A reviewer said LCS Energy Ltd mismanaged a booked survey: the surveyor did not arrive at the agreed time, a promised call back did not come, and contact was only made more than two hours after the missed appointment. Another reviewer was impressed with a Tesla Powerwall and solar panel installation, saying the roofers were careful with tiles and the electrician's team did a neat job without rushing; the handover pack included certificates, manuals, insurance and warranties, and that reviewer reported being 99% off-grid two weeks after completion. One reviewer was happy with work on an EV charger and said the electrician was professional, took time to do the job properly and cleaned up. Another called the firm knowledgeable and professional and said it did a great job. A further reviewer said LCS Energy has delivered a first-class service installing energy saving technologies to business and EV charging points to domestic customers in Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Peterborough. A separate reviewer simply said 'good'.

I really wanted to use a local business for a solar installation, but I definitely will not use these people after the way they mismanaged the survey process. Here's what happened: I made arrangements for a survey to be done and had it confirmed via email. On the day the Surveyor didn't turn up at the agreed time, so after fifteen minutes I called the office and was promised a call straight back. One hour after the missed appointment (45 minutes after I called) I had still not heard from anyone at LCS Energy about what was happening and when I tried to call the phone line rang out. Eventually they got in touch over two hours after the missed appointment with excuses about another appointment running on. A complete shambles and an absolute waste of my time. Thoroughly disrespectful.

I had my Tesla Powerwall 3 + Solar Panels installed on my property by LCS Energy Ltd. I must say that I am more than impressed by the professional service I received trough all stages of my installation. LCS have their own employees for roofing and electrical work unlike some other companies where they use different subcontractors. The roofers were very careful with the tiles and the Tesla trained electrician's team took their time to do a very neat and professional job and did not rush things. They stayed till very late on the last day to make sure they run all the tests required to tick all safety boxes. The handover pack I received at the end is very comprehensive, that includes all certificates, manuals, insurances, warranties etc. Two weeks since my install was completed and we are 99% off-grid so far since, and the summer is not here yet. I recommend LCS Energy with my both hands.
