Advanced Eco Limited

Very displeased with the service. Eon had arranged Advanced Eco to carry out a survey for cavity wall presence. This was requested back in September and eventually we were given a date. This date was confirmed 4 times and eventually the surveyor himself called to confirm he’d be with us Wednesday morning. As we were not living in the house I had to ensure someone was on site to meet the surveyor. I stressed it was important that we were not messed around. Lo and behold on Wednesday morning (the morning of the appointment) Jamie from Advanced Eco gave me a call to say the surveyor would not be attending site at the agreed time as there was staff sickness. Nothing he could do. The annoying thing was multiple confirmation calls from them to ensure someone would be on site but then they have the audacity to blow out with an hours notice. Not good and a waste of our time.

Wow what a professional company, just had solar panels fitted, the guys were fabulous arrived exactly 8:30am, completed job in a couple of hours, so friendly and helpful, even hoovered up afterwards!! Many Thanks I highly recommend you and your team! Thank you so very much. You actually deserve 10 stars.

Michael senior, Michael junior and Leon have just installed a new air source heat pump plus all new radiators and did a brilliant job, tidying up as they worked, giving us advice and being totally professional all the while. Their work is neat and they were very thorough with everything they had to do. They went above and beyond to help us through the whole business and we are 100 percent satisfied. Great company. Used a few times to get new boiler and new thermostat and also an insulation job. Had the boiler a few years now and still running like new according to an engineer that did a service from another company. The boiler was done at a great price compared to other companies. The workers have always been friendly and polite. Wouldn’t use anyone else now. Highly recommend.

Needed a cavity wall insulation job doing quickly for a garage conversion, Advanced ECO came to quote within a couple of days, good price and the job was completed within a week. Great service

Just had Michael Senior, Michael and Harry move our existing Air Source Heat pump for us. They have done a really neat and tidy job, left everything clean and spotless. Brilliant job and very polite helpful guys. Would highly recommend them.

Advanced Eco recently installed an air source heat pump at my mothers house. The engineer Michael never missed a beat. He is kind knowledgeable and highly professional. Moreover he has been extremely helpful on the telephone, when my mother who is ninety and suffers from dementia, inadvertently changed the pump settings. It is very rare nowadays for contractors to go out of their way to make sure the customer is completely satisfied with the work undertaken. Michael made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving and even called back several days later to check the system was still operating as it should. We had no real problems ,solar panels installed .micheal and his team of plumbers and electricians were great putting in the air source heat pump .tidy job .we are saving money already and hope to save even more when we use our heating in winter .Great job all round Mr and Mrs Jones.

Fantastic advice from Ben this week while I was having my solar panels fitted. I am extremely happy with the finish product and the service has been first class. The tradesman were very approachable ensuring everything went smoothly. Ben made sure I understood all my options when discussing additional solar panels and made me feel like a very valued customer. I have applied free solar panels on the basis of advance eco4 systems. It’s been more than 8months still they are making fool to customer. Honestly it’s scams, Guys please be careful with these people

Something seriously wrong with the administration department. After having done 2 survey for my solar panels each time they say we don't have any records of my property on there system. Not sure what else I can do with this company. I hope it will get sorted 3rd time round

Poor communication

A faulty survey led to a serious error during the installation of my cavity wall insulation. I have yet to receive a certificate, despite asking repeatedly. I did receive a reduction in the bill to compensate for damage caused, but regret having given this company 'the benefit of the doubt' after reading other negative reviews.

Very disappointing. Advance Eco has been booked in twice now to insulate the cavity walls at our property. The first time they just didn’t turn up, despite our chasing them. The second time, it was only after messaging them to see where they were that I was told that they couldn’t make it down to our property. Have had to cancel the whole insulation with them as I don’t think a company with very little reliability can be trusted to do a large home project.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. Hurrendous service and they just don't update you with anything. Left waiting for months on end after putting through a job on the eco scheme for insulation (which inviously doesn't exist) despite chasing and promises of calls back and am now left with a loft with absolutely no insulation at all. Total waste of time and not even worth the 1 star.

This company has installed us a new boiler from an old baxi back boiler. They were prompt, on time, polite, courteous, tidy workers. They explained what they were doing all along the process. They helped where other companies have failed in the past and I am extremely happy with their service and their workmanship. I have no issues recommending advanced eco for a full boiler install, they really are good engineers and a great team!

Booked it in took a days holiday. They cancelled on the day.

My elderly grandmother had her boiler fitted by advanced eco early last week. From the go the office staff were very friendly and understanding of her situation they were able to provide us with lots of information without judgement. The surveyor gave me a fair quotation and was able to answer any questions my grandmother had. Her boiler was booked in very quickly and installed to a high standard. I couldnt recommend advanced eco more for their quick and stress free service!

Lovely professional survive the whole way through the process for my loft insulation via the ghgs back in March couldn’t find a fault in throughout the whole process very stress free and professional! Would highly recommend!
