We had a 4 solar panel and battery installation on a new-build house. The process was absolutely flawless and we are very happy with everything. The installers, Sam, Miguel, and Terry were fantastic. Sam did a fab job of walking us through the system. The pre and after-sales team are super responsive. Would highly recommend.
Infinity Energy Services were first class from the initial discussions about my solar and battery system, the helpful surveyor input, to arranging my DNO application and the installation of the panels and battery. The solar team worked very hard and the electricians Glenn and Josh were very efficient and explained each stage of the process. I can recommend this company.

After a few months of planning and waiting Infinity Energy Services came this week to install our solar panels and two Tesla Powerwall 3's. The service received from start to finish, from order to update to scaffolding to install and completion has been carried out professionally and without fuss. My solar panel and battery installation was completed in very good time by a courteous, knowledgeable and efficient team. Thank you Sam, Ollie, Steve and Phil. I went with Infinity Energy Services, as they were the only company who were willing to do a site survey prior to quote which I found very reassuring. Couldn’t fault the whole process from enquiry to install. Everyone I dealt with was very professional . Questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Kept informed of progress. Scaffolders worked relentlessly in the heat again polite and professional. I cannot speak highly enough of the installers especially the 2 electricians Gregg and Oli. The whole install was completed quickly and neatly. I will certainly be asking them to come back at some point to install a car charger when I need it
We got the A team installers, Gregg Phil and Steve know their stuff, efficient, tidy and friendly. Quote process was fast and flexible, back office were also helpful and did what they said they were going to do when they said they would. Cheers 👍👍👍

I would like to say a very big thankyou to Infinity Energy Services Ltd for sending 2 very capable engineers Greg and Olly to fit my Teslar Solar Batteries and Gateway , this was the hottest day of the year and these gents did not stop working until the job was completed, Greg explained evrything from start to finish re installation to how the Tesla App works .They were on time, very clean , Methodical in there work process and a credit to Infinity .

From first contact, through the survey, follow ups and installation, Infinity and their staff have been fantastic. This is the 2nd installation I have had from Infinity. This one due to a house move. Sam and Harry were brilliant ! Sam was excellent routing the cables. All very, very neat, clean and tidy. Sam gave a good explanation of how the Fox App works as well. Very, very pleased. Thank you !
Infinity Energy were a breath of fresh air compared to other companies I contacted about solar panels. Everyone in the company I spoke to were very helpful but not pushy. At the time of install Gregg did a very neat install and communicated at all stages until completion. The roofers even went above and beyond, highlighting an existing cracked tile and provided me with the type and made it easier for me to swap myself at a later date. Was a five star experience from all.
Genuinely cannot speak highly enough about Infinity Energy Services. I was very specific about every part of my installation, as I wanted to see the bare minimum of any cables. Infinity came and did a full survey and agreed to every point. More specifically they wanted to install in that manner as they clearly take great pride in their installations. Everything was explained fully and before they left my app was fully integrated and ready to go. I have had no issues with the Powerwall’s since. 5* all the way!
I previously used infinity for my solar install and have just added a sigen battery system The battery instal involved extending my existing DC cables, removing my old inverter, and installing a gateway and battery. Sam and Oli did a vey professional job with all the equipment well fitted and cables fixed in a neat and tidy way. They worked with care and left no mess. I would highly recommend their work.
Had a additional battery and a upgraded controller to my setup, as usual the guys from infinity Greg & Dom, they got on with what they were doing and cleaned after them selfs

Sam, Oli & Josh did an extremely professional job of installing the battery system for my solar panels at my house in Lee on Solent. They kept me informed of any issues encountered and came up with alternative plan to overcome these issues, to my entire satisfaction. I would also like to mention Matt & Lewis who installed the panels on the roof doing a really good job with little or no fuss. Thank you Infinity Energy for a job well done.

I had a few quotes from energy companies and it is hard to judge between them, a friend recommended them so I went with Infinity. They were very professional throughout, keeping in touch as the install date came nearer. The scaffold went up on the first day, the install started the next day. System operational after two days scaffold down after another 5. All the workmen and engineers were brilliant, they discussed options as required and changed minor details as they went along. All in all, I highly recommend Infinity Energy Services.
Having had a successful installation of solar and battery last year, I went ahead and purchased another battery to potentially go independent from the grid should circumstances dictate. Both events were executed professionally despite a very steep terrain to negotiate. The whole process from surveying,design,installing , and being kept informed was worry free. The weather was appalling last December 2024 but appointments were kept. This extra battery was installed by midmorning. I have highly recommended Infinity to various friends. They are very trustworthy.

I highly recommend Infinity for solar, battery and EV charging. We had 18 panels, two Powerwalls and an EV charger put in and everything went very smoothly from initial consultation, site survey and proposal through to installation. The staff were all super friendly and supportive and took on board my requests about placement of wires etc. I can't stop looking at the Tesla app to see how much is being generated and how much saved! We chose Infinity for the quality of their materials and strong reviews, and they fully delivered. The whole process was well organised and completed exactly on schedule. Our solar panels were installed in an adjacent field, and even with the inevitable delays in permissions, Infinity honoured their original quoted price. We’ve used Infinity twice now, first for solar panels and then to add battery storage later. Both times everything went to plan and on schedule. Shout out to Sam and Oli who did a neat job on the battery install.
Infinity energy services have provided an excellent customer focussed experience for us with our recent solar panel and Tesla PW3 install. The initial contact with Ben in sales provided the most excellent sales experience with invaluable advice to my never ending list of questions , and friendly and professional advice throughout. This approach made me realise this was a company who valued customers and recognised the need to provide high level support. The next phase of site survey saw Dan ( their owner) visit our property which made me realise that this is a company where the owner cared about the process and continued to engage with his customer base. Always a good sign! Once I’d made the decision to buy I was passed to the Solar and Operations team (Ysabel and Amanda) who managed the next steps of arranging install and scaffolding in a relatively quick timescale, taking account of my needs to take particular care of my new driveway and patio. The communication via their finance team (Christine) was first class and the whole process was easy to manage via an online payment process The scaffolding team arrived the day before install and were conscientious and polite doing an amazing job to protect my property at every stage. Install day arrived and a stream of vans arrived with my equipment along with the roofing/panel team and electricians (Joe and Josh). They worked solidly the whole day and managed to compete their install on time in one day. the electricians instilled confidence as they were so concientious in their work ethic and attention to detail. I’m a few days in and despite the appalling weather I’ve seen more than 90% self sufficiency in my solar and powerwall set up. Waiting patiently now for the scaffolding to come down and get my final paperwork delivered to allow my export service to start, along with my guarantees and certifications. Having made contact 6 weeks ago and now having a fully installed system I can’t praise the Infinity team highly enough. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a team who cares about its customers, offers high quality advice and guidance throughout the sale process through to install and keep you informed at every step. Having a comprehensive after sales/ support agreement is also one of the factors why I engaged with this team. Now looking at an EV and getting a car charger which I will install shortly with Infinity’s help. Thanks again to all concerned. Your support has been very much appreciated. ***update*** Just had an EV charger install from the same company and everything went extremely smoothly also. We had a SigEnergy system installed by Infinity (panels and storage) and are very pleased with results. The whole process was very smooth from Andy doing the initial site visit, Joe our planner, the install team: Sam, Harry, Josh, Phil & Steve with Laurie & Mason doing the scaffolding. Plus Sarah in the office keeping us fully updated along the way. Although we had the install at the start of winter we have already seen clear benefits and are currently over 2 days without importing any power from the grid! Very happy.

I went to 4 different companies for quotes Infinity came up with the best proposal they were very helpful and informative on any points i had with the selection of panels, equipment and installation. The scaffolders, panel installers and electricians were all polite pleasant and really got on with their work in a professional way no trouble at all. The panels look good, well set out the batteries and inverter installed where we wanted, we are really pleased with the whole procedure
Here Comes The Sun (And I say it's all right) 11 months later...... it's so good we had a power wall 3 expansion pack added by Gregg and Josh. Same standard as before, I would highly recommend! We had Solar Panels, Battery, Air Con Units and an EV Charger fitted. Infinity supplied a large team who all worked together to complete a fantastic professional job. The Team on site were very respectful of our property (Phil & Steve - Roofers. Joe, Dave, Steve & Isaac - Electricians. Max & Ethan - Air Con Installers). Finally we would like to give our personal thanks to Dan for a brilliant job and we would highly recommend Infinity

We recently had a solar panel and battery system by Infinity Energy, after Octopus Energy declined to offer due to complications they saw in working on our extended bungalow. We originally chose Octopus because we wanted the security of a very large company standing behind their work . So when Octopus declined to complete the contract we were concerned as we thought there were too many wheelers and dealers around for our comfort. However we saw Infinity's excellent ad on Facebook and after talking to them felt persuaded that they were a high quality outfit that we could feel comfortable with. This indeed turned out to be exactly right. Infinity were extremely professional in preparing their offer, their people were friendly and very careful to meet their time deadlines . They were very tidy and made almost no mess even though the weather was against them with torrential run on the first day of the three day installation programme. The system has been up and running and already , even at this time of yea,r is showing significant results. Well done Infinity Energy!!!

We used Infinity to install our 19 panels and Tesla power wall 3 battery with gateway, the information we received from Infinity regarding panels and battery was superb, from start to finish everything was done professional to a high standard, Pav, Izaak, Harry, explained the prosess of the installation, left clean and tidy after work was finished, I would highly recommend Infinity for solar & battery.

We’ve dealt with Infinity over the last couple of months for a solar panel installation. Our house is old and so we’ve needed a bespoke approach and plan. The whole experience has been terrific. There has been constant, prompt and clear communication with the office team via phone and email. Ben, Joe and Andy have been brilliant with the surveys and proposals. The scaffolders turned up on time and were great. And the fitting crew were also brilliant- Miguel and Pavel lugging the panels up on to the roof areas and fitting them and of course Sam and Ollie on all the electrics. We are up and running now and it’s lovely to see “no cost” on the electricity smart meter from our provider because it’s all coming from solar even on a cloudy day. Highly recommend this team and business
I was recommended Infinity Energy Services by a neighbour who had a good experience with them. From the first sales contact through the follow-up after installation, Infinity Energy Services were a fantastic company to work with. I was provided with a quote in a timely fashion after the on-site survey. The surveyor was knowledgeable and understood my requirements. The installation team (Issac & Harry) worked hard to complete the installation in less time than scheduled, working almost without breaks and tidying up as they went along. Co-ordination with scaffolders and roofers was seamless. This was all made possible by the team at HQ (Amanda, Sarah and Christine) who ensured that everyone was up to date on the project and things happened on time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Infinity Energy Services to anyone looking for a solar power installation. First class and professional from start to finish.

Just had solar panels, a Tesla Powerwall 3, Tesla gateway and Zappi EV charger installed by Infinity. The process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Everybody that we had dealings with were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Kathryn was very patient and helpful with our many requests and ensured that we ended up with the most suitable system for our roof that would also be easy for us to manage. The 2 panel fitters (not good at remembering names but I think one was Miguel) quickly and neatly fitted the rails, bird guards and panels onto the roof and were the most cheerful pair you could come across. Joe (?) the electrician was excellent too, fitting the Powerwall and gateway where we wanted and the cabling very neatly and unobtrusively and helping us set up the necessary apps. We were pleased to see that Infinity are training their own electricians and to have the trainees,Harry and Ollie, on site. The scaffolders were polite, friendly and efficient too. All of the workers told us that Infinity is a good company to work for and seemed very happy as they went about their work. All together, a very good experience and we are pleased that we chose Infinity.

Wasn't impressed with waiting in all day for the scaffolders to come only to have them ring our bell 7:30 next morning. But the Infinity teams were great. The roof team got the new panels in place without any fuss. Greg, the electrician, did a top job replacing the old inverter and connecting the new panels. GivEnergy are a pain though. Greg was held for one hour on the phone. Meant him heading back to Southampton at 17:15 rather than 16:15! Won't see the system working until tomorrow. I'm happy.

The work area was kept spotless, the set up was installed neatly everything put back where they found it, excellent team work over the two day well done. Also not for getting Migel & Steve who installed the solar panels, not an easy job because the panels had to be staggered they just got on with it the area was kept clear & tidy at all times also two great polite and friendly lads, all where Infinity’s direct labour a great team effort. Excellent service from Gregg Josh and Dave, to install a battery and inverted to my builder installed solar panels. The staff worked extremely hard and after installation, guided me through the use of the app and how to interpret the information. Recently faced a stock issue and reached out to Infinity Energy Services, who are actually a competitor in our industry. They kindly agreed to help us out with a couple of products, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! Dan was more than helpful and went above and beyond to provide sound advice as well. Can't thank him enough - they're clearly at the top of their game. A first class installation, apart from a one week delay for completion due to injury to roofer. A neat job. However, the hand over could have been better, no explanation given on how the system operates, merely a brief overview of the Fox Cloud app. This is important as SP are quiet a change to the uninitiated. That said, the office were very supportive in helping address this issue.
Gregg from Infinity replaced our old Zappi with a new Hypervolt 3 pro charger. He was efficient, polite, helpful and friendly. A credit to the whole Infinity Energy Services team who are always 5 stars!
Absolutely amazing service, from initial chats with Ben, site visit with Andy, post-installation updates and certificates from Amanda and Christine it’s been seamless and smooth! Special mention to Joe & Dave never stopped working, gave clear instructions and didn’t laugh too much when I opened the door in my towel! Also the scaffolders and the two other installers whose names escape me - 10/10 service. And on top of all that - our 10 panels and 5KW battery are saving us money already! We’ve already recommended Infinity to one of our neighbours!
Dave and Joe came to the house early in the morning and were very professional and introduced themselves. They worked really hard in the two days allocated to them to do the electrical installation for solar panels. They worked in a professional manner and were always polite and courteous. Air Source Heat Pump Installation - I am very disappointed with Infinity. The Design, and the standard of workmanship was very poor. Saying that they came back many times to correct the issues I brought up.
A very good experience. The took the power from one end of the house up through the attic, down the other end. Then through a trench to the garage where a battery and charger were fitted. Professional and friendly throughout.
Excellent aircon system installed. From the site visit review of what we needed to the preliminary delivery of the hardware and then installation, all was explained carefully and all was as expected. The installation engineers were very friendly, professional, cleaned up afterwards, and showed me how it worked, operation and so on. Very happy with the quality of installation and product quality. We got competitive quotations from 3 companies and decided Infinity offered the best overall package of solar panels and battery storage. The installation was of 14 panels on our garage roof, with the battery housed within and linked by cable to our internal house electrics. The sales, technical and installation teams were excellent. The installation went smoothly over 2 days and the team were very professional, pleasant and clearly happy in their work. The lead electrician Sam, assisted by Josh, was great at setting up and explaining the system, including the app on my phone to monitor and tailor the system to our needs. The panel team, Pawel and Miguel, were equally thorough and professional. Overall, a very stress free installation. Top marks!
Just had solar panels fitted by Infinity Energy Services by Joe, Pav and Miguel, Great polite and helpful lads who did a great job and also nice and tidy after they left.
I invited 3 local companies to quote for supply of solar panels and a battery at my home near Bordon in Hampshire. Two of the companies took 2 weeks to get back to me. I had a call back from Infinity within 5 minutes....on Easter Monday. A proposal was followed by a site visit from Andrew, who clearly knew his onions. After discussions with Andrew and a couple of refinements to the initial proposal I accepted the Infinity quote and kicked the process off. They immediately submitted a DNO G99 application which was accepted in exactly a week, allowing the planned install date to be brought back. The scaffolding went up on the agreed date, and installation and commissioning of panels and battery happened over the following two days. The scaffolding came down again a week later. The entire process, from first contact to an installed and operational system took exactly one month, to the day. Izaak, our installation engineer did a great job of installing the equipment neatly, and then did a hand-over to me. We've now been 'live' just over a week, and so far the system has exceeded my expectations. I am extremely impressed with all aspects of the service I received from Infinity. Communication, punctuality, technical knowledge, tidyness and respect for our home have all been faultless. Both on-site and back office staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. We used Infinity Energy Services to install a home solar system with Tesla battery. What an amazing company to work with. From start to completion of installation was an exemplar of efficiency and World-class customer service. Steve and his team installed the system with huge care and professionalism. Another great install! I just had the team install air-conditioning into 2 bedrooms. Sam and Max were as always polite, knowledgeable and skilled at their jobs. I’m super pleased with the result. Everyone turned up at the advised time, all the members of the team from Infinity introduced themselves to me. Izaak and Dave explained the installation to me. The work was completed on time and the site left clean and tidy. The team fixing the bird prevention netting to the solar panels left everything tidy as well. It was great that all rubbish etc was taken away. It was a great to have people who were conscientious and enthusiastic working on one’s property.
Infinity Energy have been excellent from the initial definition of the best configuration and equipment location for the property through quotation to final install. The install team were superb, fitting the 12 SunPower PV panels with Foxess hybrid inverter and battery over two days, taking into account a few of my requests regarding cable routing. Overall, excellent experience and would highly recommend.
Infinity added an additional solar array plus battery to my existing system. It was a complicated job due to the necessity to move some existing components. From design and quotes to final install communication was excellent. Installers Joe and Harry were pleasant and very competent. I recommend this company without reservation.

Just had a MyEnergi Zappi installed by Sam. We agreed the charger location and cable routing. I explained I did not want charger to drain Powerwall battery, but Sam was already aware from my discussions w head office. Sam explained the Zappi setup and demonstrated a test charge, Zappi app and the charger lock functions. I signed up to Intelligent Octopus Go after Sam arrived. I was then able to add EV Charger and EV to my Octopus app and demonstrated Octopus talking to charger before Sam left and Octopus scheduled a test charge for later in the day. Very satisfied and would gladly recommend Sam and Infinity Energy.
Excellent service from the Infinity Energy Services team. Communication from the office has been first rate and I have been kept fully informed at every stage of the process. The installation team Gregg, Dave, Tom and Pav were very good. Gregg and Dave undertook a rather tricky installation, insuring I was satisfied with their solution prior to undertaking the work. The completed workmanship cannot be faulted. I can certainly recommend this company without any reservation.

I decided to upgrade my 15 year old panels and selected Infinity Energy Services to do the work as they had previously fitted my Tesla battery and the jaws very well do. The roof prep team of Pavel and Tom arrived spot on time and cracked on with the task of removing the old panels and preparing the roof for new. The following day Gregg the electrician arrived and following a brief chat with regard to siting of the new inverter also went about his business with no fuss despite the very cold weather with most of the work outside. The finished product at the end of day 2 lived up to expectations the whole package being carried out with a great deal of professionalism. I await the paperwork and removal of scaffolding to complete this most satisfactory task.

Just had a heat pump installed by Infinity. They have been very supportive and knowledgeable from helping with the design and selection through to installation. Installation team worked quickly and were very tidy. The whole project was completed in 3 days and my home is now holding very consistently to the setpoint temperature.
I wanted to say what a pleasure it was to have the four guys on site today. Incredibly professional, courteous, and respectful of my property that they left tidier than they found it. They spent time laying boards on my floor tiles both inside and out to spread the weight of the battery so as not to crack them, they took the long route via the back garden to avoid my dining room mitigating any potential damage to my wooden floors and bespoke steps. The job had been thought out, specialist lifting equipment has been hired that worked like a dream and they managed to get the Powerwall 3 down to my basement with no issues. They were a pleasure to have on site and hopefully when I get the solar from you in the New Year, I would get the same team. They hoovered and tidied up after themselves, genuinely a 10 out of 10 from an OCD gentleman who is rarely happy.
Dan and Tom were our engineers, who were at our home for five days installing our Heat Pump. I have to say that they were both respectful of our property, shoes off when coming indoors, doors closed when possible etc. When working they were always neat and tidy, and at the end of each day everything was out of our away. They never left us without hot water. We have issues with the Mitsubishi control unit, but probably only a question of understanding how it all works and have been assured that it will be resolved.
Whole end to end process was a great experience. From the initial communication and quote through to the installation of the equipment by the team. Let us know when the electricity was going off, explained about the system + tidied up after themselves. Highly recommended!

Very pleased with the installation of my Tesla Powerball 2 to link up to my solar panels. It was awful weather and rained heavily but the installation was done competently under a temporary cover. All seems to working well, despite the lack of sun to charge it quickly!. But great to see it using stored power in the evenings. Hopefully there will be much more benefit in the summer months. the Tesla App is very good, but the instructions on how to use were a bit limited. Now to link up to two tier electricity supply for overnight top ups on a cheaper tariff. Many thanks to the installation team.

Infinity were recommended by word of mouth, following an earlier disastrous attempt of getting solar installed. Following a visit to Infinity in Swanwick, a survey was carried out the following day and an installation design accepted by us. Following the DNO application the number of panels was reduced and a change in the solar inverter was required, due to export limitations. Unfortunately, the inverter change wasn't communicated within Infinity leading to the original planned inverter being fitted initially. Once the error was realised, the correct inverter was fitted the following day. All the designers, installers, electricians (as well as the sub-contracted scaffolders and skip driver) were smart and polite. Joe the electrician patiently explained the system to us and answered our questions. A smart installation. Recommended.
This is the best trades installation I have ever had! Infinity guide you through the installation from the start to the finish of the design. An engineer comes out to check measurements and confirm details of the install. Scaffold installed and tradesman arrived in the pouring rain to install the frame and then returned the next day to install the panels. The electricians installed the connections to the inverter and battery cleanly and efficiently and were a pleasure to have around. The workmanship is top notch and we are already self sufficient.
Sam and Harry just finished our solar installation. Very neat installation and they cleared up perfectly. Fantastic to see ZERO consumption from the grid. Very pleased with everything - from initial survey to final commissioning. Full explanations and instruction given - essential for someone like me! Totally recommended.

A marathon 4 days with the simultaneous installation of ASHP and an air conditioning unit. This was achieved in 4 days with the excellent teams of Dan & Lewis and Joe & Scott with Isaac completing all of the electrics. Phil followed up with the roof flue removal. They were very professional and able and were very pleasant to have worked for us. The team at Head Office and Bath were most helpful and professional in putting it all together. A very good experience, thank you all.

Great service from Infinity. For many years we’re wanted to install solar on the roof. Many companies told us we could never install because of our roof shape. Infinity took the time to visit and survey and to our delight we were able to acomódate solar panels. The works were carried out to a high standard and the staff were very professional at all times. Both Jason and Harry made an excellent job of finishing off and hiding the wires in a way that didn’t affect the exterior of the house. The end result is fantastic. They took time to explain how the system works. A very satisfied customer.

I can't praise Infinity Energy Services Ltd highly enough. They have been superb from start to finish. Having contacted a number of companies for quotations for the supply and installation of a Powerwall battery, I finally contacted Tesla directly, who passed on the details of Infinity Energy Services Ltd. They replied to my enquiry promptly and sent me a quotation (subject to survey) which was amongst the lowest I received. I was attracted by their professionalism in dealing with my initial enquiry and decided to proceed with their survey that came without obligation. This (as has all my other encounters with them) was arranged quickly and easily. When he came, the surveyor discussed my requirements and where the battery and other kit was to be installed. He proceeded to make detailed video notes for the installer. Having discussed an installation date, I decided to proceed and I placed a firm order. The installation team were delightful and thorough. The installation was very neat and done to a very high standard. I can't fault the company and would recommend them highly.
Infinity are at the top of the game for solar, battery, environmentally friendly heating and electrical generating systems and their response. They made the original installation of solar panels and a Tesla storage battery system together with an EV charger a year ago the installation was first class and ongoing support brilliant. I came to Infinity Energy Services after having a bad experience with another Solar company. The team at Infinity were polite a helpful on the phone. I talked through options with Andrew Knowler one of the Solar Technical designers on the phone who made a provisional recommendation after a virtual survey. He then personally visited our house and adjusted the recommendation in discussion with us to fit better. We then agreed a date for installation, they then called to agree a date for the scaffolding to go up and an update of when the team would arrive. A communication highlight was an email from Christine Monet in accounts at 8.30 at night reassuring me that all was well as I kept missing her to pay the deposit. The scaffolders were on time, polite efficient and careful of our property both during the install and the removal and nice guys. The team arrived to install on time two roofers and two electricians. All again nice guys, efficient, polite, the workmanship demonstrated they had a pride in their job. All paperwork came through as soon as I made the final payment. A great process with professional customer focussed organisation with skilled tradesmen who know how to work with people. Highly recommended.
We had 24 solar panels installed in a ground array, with a battery and EV charger. Everyone at Infinity was very professional, competent and friendly from start to finish. We are now pretty much ‘off grid’ during the summer! August 2023

I chose Infinity over quotes from other companies as I was most impressed with the thoroughness of the survey, friendly and non-pushy approach to customer service, and the level of detail provided in their proposal. All the staff I dealt with including subcontractors (for scaffolding) were polite and professional, everything went to schedule, and I’m very happy with the quality of the finished installation. Highly recommended.

We commissioned Infinity Energy Services to install solar panels a new car charger and a Tesla Powerwall battery system in our home. IFS were absolutely incredible in every aspect of the installation. They are very easy to get hold of via email and also on the phone. All installation dates were kept and the installers did an excellent job creating no mess and leaving our home spotless. The customer service is amazing at all levels, from initial contact through surveys, quotes and installation. I have no hesitation in recommending IFS to anyone looking to install renewables in their home or business.
I have nothing but positive comments about Infinity Energy Services. I've just had Air-conditioning heating installed and can't speak highly enough about everyone I've dealt with, from Suzy in the office, Nashe who did my proposal, Andy who did the onsite survey and recommendations, and Scott, Joe and Ethan who installed the system. The latter three were considerate of my preferences (including moving the thermostat they'd already wired up when I decided I wanted it somewhere else), friendly and efficient, and clean and tidy to have in the house. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I have no hesitation in recommending them as an outstanding company to work with.
Took a while due to a hiccup in the order process, but once this was resolved, the installation and commissioning was seamless, and all the Infinity team we dealt with were courteous and professional. System is working great and hitting performance prediction targets. On top of this, Infinity were one of the most competitive quotes I recieved. Would highly recommend.

Totally efficient and pleasant service from all involved at Infinity Energy Service fom the first phone call of enquiry to completion of the installation. The Electical Installers Sam & Joe were very proffessional and carried out their work to what I consider a very high standard. Fully cleaned up after drilling holes and running cables. The Roof Panel Installers have also done a great looking job. Finally the contracted Scaffolders were very efficient on their installation. I'm very pleased with the services provided by Infinity Energy and I can higly recommend them to anyone looking to get solar panels installed. They provided in depth data on how the panels generate in accordance with their survey, to a payback schedule and any questions I had were answered quick, professionally and with understanding. The installers were friendly and I appreciate their honesty about the unsafe scaffolding which even got resolved the same day and they kept us up to date on everything that was going on.
All the service workers, Roofers ground workers Electricians working for Infinity were excellent! Special mention to Phil and Shep who were amazing in their standards. So much so, they dug a trench around the property and you could not tell it had been disturbed when they finished! If I had one minor complaint it would be the communications coming out of the office or should I say NOT coming out of the office. An email or phone call to confirm start dates etc would have been really helpful! Apart from that, a WELL recommended company!

We have had a 6.7KW Solar system with a 9.5KW Battery and solar iboost from infinity energy march 2023. The system is performing well and the products that they have provided as part of the install seem to match their high quality of install. The planning The site visit we had went well, the surveyor was extremely knowledgeable. I like to know how things work and there was no hesitation in explaining the different options with pros / cons and what is best for performance vs cost / extra options and functionality vs cost. The design There was a few bumps in the design phase, but the documentation proposed is extremely detailed and has everything explained nicely for the average home owner but also includes extensive technical detail to understand exactly what you are getting. I was able to research everything proposed but had no reason to question any part of what was proposed as the reviews others have left for the products infinity energy proposed using (But I’m a google hero, not a solar expert!) The install The scaffolding was arranged with a third party who themselves were great, We had 2 days scheduled for the install, the panels were up in one day on both the house and garage. There was a slight change in the layout of the panels which was explained and agreed, I wanted as many panels as possible and that’s exactly what has been done and it looks amazing. The second day the electricians returned as planned, I think if they wanted to they could have rushed and finished off the job however they didn’t, we had to arrange for another day to come back (its expected with jobs such as this.. no drama at all). I’m glad they took their time as the quality of the install is really nice and neat, shout out to Gregg and Chris. Once the solar setup was ready to go I was provided access into the apps to watch what it was doing and the SolarEdge and Giv energy products used in this install provide me the data a tech head needs. Both the products at the time of writing this can integrate into home assistant (Possibly thirdparty) and I have created my own dashboard with our energy usage, battery usage, expected run times and cost estimates etc. We switched our electric provider who also integrates into this and I have set it up to show our solar savings, Expectations on our setup so far are exceeded for the data I can see in real time. Aftercare There was a feature missing from my install, An emergency socket to sit with the battery. While it was on the proposal.. we were told the quote did not include this in the cost but it was on the proposal, we were expecting it to be part of the install and once this was pointed out this was rectified and sorted out with no drama. Credit where Credit is due this was handled very well. The work was very extensive too which I was not expecting, I thought this was just a socket next to the unit so I was a bit miffed why this wasn’t just added on quick but on the day of the booking to sort when asked why we needed more cable and another unit on the wall and a rod in the ground it was explained well. In short everything is done to regulations, certified and safe so this is a proper job and it looks good on the wall. I appreciate this being done, and done well. Could this have gone smoother? - yes but I feel rest assured that the amount of money we have spent has been well spent. There was no push for sales or to spend extra, everything was presented with a recommendation for cost/performance. Everything was explained and I understand fully what we have, how it works, why things have been done how they have, and I have been provided all the certification of works. Sometimes you must spend extra to get the level of service and support required but looking around it looks like the price was extremely competitive and again, I am satisfied with the cost paid vs service/aftercare provided and I would not hesitate to recommend infinity based on my experience. We will be in contact later in the year for quotes for aircon/heating.

We have recently had a 8.7Kwh solar system installed by Infinity. From the outset, when we first started researching solar, Infinity were head and shoulders above the other companies we discussed the project with (and we talked to another 5 companies) Infinity were significantly more knowledgeable, professional and explained even the smallest details in layman's terms so we had a full understanding. The installation took place on the exact date agreed and the team of roofers and electricians were without doubt the nicest, most professional tradesman we have ever had on site. Customer aftercare from infinity has been spot on; responsive and efficient when dealing with a few end of project questions. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Infinity for a solar installation.
I have no hesitation recommending Infinity on the back of the air source heat pump installation completed at our home in January 2022. Infinity were extremely helpful with the scoping decisions before we committed and their advice has proven itself - most particularly in successfully addressing my concerns about microbore piping, radiator sizing, towel rails and the noise of the outside unit. The Infinity team managed the instal ahead of schedule and there were no hidden costs, the final bill was as agreed up front.
Told us that we needed a new meter for our solar panels to work but the existing meter was perfectly fine, refused to give a refund, avoid at all costs!

The team from infinity energy where incredible from the first call to the delivery and commissioning of my rood integrated solar system, telsa powerwall and myenergi solution – with everyone operating at the highest level of professionalism. If like me you did not have a detailed knowledge of Solar and Battery systems then you need a consultative approach backed up by both depth of knowledge, integrity and passion for energy saving. Infinity added a Tesla Powerwall and gateway to my existing solar setup back in March 2020. Throughout the process the communication was great, the delivery and installation all went to plan and was performed to a great standard and once in and operational they dealt with the DNO paperwork and process to up my battery output to the full 5KW. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
Infinity installed 28 solar panels for us and a Tesla battery. We could not be more impressed with the service. The initial survey was done by their managing director who was persuaded to climb onto the roof which enabled an extra 6 solar panels to be fitted on part of the roof not easily seen. The installation was on time, by a very friendly helpful crew, who were very COVID secure. The result is well above our expectations on electricity generation, we charged our car today, February, in the rain all from the solar panels. We thought about a week after the installation that we had a problem. Infinity is small and their managing director was not well, but this did not stop him diagnosing our problems remotely, electric surges, and getting the electricity board round. The fault was nothing to do with Infinity but something to do with the line into our house. This was put right and had the effect of curing a problem we had had for about a year on our internet, a bonus. A really reliable and helpful firm who are very professional Robin Bayford

We chose Infinity Energy Services to install solar panels & a battery after looking at 3 suppliers. They were very helpful at quotation, patiently providing us with alternatives as the project evolved. We were very appreciative that at no stage was there any pressure to commit until we were ready. The installation was done to a very high standard, in marked contrast to some previous electrical work by another contractor (which they ended up rectifying). No effort was spared to position everything where we wanted, & where it mattered, cabling was invisible despite the extra time involved. Even their scaffolders were top notch. They were a pleasure to work with, starting & finishing on time & leaving everything clean & tidy. The system is now working beautifully, although the sun has shone almost continuously since they left! We have no hesitation in recommending them - unusually in this day & age there was little to fault.
From start to finish this company has been a pleasure to deal with. Survey, quotes, installation, were all everything you could ask for. Whilst a hole in the ceiling is not what anyone wants, I have been most impressed with the service and flexibility of the entire team in getting it fixed. We had problems with our solar pv system. The problem was sorted out with the minimum of fuss, very promptly, by a very efficient and pleasant team. Our original inverter had 'burnt out' and was replaced and so too was our solar i-boost, which hadn't worked for 2 years. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
