Reviews
3.4
Eco2 Solar Limited has serious criticism alongside positive comments. One reviewer reports that their house burnt down after what they describe as an incorrect installation by Eco2 Solar Limited and management incompetence, with management trying to blame them. Another reports being impossible to get hold of, having emails ignored, a system that was never commissioned properly, no MCS certificate and refused help, and no assistance when the inverter went wrong. A third reports weeks of delay getting a DNO number and no phone contact beyond automated lines, while saying the MCS certificate was timely. Positive comments include one reviewer saying the system looks good and an MCS certificate request was answered quickly, another calling the service professional with helpful advice and industry knowledge, another describing a spot-on installation with good communication, and another calling the people they dealt with first rate.
My house burnt down due to the incompetence of eco2solar management tried to blame me but the system was incorrectly installed do not recommend
Awful company, impossible to get hold of and ignore emails continually, system they fitted to my new house was never commissioned properly resulting in not being able to get a MCS certificate and they have refused to help, inverter also went wrong and again no assistance. Avoid.
Had my solar panels fitted with these people in our new build home. We managed to get our MSC certificate in a timely manner however getting our DNO number has been on going for weeks now. You can not get through to them by phone as it is just automated lines.
My solar panels in my new build home were fitted by them. Looks like a really good system. I had solar batteries fitted by a different company. When I asked for my MSC certificate, they responded really quickly!
A very professional service, great knowledge of the industry and very helpful advice offered throughout the process. Eco2Solar installed a big system on our new build flat roof, I’m aware they used the most up to date technology meaning we can rest assured we are getting the best. Would happily recommend.
Hey yeah rating was solely based on a delivery point basis, nothing to do with company or the ppl I dealt with they were first rate 👍
Can't rate the company for there products only in their inability to
Eco2Solar did the solar installation in my new build property, and it is spot on. Good communication when I had some queries about the system. Thanks.
Always putting the customer first. Fantastic people with the right attitude. Helpful and knowledgeable.
Very good company no job to small fit a plug to extra socket to rewire in your house. Always arrive on schedule. Domestic works are a priority. Can fit solar panels on your roof, no fuss just get on with the job,
