Fitted a heat pump in my house, done a great job, thankyou

I needed to replace my 25 year old very high spec Geminox Boiler and Cylinder supplying hot water and heat to both my underfloor downstairs and radiators upstairs. For a number of reasons it looked like an air source heat pump would be a good option and 2 or 3 recommended Central Heating Companies came over to survey and quoted for a heat pump. Ian from Heat my House came over and agreed that there were many reasons to recommend a heat pump but pointed out that the 10mm polypipe feeding my radiators upstairs would cause flow problems and declined to quote a heat pump. He suggested updating and future proofing our existing setup with a top spec Vaillant Boiler, Cylinder and Controls including Hive. The price was competitive with the Heatpump quotes, so we went for this. Mike (aka Andy), Scott and Rich, the very knowledgeable electrician, were all very courteous and helpful and completed the job in a tidy and timely manner. I have no qualms about thoroughly recommending Heat my House.

I organised the fitting of a Combination boiler at our daughters house, to replace a conventional boiler (sited in outhouse), HW cylinder and CW loft tanks. Heat My House pricing was good, especially as the new boiler was being fitted in a very confined loft space requiring a mounting board, new gas supply pipework, new through the roof vent, some tricky pipe runs and piping to a new shower mixer. It took Mike & Scott two very long days. They are courteous and tidy workers, respecting the property. All the old equipment and packaging were quickly removed from site. New system demonstrated and functions fine. I'd thoroughly recommend Heat My House!

The team at Heat My House provided excellent service supplying and installing our new boiler and I’d recommend them to anyone in the area looking for the same! The team provided clear recommendations on which boiler was suitable, all online and through photos which was a very easy process. It was easy and quick to arrange a day for fitting, and the team were proactive in confirming the dates and letting us know arrival times. The team arrived promptly on the day, did a great efficient job at flushing the system and installing the boiler, leaving the room nice and clean afterwards. The boiler seems to be working nicely now and the team provided all the paperwork we need. Overall, a super communicative, clear and professional service provided!

These guys are fantastic. On time, knowledgeable, dedicated to the job and respectful to the property. They've entirely replaced our old (30+ years) heating system in 2 days, and as clean as they could given the nature of it. The price was probably the best we could get for the amount of work needed and included new combi boiler, new pipework and all new radiators. Mike and his team recently did some amazing work at very short notice after my in laws boiler broke. Although it was on a Saturday night Mike went out to see if he could fix the heating knowing how old the In Laws were Mike and his team pulled all the stops out especially knowing how old they were and one of them being unwell. this was when when we've had some of the very cold days -6 to -10 they were without heating hot water and any other type of heating . Mike chased around and got it all sorted within 24 hours brand new boiler installed they certainly have the right business name as they certainly heated there house up and despite the work getting all new pipes in ripping floor boards up they had caused some dust etc But the team after a long hard day got the hoover out and cleaned all the way through even thought it wasnt that bad Mike and the team were thoughtful enough to make sure everything was clean and put back were it belonged. Heat my house installed a Vaillant heat pump to my house, from the start they were very knowledgeable, Ian went through the whole process and did a very detailed heat loss calc for our property and explained the work required from start to finish. Mike then carried out the install, nothing too much bother and all done exactly as specced. Very neat and tidy both as an install and in general. Left the house just as they found it. After having an Alpha combi boiler fitted into an airing cupboard in a bedroom that provided more space for a kitchen it took three guys only one day to do a big job. This company is highly recommended, excellent customer service.

Ian was fantastic from start to finish, talking me through the different boilers they have to offer and suggesting the correct boiler to heat my house. Ryan the fitter showed up exactly when he said he would and did a brilliant job of installing the new boiler making pipework look neat and tidy, he even filled an unsightly hole left from the old boiler installation. I recently used Heat My House for some work on a rental property I own. The tenants benefits made the property qualify for some work done on a government grant scheme. Heat My House took care of all the paperwork and made the whole process totally effortless. They fully renewed the heating system to a heat pump boiler and fitted solar panels. All completion certification was provided and the property but back as if they had never been in. Already recommended them to other landlords I know.

Can’t recommend Michael and his team enough. From start to finish, their knowledge and workmanship were second to none. We had a combi conversion and relocated the new boiler to the garage. They also set up our under floor heating as well as installing new and relocated radiators. We've had no issues at all and Michael’s been on the end of the phone with any queries. We had an Alpha etec plus boiler installed, which even came with a 13 year guarantee, which they registered! Highly recommended.

Can’t recommend Heat My House enough! My boiler failed on Friday night and the guys had me back up and running by Monday morning with my brand new Navien boiler. The lads are quick, clean & tidy. The work is immaculate and to a top standard. They completely flushed my system and balanced my radiators for me too after the boiler was up and running. Mike and the team replaced/converted my old system boiler/cylinder with an Ideal Vogue Max combi boiler and fitted four stelrad radiators. They also performed a system flush, fitted a hive thermostat and gave me a full system handover demonstrating how the hive and boiler controls worked. The team were very efficient and kept the mess to minimum, which is easier said than done when coring a new hole for the boiler flue. My house is externally rendered and they made good the render as the new flue was smaller than the previous square flue. I would not hesitate to recommend the Heat My House team if you are in need of a new boiler.
