A great process from start to finish. John was really helpful and informative during the sales process with no pressure to proceed, he let the numbers do the talking. Moving forward to installation was really easy, it happened quickly and required little from me. The installation was done really quickly and with minimal impact on us, the team worked extremely hard in very hot temperatures and got the job done in a day and a half for quite a lot of panels. Really pleased with the service all round, Louis has a very good operation in place.

I spent a long time researching solar before choosing Discover Solar and spoke to quite a few companies along the way. What stood out from the start was the amount of time they took to understand what we were actually trying to achieve. Rather than trying to sell us a standard package, they designed a system around our house, our future plans and how we actually use energy. Louis was brilliant throughout. He answered countless technical questions and, more importantly, talked me out of spending money on a couple of things that I simply didn’t need. That’s pretty rare these days and gave me a lot of confidence that they were recommending what was right for us, not what made them the most money. The installation team were fantastic. They worked for 14 hours in driving rain and still completed the entire installation in a single day. They were friendly, professional, incredibly hard-working and the quality of the installation is first class. One thing that often gets overlooked is everything that happens after you’ve signed the order. All the paperwork, MCS, DNO notifications and commissioning were just dealt with quietly in the background. I never had to chase anyone or worry that something had been missed. Since the installation I’ve become slightly obsessed with monitoring the system and it’s actually outperforming the original generation estimates, which is a nice bonus. Whenever I’ve had a question since the install, the team have been just as responsive as they were beforehand. I’d happily recommend Discover Solar to anyone. They clearly know their stuff, take pride in their work and, most importantly, genuinely care about designing the right system rather than simply selling you the biggest system.

It's been about a month since I had my panels installed and I have to say that I am very happy with the product and the service I received from Louis and the team at Discover solar. One of the panels arrived from the delivery agent damaged and they had a replacement on site within about 3 hours , didn't delay the installation at all, I was very impressed! Mark is super cool. I love my new solar panels. Based on his survey, i was supposed to produce around 400kwh in March, i produced 600kwh. I bought an electric car and i effecitvely charge it for free due to the rates, i know mark isnt incharge of the rates, but still. Installation was done by professionals, mark came on the day to make sure it was all smooth. I would personally recommed this company to anyone.

Very happy with our install, Mark and Louis were very responsive and provided a very competitive quote. I can truly say this is one of the best service I have ever encountered. The entire process took less than a fortnight from our first site meeting with Mark, to being fully up and running. From start to finish, Discover Solar have been the epitome of excellence. They have fitted 12 panels, inverter, 6kw battery and an EV charger. We were impressed. Louis was really responsive and very quick to get all information we wanted. Once we made the decision the work was done pretty quickly. The scaffolders were great and the workmen appeared to be thorough and professional and were super tidy. It only took a couple of days for the installation to be completed. We have been generating loads of energy during august but have not managed to get on to Octopus electric tariffs yet due to issues with our smart meter. Our own fault for not switching sooner. We are hoping when we do we will be super impressed with the results as we can then fully utilise the system. It feels good to be self sufficient for your electricity needs.

We had multiple quotes overall, with 2 companies coming out to the house in Enfield and the rest sending an estimate remotely. Discover Solar came out to the property which gave us confidence in them whilst also providing the best overall system for our home. The Discover Solar surveyor was very thorough and spent a lot of time making sure we understood the technicalities. Our house is not ideally placed for solar, but the compromise is very effective. Work was started two weeks after the surveyor's visit and proceeded very much as planned with scaffolders, electricians and installers all arriving on schedule. All work finished on schedule and the system is working well. I am very pleased with Discover Solar and would very much recommend them.

Started my solar journey a month or so back by asking questions on a Facebook forum. Was contacted by Discover Solar who were happy to answer lots of questions and arranged a phone call to discuss my needs. A few weeks passed and i decided to proceed with the given quote but during the weeks between the quote and proceeding I wasn't pushed, hassled or harassed at all into making a decision, other companies where very pushy. So with the order placed my install was arranged exceptionally quickly and the process was put in motion. First the scaffolders arrived, very professional, next the electrician Max arrived and did a very neat job of the electrics and finally the roofers came and fitted the panels. All quick, all smooth and then lots of follow up messages to make sure all was well, which it is. Can't recommend Discover Solar enough, the reviews say it all and they really are the best.

I recently purchased solar panels and have been impressed ever since. It was a great decision to go solar, especially over the summer with any spare energy being exported back to the grid and getting paid for it.
