We have recently had the team round to fit our shower unit, the level of service is outstanding! From the communication in the office to the plumbers installation is always fantastic, they go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for you. We have used this company numerous times from big jobs to small and would highly recommend them to everyone, they are always available and so helpful. We cant thank them all enough for the brilliant workmanship, communication and helpfullness.

Exceptional! Recently had a system flush and boiler replacement with Jax and they were fantastic. Friendly, thorough and trustworthy chaps, did a great job, follow up electrician was brilliant too and also their receptionist is just exceptionally kind and helpful. Would highly reccomend this business.

We have used Jax Plumbing & Heating for years and recommend them every chance we get! Whether it’s their office staff or technicians, they are kind and professional always! If you cannot get heat in your home, they try to get someone out to you the same day! (Even if they have a full day booked.) Most recently, our thermostat dropped connection to our boiler. Sod’s Law it was the apex of an absolutely horrendous day. But their staff were so kind! They sent me a video on WhatsApp to get our thermostat and boiler reconnected! It worked perfectly! I cannot recommend them enough!

Let our annual boiler inspection slip, so as we were going away for a while it needed to be sorted, rang JAX & they actually offered me a day for it to be done, 3 days after the call!, what a terrific service, I was expecting a month time slot at the least. Lewis came to do the work, prompt, polite & efficiently got to work. Happy customer, thanks JAX, 💯 would & will recommend. The system won’t let me do another review, so have to put it on this one. Had a new radiator to install, the connection pipes are not very accessible being in a small cupboard & I knew it wasn’t going to be easy. Matthew was the guy who tackled the install & without doubt, accomplished it with ease,, We are now looking forward to a further 2 exchange rads & have specifically asked for Matt. Arrived on time. Conscientious, Clean Meticulous, an absolute asset to the company.Thankyou Matt & JAX from initial meeting to final install.

Jax were contracted to replace the gas boiler in our home in Acle. Danny the installer arrived bang on time with all the materials, and was friendly, cheerful and clearly very competent. Jack, who'd organised the job also visited on the same day and it was good to meet him. All in all I was really impressed with their service and I'll be recommending them to anyone who's looking for plumbing and heating engineers. Thanks lads, superb job!

Had a bit of an emergency today, phoned Jax very quick response from Jax no if or but from the first responder the receptionist to the engineer. I felt they really were invested in the job.a big thanks from me and the wife.

Absolute 5 star treatment!! Our boiler broke at quite possibly the worst time of year and this company went above and beyond to help us. Mathew attended our property 20th November 2025 and was nothing but polite, hard working and respectful. He got the job done and we now have heating!! Thank you very much, will recommend to all!

Simon has recently finished a bathroom and separate shower room renovation for me which covered 5 weeks. From start to finish, I could rely on him to answer my questions promptly and with honesty and he reliably informed me every step of the way about what he would do, and he did what he said. His communication was excellent throughout the whole project which reassured me that he knew his trade. Simon was very tidy, creating minimal mess and upheaval during this project and fellow tradesmen that arrived for flooring, electrical and gas projects were polite. Not once did I feel intimidated in my own home and I hope Simon felt welcomed too. With regards to the end results I am thrilled. My bathroom looks stunning! Cabinetry, tiling fixtures and fittings all gleaming and proud and a fantastic shower, lovely and hot and great water pressure. I could not be happier with what has been achieved . It’s beautiful! I look forward to enjoying my lovely new sanctuary. I will not hesitate to recommend Simon to any of my friends or family in the future. Thank you Simon.

Oct 24 we instructed Jax to install a new central heating system from an Air Source Heat Pump. George talked us through equipment needed, sizes & position of radiators and we received a very competitive price. JAX also assisted with application All his team were reliable and knowledgeable. They were respectful of our home and the project was completed within the given timeframe. At the same time we had Simon replace our tired bathroom. Simon was amazing again talking us through every stage and involving/assisting us with all our choices. Simon also acted as Project Manager with the heating guys whilst we were out at work. Simon we cant thank you enough & we love our new bathroom 😁

Simon Cheshire from Jax planned and installed a completely new bathroom for us. He was efficient and professional throughout the process and extremely helpful. When doing the installation he was very thorough and his workmanship was excellent. He was polite and reliable and we wouldn't hesitate in using him again and recommending him to friends and family.

Jax serviced my boiler for the first time today and I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the engineer and the standard of the service, far better than I had experienced with my previois engineer. Will use again in the future and would recommend.

Simon refurbished our bathroom in August 2024. From the initial consultation to completion, it was clear that he has great attention to detail and sets his standards high. Simon offers helpful guidance where needed and has an efficient group of professionals to assist him with projects (electrician, gas engineer etc). We are delighted with the work produced and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Jax plumbing and heating supplied and fitted a new boiler and radiators. The office staff are very helpful .Ryan is a genuine ,honest ambassador to the company,who also gives excellent advice .The fitters were Lewis who is highly skilled and experienced, and Roman who is a perfectionist with a wonderful enthusiasm. Ryan ,Lewis and Roman also have brilliant customer skills and personalities which gave my wife and myself great confidence with the whole process. Just had Jack fix our hot water taps not working throughout our house that we have just moved into with very dodgy and old plumbing existing. He was very professional and knowledgeable and managed to find the problem and fix it in only 2 hours of work whilst explaining to me the problems and how he can fix it. Couldn’t recommend Jack and Jax Plumbing and Heating enough!

We asked Jax plumbing to provide a quote to change our old radiators and thermostats for new ones. The lads that did the work were so friendly, courteous and helpful and they left the house spotlessly clean. The radiators & towel rails are really smart and enable us to regulate the heat, in each room across our house, much more efficiently. Thanks for doing a fantastic job!

Excellent service and aftercare

I've used Jax Plumbing & Heating now for almost 8 years and have nothing but positive things to say about them. I've used them to install a new boiler, annual servicing, they've fixed radiators and fitted a new kitchen tap. Most recently they've converted my box bedroom into an ensuite shower room/dressing room. I can't speak highly enough of the work Simon put in from start to finish on this. He worked closely and patiently with me on design, advising on materials and specifications. Simon is a perfectionist and this shines through in work he completes. He and his team coordinated the whole project so well taking any stress out of it for me. I am absolutely delighted with the finish and highly recommend them. Everyone at Jax's is always so helpful and friendly and their aftercare service is faultless.

I have only just starting using Jax and wish I done before. Ryan serviced my boiler and all gas appliances last month, something my previous contractor had not done. 2 days ago our heating failing, I rang Jax and Ryan came out the next day having made time to fit us in during a very busy day. Within 20 mins the boiler was fixed and tested, the price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend Jax for all your boiler needs, quick, professional and reasonably priced.

Called Jax about leaking kitchen tap , Matty came the same day , replaced leaking tap and took away the old one & all the rubbish then cleaned up sink area really thoroughly...Top service ...would recommend 100%

Called Jax and 1.5 hrs later the boiler problem was fixed. Hence then5 stars.

Simon completely refurbished our bathroom and we are over the moon with it. No more climbing over the bath to get a shower. He plastered, tiled, and fitted the new shower and sink, and also fitted a comfort toilet in the loo. We can't recommend him highly enough.

Replaced my boiler 4 years ago and services it annually to maintain manufacturer 7 year warranty. All work is carried out professionally, all personnel are polite and friendly. Jax installed a new shower and toilet in our bathroom and rellocated the bath. Installed a new radiator in bathroom and kitchen. Turned a downstairs store room into a cloakroom. Replaced the outside soil pipe from cast iron to plastic. We found this company to be reliable, courteous, respectful of our home and left everything clean and tidy, the workmanship was top class and high quality products used. We Would have no problem recommending them and have already booked our boiler service for later this year. Thanks especially to Dan and Matt for all their hard work.

New boiler installation!! Had the bad news my old boiler was broke. It was 14 years old so i was expecting it. New boiler works a dream and is so quiet i dont even realise its on. Fast service, all sorted and fixed, no mess or any other issues. 5 star service couldn't recommend this company more. I saw on Instagram they do bathrooms aswell so I'll be getting them back round to give me a quote in a few months so I can get a new bathroom too.

Plumbing work at an hourly rate of £55+VAT in Norfolk is a joke! Discuss prices before calling them out.

Had a beautiful new bathroom and were so happy later got them back to fit a new unvented water tank. Great price, excellent service, lovely guys all round and would recommend to anyone.

We use Jax for all our rental properties and our own home , they are excellent , quick , efficient and generally really lovely to deal with Just this week we had one of the staff , Matty, fix our soak away my partner said he was polite , pleasant and professional - a credit to the company ! And he’s not one to give praise lightly. !!! But I wasn’t surprised to hear this as this is how we would describe all of Jax staff Jack , the boss , really knows his stuff , often identity the problem correctly just from discussion on the phone and always knows how to deal with it - he deals with ours and our tenants problems swiftly and expertly Would highly recommend Jax to to anyone, anytime !

I have had a full renovation of two of my bathrooms using Jax plumbing from start to finish we have been kept informed from ordering, designing and final finishing touches. The attention to detail from Simon had been fantastic. One very pleased customer, thank you!

I’m opening a news business, I called this company 3 weeks prior to book in a job and accepted their waiting time. I had no reason to doubt this company’s service. On the day they were supposed to come I had requested that they ring me 30 minutes prior to arriving as the commercial property is shut at the moment. The day they were supposed to come for the job they did not arrive and I had waited for the their call. Having called in the following day, their excuse was they had a gas safety job in the morning which had over run so the engineer couldn’t arrive to the afternoon jobs which one being mine. When confirming my telephone number, it wasn’t just one digit off it was completely wrong. Didn’t match what so ever. Where as I know they had confirmed my number with me before and had the correct number. They said they rang this number and tried to call me??? That’s not my number. Mix up of paper work. Very unprofessional company, 3 week wait with no results and poor excuses. I will never use or recommend. Absolute joke of a company.

Refurbished our downstairs toilet and sink. We are extremely happy and pleased with our new downstairs toilet and Simons work was amazing from start to finish. Planned with help from sue at plumb City.The units and fittings excellent quality .I would definitely recommend Simon to do your work.

Amazing service. They came to my property to service my boiler and gas hob, for landlord certificate. Also went above and beyond to help me with additional work. Which I'm now having done by them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Be careful they charge before they even arrive ? Never had this before , app it’s the travel time. Job completed in a timely professional manner, but could not believe the end price. It was explained that they charge travel time.

Throughout the process George provided great support and advice. This started with a suggestion as to the correct boiler for my situation and a thorough explanation as to why this was the wise option. He gave a detailed specification of the boiler, what would be included in the package, and the best care options down the road. George and his team did an excellent job installing the boiler and left no mess at all. I have rarely come across customer service of this quality and would not hesitate to recommend Jax Plumbing & Heating to anyone in need of a new boiler.

We moved into our bungalow in caister 4 months ago, on our arrival I noticed that the boiler was an old baxi combi. Just as the weather got cold the boiler stopped working, I could see from the internet that JAX plumbing & heating had very high score reviews, so I contacted them & spoke to George & told him my dilemma that I need a new boiler urgently as we have no heating or hot water in November. George came that day & gave me a very competitive quote, the following day his team arrived to start removing my old boiler. Mark with his team over came various problems due to the age of the boiler, it’s location in the building & very old pipe work. Mark is a true true professional in his field, & within 48 hours we had a brand new boiler & fittings with hot water & heating. I can highly recommend JAX plumbing & heating for your heating & plumbing requirements.

Jack and George have made a splendid job of installing a complete new bathroom suite for me including wall boarding, decorating and replacing the water damaged chipboard flooring. I was kept informed at all times of the progress and the work was carried out quickly and professionally. Jack has also fixed problems with my central heating with air locks and replaced a central heating pump in the past few months. I intend having my central heading system flushed this summer and have no hesitation using them again. Thanks for everything

We chose to have an estimate from Jax plumbing from other reviews left here. George was very quick in coming round and giving us a quote on the work needed. We were initially going to get quotes from other companies with similar reviews but after meeting George, the wife and I agreed that he was the only company we needed to use because of the very important points I will list below. 1: He is very honest about what work was needed doing. 2: He does not inflate the price with things not needed, he must have talked himself out of a potential couple of hundred quid because we actually didn't need some things we thought needed doing. 3: The work was excellent and all done to a very professional standard. 4:They finished a day earlier than expected so a bonus for us. In short if you want a professional honest plumber that won't charge you for things you don't need or make you feel pressured into having the work done, then Jax plumbing is for you. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone that asks me if I know a good plumber.

I don’t leave reviews but simply had to in this instance. Jax went above and beyond in every way. A last minute emergency phone call on a Friday during covid saw him at the property on the same day and with all the parts needed to fix everything . He was professional on time and generally a fantastic guy. The appointment was for my grandparents who I could not get to and help during the lockdown but Jax took care of everything and kept me informed throughout. The costs were very reasonable too. Jax will now be my go to contact and I would not hesitate to recommend him to everyone.

We returned home from a week away and were unable to get our boiler to work. No heating or hot water. Jax was recommended to me by the plumber who had fitted our bathroom. I phoned and spoke to Jax, who, by the fault code knew what make of boiler we have, and what the code meant. Either he is from Gallifrey, or he is an experienced and switched on professional. He and George (sorry, I think that is his name, forgive me if it wrong) arrived this afternoon. They were polite, funny and got straight to sorting the problem out and giving honest advice. I don't feel that they were trying to pull wool over my eyes, or would do. They were quick and efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
