Installed full heating system including heat pump, hot water tank, radiators and underfloor heating, and serviced a year later. Couple of minor issues that they were great at sorting. Great knowledge, tidy workers who take pride in their work and ensuring everything met our needs.

We had a heat pump installed, and a year later we've just had our first annual service completed by Dan and the team. Hohm have been brilliant from start to finish and always kept us in the loop. The heat pump has been running great, and Dan has stayed in touch to make sure everything is running smoothly and to answer any questions I’ve had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hohm.

We used Hohm to upgrade our gas central heating system. From initial contact to completion we were really impressed. Arrived on time every day and worked long days to complete the work in the timescale they set. Luke and Josh who completed the work were brilliant, pleasant and polite. They tidied up at the end of each day and left the house exactly how they found it. Highly recommend.

The problem with my water boiler was identified over the phone, the part ordered and a quotation given immediately. A date for fitting was arranged to suit me and (after a quick phone call to me) he arrived early. The job was carried out thoroughly and everything left clean and tidy. Thoroughly reccommend Hohm.

Dan did an excellent review of our needs and produced a tailored offer fully aligned with our requirements. Luke and Josh did an excellent installation and commissioning. They were polite and conscientious throughout. They left everything clean and operating and explained the key concepts to us in clear language. We are able to operate the controls on our new WB combi boiler and are delighted that we chose Hohm.

Dan and the team did a great job of designing and installing our Air Source Heat Pump this year. The design process was clear, from a thorough survey to detailed recommendations for the insulation, radiators and under floor heating. The installation was done with great attention to detail, fitting the tank etc into a small space and being on hand to follow up with any queries. Dan is passionate about getting the design right and clearly keeps up to speed with the latest industry beat practice. We are pleased with the result and would recommend.

When I took the decision to swap out my gas combi for an air source heat pump, I had already had a couple of heat loss surveys. My gas boiler had been running as much like a heat pump as is possible for the previous 12 months, at a 50 degree flow temperature, weather compensation and heating on 24/7. I also had lots of temperature data from individual rooms, so I felt reasonably confident that my house was suitable for a heat pump. Dan carried out my third heat loss survey and was the most thorough, having come armed with a boroscope to check on insulation in ceilings and walls. He came up with a design that suited me in terms of location of equipment, and we agreed on radiator upgrades over the next few weeks. The work followed a couple of months later, with Luke joining Dan on the install. They worked hard, carefully and conscientiously, sometimes for long hours. And they explained everything. Dan has just been to service the ASHP after it's first year. I'm not surprised that it's been working well, and exceeded the predicted efficiency. I'm very happy to now have a warm and comfortable house, and to recommend Hohm for heat pump design and install.

Dan and Luke at Hohm have been brilliant from start to finish. We asked them to install a heat pump for us and I was delighted with it. During design phase, Dan was clearly very knowledgeable and took time to talk through the process and the reasons behind his decisions. He was very accommodating of my needs (e.g. I wanted specific radiator styles) and was swift at turning round a quote. Come install, they worked really efficiently, didn't leave any mess and talked me through the system once it was built. They also worked well alongside our other builders and seemed to go above and beyond for us. For example, to minimise the time my young family had without hot water they installed a temporary immersion heater. I also have to acknowledge how good they were with my kids who could have been perceived as getting in the way, but both Dan and Luke were great with them, talking to them about what they were doing and having fun. Shout out to Luke from my daughter who still talks about him all they time! Then the performance. For my system, (5kW hest pump in 4 bed detached house) my efficiency in the first month has been 520%. Excellent outcome and and warm house 24/7. Aftercare: perhaps one of the parts I appreciate the most, Dan's willingness to keep an eye on my system performance and help me to refine the settings to make sure it works for me. In the first 2 weeks, he was picking up issues before I had even noticed them and suggested how to change the settings. Overall - incredible from start to finish and would fully recommend Hohm to anyone wanting a heat pump.

Dan and his team worked tirelessly to put right what Liquid & Gas Ltd got wrong. Despite it being a Friday, and having to turn off the boiler as the previous company had left it unsafe, his team found the part and worked into the evening to ensure the occupants did not have to go a whole weekend without heat and hot water. They did not take advantage, and charged a fair price. An excellent service around.

A big thanks to Dan. Hohm were great - they came out to us very quickly and at very short notice when our boiler stopped working (no heating and no hot water in December). Hohm - Highly recommended The initial discussion I had with Dan re the benefits of weather compensation and the depth of knowledge that he had on the heating options I have immediately made my mind up that I needed Hohm to install my new boiler. When the install day came, I was of course worried at what the disruption would be, within the first hour I again knew I had made the right decision, both Dan and Luke got on with the install very professionally. They took pride in their work and made sure the disruption for us was a minimum. There was no mess, they put protective covers down everywhere, and the result looks amazing. I now will monitor, and with Dan’s help fine tune the setting to achieve the initial aim, reduce the gas consumption, but have a much better heating and hot water experience than our old system. I cannot recommend Hohm enough, if you are thinking of a new and more efficient heating system don’t hesitate to get in touch with them, you will not be disappointed.

Very pleased with Hohm. Before starting we had a long discussion as to what WE wanted from a new system and how it would work to save us money and give us better heating overall combined with hot water. They turned up early worked till late, very professional installation with any minor problems encountered swiftly sorted. Pipework was really well planned and very neat. The inevitable upheaval was always put back as before and they cleared up afterwards. They explained exactly how the sytem works and is at the end of a phone should we need help. Highly recommended.

Let down by a gas plumber, I contacted Hohm Ltd. Dan was able to give me an estimate for a flue repair over the phone and, given that we were without heat and hot water in November, he made it a priority to attend our home. Next day, Dan had completed the repair. Dan was professional, knowledgeable and charged a fair price for the work. We will be using him for future annual services on our gas boiler and any related plumbing work. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Great service from Hohm. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Used them to install a new boiler and remove old water tanks. Great communication before, during and after and kept us well updated throughout. Very professional and receptive to last minute changes on our part. Dan did a really great job! he really did go the extra mile and I’m so glad I found him.The job turned into a bit of a nightmare for him, after he discovered a gas leak which he was able to locate and fix. A job that should have taken him a fraction of the time turned into a 12 hour day because of this , he just got on with it and took it all in his stride. Other tradesmen could learn a lot from him. He was knowledgeable, thorough, communicative and priced the job fairly... I would recommend him without hesitation.He sourced and fitted a new boiler 2 days after having to condemn my old one. I had minimum disruption and excellent service and really can’t thank him enough, oh tidy too, left no trace of even being in the house.A really good guy !

I can’t recommend Dan and Luke enough, they were quite simple amazing from start to finish. Dan explained clearly what was possible to us on his initial visit, and he talked us through our options and the choices we had available to us. Throughout, they attended punctually and on the days agreed. Dan’s workmanship was very impressive as was his understanding of how it all worked. Installation of our new water heater in the airing cupboard went extremely smoothly thanks to the care, pride and attention to detail in their work. They worked carefully, preparing the areas, protecting our home and they also tidied up at the end of each day. We would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending to anyone. Our boiler stopped working just before the bank holiday weekend and we were struggling to get any engineers to even answer the phone. Dan not only called us back but also was at our home the first thing in the morning after the conversation we had in the evening. Despite this last minute emergency call on a bank holiday weekend he did not overcharge or try to take advantage of the situation. Huge respect for people who actually CARE and treat their customers as real people. HOHM will now be looking after our rental properties.

I have had Dan from Hohm Ltd to do 2 boilers at rental houses now, and I have been very impressed. They now also do all my landlord gas certificates. Both Dan and Luke have done various other jobs. From small repairs to a full re-plumbing job. Cant fault them. Professional and nice people. 5 Star!

Dan has just completed a complete bathroom suite and converted a single shower to a walk in double shower,knocking a wall down in the process. His time keeping and manners impeccable a lovely guy who was extremely tidy and punctual and good on price and an excellent job would recommend highly.

What can I say about Hohm other that very approachable very friendly and very competitive having bought a house that needs work done these guys rescued us the first time after our normalplumber let us down. The guys serviced the boiler, replaced radiators fit new thermostats to radiators and a new thermostat and went away I did not feel like I had been mugged. They clean up and leave the areas the way they found them.

Can not rate Dan, highly enough. Fitted new combi boiler and sink into downstairs toilet 3 yrs ago and did an excellent job with it and been back each year to provide boiler and gas fire service. Fantastic guys who diagnosed a heating problem that British Gas couldn’t! All sorted out in a couple of hours. We originally hired them just to move a radiator but upon us asking about this separate issue they sorted it perfectly. Fantastic job and no hesitations whatsoever to recommend them!
