GEKO Energy LTD customers describe the company as friendly, helpful and easy to deal with, with staff guiding them through the process. Reviewers report a smooth experience from the first survey or meeting through to installation, and several say they would recommend the company. One reviewer said there were no pushy sales tactics and the advice was honest for their roof and usage. Systems included 16 panels with a battery, a 10-panel system with a 6kW battery and inverter, and an installation completed within a week of an enquiry. No material criticism was raised.
