Really pleased with the Work carried out by Owain and his team. From an initial phone call through to the installation we had good communication from them and he talked us through the varies options available to us and what they'd recommend following the home survey. Been over a week now since the installation and we're very happy with how its going, Warm house and plenty of Hot water. Highly Recommended.

The Renewable Heating Wales team of Gas engineers, Electricians, roofers etc. have all been first class. They were all diligent and professional in their approach to my new Gas boiler and Radiator system. They kept me informed of their progress through out and answered all my questions expertly. RHW fitted my ASHP in the summer of 2023 for a 300 SqM property. We've been through two winters since and found the heating to be very comfortable and reliable. During fitting the team were exmplary, they were colaborative on the project options (like how to heat the towel rails, the height to put the water tank to fit the microwave underneath) and they delivered without moving from their quoted costs and took care of the government grant side of the work. When delivered they talked me through the system and were around for my questions afterwards. I've been very happy with the system and have had the team back to service the unit since. Highly recommended.

I contacted RHW as a trusted Octopus partner for an Air Source Heat pump retro fit. Within a few hours Owain was in touch and a survey booked in. Owain explained everything and the difficult fit was undertaken within 2 months. The team worked diligently, overcoming a few unforeseen obstacles, clearly knowledgeable, considerate and polite keeping us regularly informed throughout. I would not hesitate to use RHW again.

Refreshing! Down to earth, decent people to deal with! Owain and the team were on hand throughout our house refurbishment project which included a very impressive high quality heat pump and associated underfloor heating. The whole team were friendly and professional, and more importantly had patience, taking time to hand the system over to us with easy to understand training. Our system is remotely connected to their office to help support us with any queries that arise. They also helped to select a suitable energy tariff to make the most of cheap electricity prices to work with the heat pump operation times

I cannot recommend Owain and the lads enough. I cannot believe the amount of work they’ve done in just over a week! I use to pay £300 a month for electricity and haven’t paid a penny since they’ve installed the new air source heat pump, solar panels and batteries! Gorgeous radiators and very neat pipe work. Living as a young female on my own, many men working at a time, never felt uncomfortable, everyone was always polite, clean and tidy. Very knowledgeable team and happy to help in every way possible. Renewable Heating Wales have throughout the work on a my new build house been excellent in respect of design, installation and commissioning. They have carried out installation of the air source heat pump, air conditioning and heat recovery. I would without doubt recommend them to anyone considering any of the above. They were helpful in getting the relevant grant for the air source heat pump.

I contacted Owain at Renewable Heating Wales out of complete desperation as my Stiebel Eltron Heat Pump had developed a fault and living in wildest West Wales there was no expertise in the local area to fix it. I had already had visits from two engineers who supposedly knew what they were doing only for the heat pump to fault again in a matter of days. Stiebel Eltron attempt to diagnose any faults online and then recommend engineers to fix the fault. There is then generally no responsibility taken by the engineer as they are not responsible for the diagnosis and if the fix is ineffective it’s not down to them and payment is demanded irrespective of the outcome which I found difficult to understand having run a customer focussed business for many years before selling out and retiring early. In fact I would say that I felt like I was single handily developing the product for Stiebel Eltron at my cost! All of this changed when I spoke to Owain. He and his team member Matthew took full responsibility and with the help of the technical field engineer at Stiebel Eltron worked through the problem over the period of a 12 hour day and sorted it out! I was so grateful as I didn’t think my heat pump would ever function properly again. The strength of a business is usually how they deal with a problem and Renewable Heating Wales could not have been better - Thank you Owain and Matthew 😊

Being new to the area we contacted RHW as they were referred to us by Octopus. We had a solar and battery installation carried out by RHW. All parties involved from scaffolders, roofers and electricians were professional, tidy and friendly. RHW communicated well and kept us informed of each step through the process. They were willing to answer all manner of questions whilst we try to understand our system and how to best use. Highly recommend and we will contact them immediately should we decide to get air source in the future.

Can't go wrong with RHW, all so helpful and friendly. We are new to the area so it's harder to find reliable and friendly traders without having recommendations but luckily the team didn't disappoint and made the process of installing seem so easy, even tho we have an old converted barn with solid stone walls it didn't worry them.

RHW installed a full system under the Eco4 grant for me. They were fantastic to deal with. The application to the council was the most tedious thing to deal with! But once it had been approved RHW were brilliant. The lads who did the install were considerate, neat and tidy in and around the house. Really pleased and this has completely changed my house. Thank you to everyone involved!

After previous experience with a Master Therm ASHP which was unreliable and running up huge bills, (£475p/m) with poor after sales support, facing massive repair bill, took the plunge and replaced system. I can highly recommend this company. Nick patiently guided me through the Eco4 claim successfully & was there to advise, explain & reassure me through the whole process and kept the whole installation on track. I decided to have battery storage installed and Sion did an excellent job of installing them. He is an expert on explaining how the system works to those of us who find the whole idea a bit difficult to comprehend. I feel that it was definitely worth the expenditure of the batteries to store up the power to use during the evening when no solar energy is being produced. They also enable you to buy in electricity at a vastly reduced rate off peak to charge the batteries during the winter months when solar production is lowest. A really great service. Renewable Heating Wales are knowledgeable, skilled, efficient, responsive and effective. A real pleasure to work with. This was a retrofit job, providing a new modern Ground Source Heat Pump linked to a pre-existing Ground Source heat supply. They performed well in all aspects of our contract, including the resolution of issues caused by the lack of balanced flow from the Ground source supply, which lacked a manifold. They weren't the cheapest to quote, but definitely worth every penny.

The team at RHW have been fantastic throughout the whole process. We particularly liked how they worked closely with us to provide the right solution for our home and our budget, explaining the different options clearly with pros and cons. They also supported us to get the most suitable grant funding for the works. Their operatives and subcontractors were efficient, friendly and thorough. Any questions or concerns we had were responded to quickly and informatively. The system we had installed has been very efficient and effective, we have been warm all through the winter and seen a reduction in our utility bills. We still get a nerdy buzz from seeing how much electricity we have saved and generated. We would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I purchased a Mits. air source and Ecodan system. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong installer !!!! Following numerous efforts to encourage RHW to visit the property and solve the issues, these were shrugged off and I was pointed in the direction of Mits. Ecodan service team as RHW didn’t want to get involved. What a change in attitude. Within a week I received a visit from an experienced engineer who identified several installation errors and poor workmanship which contributed to the poor efficiency of the heating system. In hindsight. I wish I had never contacted RHW and asked Mits to install the system. The saying ‘once they’ve got your money, you won’t see them again’ is so true in RHW’s case. My advice to someone considering an install, be careful and do your research. Don’t get taken in by a jazzy website and coloured vans.

The heat pump system and MVHR were installed professionally and run economically very well. Any minor issues I have had were addressed immediately and the response time was very good. I cannot fault the service that Owain provides after installation. I would highly recommend RHW for any similar installations. Superb!

Not interested in repairing product that was sold, told that carbon monoxide alarm was going off every time boiler was in use and still didn’t have the decency to look at boiler, this firm couldn’t care less if you froze to death or died from breathing in poisonous gas!! *** response to your reply*** You are impossible to get hold of, this is our heating and hot water system and its winter. I would expect some sort of back up that’s a lot quicker than trying ring you and you not answering, WhatsApp messaging and you not replying. The last time it broke down it took you a month to do anything about it. Service contract or no service, surely you realise you have some sort of duty of care of a product that you sold. I don’t expect 24/7 breakdown cover but my god I expect something better than what you provide. And it’s nothing to do with poor quality fuel, as we’ve tried every possible pellet on the market.

Really pleased with RHW. They started work as planned did not leave the job until it was finished. They worked in a clean and tidy professional manner . The air source heat pump that was installed has worked perfectly and has no problem in keeping the house warm together with plentiful hot water

April 2022, our gas boiler started playing up and so we had to look for a replacement. My brother-in-law had recently installed an air source heat pump by this company which seemed to be the way forward. Renewable Heating Wales provided us with a quotation and a time to carry out the installation. They started the work on a Tuesday by removing the old gas boiler system and water tank. The new system was fully up and running by Friday midday. A very professional installation and we can highly recommend them.
