JDM Earth Limited

I highly recommend JDM Earth for anyone looking for expert-level energy installations. They recently completed a major project for me, including the installation of a Tesla Powerwall 3 and Gateway 2. What truly sets them apart is their bespoke approach to installation. They didn't just install a standard system; they meticulously integrated it with my existing setup, expertly working around my property’s specific constraints, including my existing FIT allowance and EV charger configuration. They also went above and beyond to upgrade my entire property with surge protection to ensure everything is safeguarded to the highest standard. Beyond the technical work, the entire experience was fantastic. From the office, Jennifer and Lesley have been a pleasure to deal with—responsive, helpful, and completely devoid of the 'hard sell' tactics you see elsewhere. They were the first company I spoke to who cut through the industry fluff, actually read my brief, and responded like true engineers. David and the technical team are equally brilliant, professional, and thorough. A top-tier firm for complex home energy projects. I would recommend them without reservation.

Sound advise, good pricing, quality installation and professional service.

JDM were amazing from start to finish. Super organised, professional service with clear communication throughout. Court not fault the advice, installation and after care provided. Thanks to all the team. Orla, Whitley Bay

Fantastic experience and service from start to finish. Bespoke system design, with variants for you to choose from that's right for your situation and needs. Quality of the install is exceptional in terms of the kit and the finish. From the fitters to the admin team, everyone is friendly, efficient and very helpful. Would recommend to any family member to get their house upgraded by JDM.

The team at JDM fitted my Solar PV system near the end of Summer last year so I've had almost a year to monitor the system. First off JDM are amazing the whole process from their side was professional, high quality, very competitive pricing and the communication throughout was perfect. For anyone who is looking or has looked/installed solar and battery(s) you know its a bit of a minefield. I had several quotes and several contradicting "remote" assumptions of my property and real estate for the system. JDM didn't waste time David came out to my house within a week and gave me a no-nonsense set of options which were all competitive. I chose powerwall and 11 panel bi-facial setup. Within a couple of weeks we had the scaffolding up and within a few weeks the whole system was fitted all in less time than it took for the DNO to approve the G99 application. The team communicated the whole way through, were here on the dot in the morning and had the whole system fitted in two days even through some harsh weather all to a very high quality. David kept in communication with me after to ensure it was all progressing and functional. So far this year the savings have been worth it and its very minimal maintenance. Suprisingly added some value to the home too. It was a much more difficult process than I expected when first looking for a system so JDM were a breath of fresh air even cared about how my house aesthetically would look with the installation (Engineers proud of their work). Ive already recommended them to several friends looking for similar and to the ones that did choose JDM they have also been very impressed. 100% recommend. FYI Storm Dave tried very hard to tear the panels off and only managed to destroy my fence, the Solar PV was unscathed! Thankyou JDM.

I looked for a long time into solar panels. I came across JDM Earth on Facebook, I spoke to David on a number of occasions, he had the patience and the time to explain everything to me. We came up with what I needed, the office team dealt with all the paperwork side of things. A fitting date was arranged. From scaffolding going up, panels and Powerwall fitted and scaffolding coming down, all done in a week. Fitting team were brilliant asked me where I wanted things and gave advice, explained every step of the way, always polite and professional. I just can’t say enough good things about this firm. If you are looking for panels go no further, my experience was faultless. Plus the bonus we have used £.39 of electric from the grid in a month, happy days.

Excellent service from initial enquiry to final installation and great communication from the team throughout the whole process. JDM beat several other quotes with like for like equipment, and rather than conduct the survey solely online/over the phone they came to the property and discussed battery locations and cable routing - which was one of my main concerns for retrofitting panels to the house. The final install was as neat and tidy as I could have asked for and the job was completed start to finish within two days. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Highly Recommended! Incredibly professional and knowledgeable from start to finish 10/10!

I can't fault anything JDM Earth have done for me. They have been efficient, patient in explain how it all works and managing all the paperwork and the panels they have fitted look amazing as well as providing me with a source of free energy! Thank you

Brilliant company to deal with, straightforward, responsive, honest and reliable. We had 18 panels with Tesla powerwall and gateway, all installed brilliantly and without fuss. Showed us how it worked, made it so simple. Cannot recommend them enough!!

Outstanding service and work done by the JDM guys (22 panels , 2x Tesla powerwall and smart EV charger) couldn't have been more helpful nor knowledgeable at every step. Install was tidy, hassle free and done within 2 days. Many thanks, would defo recommend

It has been 2 months since the installation of our 10 panel system with Tesla Powerwall 3. The whole experience from initial enquiry to installation was excellent. No high pressure techniques. A highly efficient and professional company whose team members all proved to be totally professional from the initial survey to admin and installation. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I wanted to leave a dedicated review for JDM Earth, who installed my solar and battery system. They were partnered with heatable.co.uk, and when I researched them beforehand, I admit I was a little suspicious of all the five-star reviews – I just couldn't find anything negative! However, now I understand why. The two guys who came to do the installation were absolutely amazing. They were both incredibly friendly, hardworking, and really approachable when I asked for minor adjustments, like where the measuring devices were located on my circuit. They truly deserve every one of those five stars!

From the initial enquiry, through the ordering and delivery/installation, communication has been first class. JDM setout the options, guided me through the decision making and provided excellent support throughout. Installation was on time and i'm delighted with the whole process. I would not hesitate in recommending JDM to others, they are a contractor you can trust.

Became interested in a battery system to protect our rural house form frequent power cuts. Spoke to JDM as had Powerwall 3 coming available. Process was easy and well explained and we also had solar panels as an additional resource. Everything completed by JDM staff was excellent. Installers were friendly and helpful discussing aspects that would have impact so we could choose the best and neatest installation for our house. They also helped with some other aspects outside the installation. Both staff on site were clearly experienced and knowledgeable, no complaints about them. Only issue was the scaffolding which was completed by a subcontractor, good installation but young lads who struggled to understand that they were on our next door neighbours property and respect was required.

I was very impressed with the team's professionalism, tidiness, pragmatism and the fantastic quality of their work. I was very impressed.

First class service & experience from JDM Earth fitting our solar, battery & EV charge point. Local firm that do the job right. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Well done JDM Earth

Quick and tidy a good job done, found a fault I did not know about, well pleased.

They are only doing commercial and car chargers at the moment, so I didn't use them, but a couple of years ago I did and they were great, they checked and fixed all my wiring.

Great company, so helpful even after installation.
