariff and set up the operating times for the battery to suit my needs and the solar panels. He will reset these every six months. This is a constructive, friendly company, and the after care is excellent, contact being easily available. Highly recommended.

Certified Renewables installed our heat pump during a house renovation and I was very happy with the service. Ben provided clear advice, was patient throughout, and coordinated well with our builder. The installers, Darius and Michael, were thorough, professional, and did a great job. Pricing was competitive, and the after-sales support has been excellent – Ben is quick to respond and has fine-tuned the system for efficiency. The house is comfortable and bills remain reasonable. Had I known them earlier, I would have gone through Certified Renewables for all of my renewable kit. I’d recommend them to anyone considering a heat pump or other renewable system.

I had a brilliant experience with Certified Renewable Solutions for the installation of my heat pump. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Ben, who came to carry out the initial survey, was incredibly kind and clearly very experienced. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel confident in the next steps. Sam, who managed the overall process, was an absolute pleasure to work with—always helpful, responsive, and made sure everything stayed on track. Communication was excellent throughout, and both Sam and Ben were a real credit to the company. Everything went exactly as planned, and I’m really happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Certified Renewable Solutions to anyone considering renewable energy solutions. Great team, great service, and a very positive experience!

Sam Vakani went the extra mile. He sorted out a problem even though it related to an installation from his previous company! Not only that but he persisted to reach a solution even though it meant him doing this at the weekend. I'd be confident recommending him, and therefore Certified Renewable Solutions.

The whole experience was excellent from the insulation to advice given by Sam and Ben highly recommend this company

I had an excellent experience with Certified Renewals for my solar panel installation. From the first consultation to the final setup, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process stress-free. Ben, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure I understood every step and was happy with the results. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and highly recommend them to anyone considering solar energy. Fantastic work!

Absolutely amazing. Our experience with this company has been brilliant. Sam, the Director, is down to earth, approachable and will go above and beyond to help. I just cannot fault the customer service - second to none. Will definitely be recommending. Keep up the great work x

We recently had a solar power system installed in our bungalow in Pinner by Certified Renewals. We initially had a load of questions which Sam and the sales team answered which gave us the comfort regarding the benefits. We had a recommendation from a family friend who used this company too and were happy we chose Certified Renewables. The install team were courteous, ontime and cleaned up well.... Now to see the bills come down!! Woop woop. Thanks Sam and team

My solar panels and batteries were install in 2020 by the experts who now make up Certified Renewable Solutions. in January a much older insulation needed upgrading and this was carried out quickly and efficiently by them. As an extra service my batteries were checked and a two tier payment system arranged, as a free extra service which I had not considered. This is typical of this business going the extra mile to ensure a happy customer.
