EcoSolv Renewables LTD

Ian and the team were great. The designed a fantastic battery & solar panel system for us that is working brilliantly. Quote and Design was very thorough and the installation was surprisingly quick. Massive thank you to the whole team at Ecosolv

From our first enquiry to completion of the project we couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and efficient team. The advice we received was first rate and the team that did the battery and panel installation got the whole job completed within a day.. I had a minor problem with the car charging point but Ian called back and fixed it with a quick bit of reprogramming. The system is working fine since installation and is producing 30kw per day in the good weather. The 12 kw battery is a no brainer , we haven’t had to buy any electricity since the installation in mid June

From start to finish, Joe and his team were absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for your great work

A great team leads to a great installation. A 24 panel and battery solar install to a barn by Joe, Ian, Will, Danny and Oscar. From the outset, excellent communication and evolving my needs by Ian (they changed a bit - sorry!) then a no nonsense on time high quality install. Strongly recommended.

I had a great experience with Ecosolv Renewables. The team were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. The work was carried out to a high standard and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient service.

I used Ecosolv Renewables for a solar panel installation and a full reroof (carried out by Edington Roofing and Building) and I cannot recommend them. Happily it looks like my experience is an anomaly. I unfortunately don't trust the men running operations and I would recommend that future customers insist on all communication being strictly in writing, and detailed in full - as mine was not. Communication was, in my opinion, pretty poor. I found the team to be arrogant to deal with. Contractors weren't respectful of my property, and they broke various things while on site. I suppose this is just "what happens" and is to be expected. The salesman insisted on coming to my home the day before work was due to commence in a bid to somehow renegotiate as he had misquoted. I found it bizarre that his key method for recovering the shortfall he identified was to bump up the quotes of other projects he was quoting for at the time? Perhaps not something to talk about in front of customers as that depleted my trust considerably - maybe others are far more comfortable with that. I can’t comment on the quality or longevity of the completed works. I am told by them it is high quality.

We were in the unfortunate position that our oil boiler of 25 years had decided it needed to retire. We contacted Joe from Ecosolv who took us through from beginning to end of having a heat source pump fitted to our house. He was nothing but professional from the start to finish. The day Joe (owner) and his team came to start fitting everything they turned up bang on time with everything they needed. The workers Joe employs; Alfie (plumber) and Danny (sparky) are some of the best I’ve had in my house. Not only are they on time, they are really tidy and incredibly polite. They finished the work within about a few days, and at the end of every night they left my utility room really clean and tidy. Joe keeps you informed of everything and at the end of the fit comes round to check that everything is working. Not only does he do this, he also sorts out the paperwork with the government as well so that you end up with the correct guarantees. So, in a nutshell if you’re thinking about it, call Joe - You will not be disappointed.

Ecosolv recently installed our Vaillant heat Pump and radiators. The job went smoothly and the team left the house all clean and tidy. Excellent job from start to finish.

Ecosolv Renewables recently replaced our oil boiler and tank with a new tank and ASHP. Also battery storage was added to our existing solar panel set up. We are seeing the benefits already as we have a well insulated house. Its was a very positive experience. We have not needed to replace any radiators. The team were great on site, quick efficient and tidy. Took a few days to iron out some kinks due to Firmware updates but all sorted by Joe and his team. When the sun is shinning we are exporting to the grid as well as charging the batteries. At night we use Octopus Intelligent Go to top up the batteries if we need too. Very satisfied customers. Officially off oil for home and car.

Joe, Grant and the team were excellent from start to finish. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any install, they have been professional and friendly all the way through the installation. Fantastic work team and a good local company to boot.

We can highly recommend Ecosolv. They were really helpful and responsive from the early days of getting a quote all the way through the post-installation handover. They were really clear about what they were installing and the pricing was very fair. We're very pleased with the outcome and the system is heating the house nicely and is very efficient. We highly recommend them!

Professional from the initial survey to completion. Fully explained all aspects of the system and operation. Installation team arrived promptly and worked into the evening. Nine radiators were replaced and oil boiler decommissioned, with Vaillant heat pump operational on the first day. All work was completed by day two to a clean standard. It's been two weeks and all has been working well with the house comfortably warm.

Set of 4/5 guys, absolutely smashed out the work in a day. Resolved issues with the new kit and had me set up super quickly. Would highly recommend. Surveyor was also super helpful and knowledgable.

Did some great work. Electrician very neat and tidy.

Worked with Ecosolv across many projects. Always delivering top standards and reliable!👍🏻

Really pleased with the results. Joe and everyone were able to get a heat pump install done in one day which was really helpful as the tenants had young kids and it made their lives alot easier having the water back on so soon. They were also happy to accommodate other requests such as replacing the existing gas cooker with an electric one which other larger companies weren't. Grant communicated really well with us and the quote we were given was the best of 4/5 different companies. Thank you for your help

Had my Bosch Heat pump installed this month. Firstly Eco managed to bring my date forward to assist with me getting in before Christmas, all be it the home was empty but they still pushed to help me out too. The actual fit was impeccable, the Heat pump and 12 rads fitted in one day and all of the team discussed the fit with me throughout the day to make sure it was best suited. 2nd day the electrician team came, once again they went over and above to suit my needs and we discussed everything and where things would go. At the end of the day they made sure I was happy and showed me how to use the Homely app etc etc. So it's a 5 star review from me, when I decide to get some solar panels and battery I will certainly be looking up these guys

I had Solar PV array and battery storage fitted by Ecosolv, and everything went very smoothly and came in at a competitive price. Grant oversaw the process and he was very professional and easy to deal with, all the crew who completed the work were friendly and very hard working & efficient. I'd certainly recommend them if you're looking for a good local company, and will be back again myself for future work.

Friendly and polite Experience with British Gas is awful. I was lucky they subcontract Ecosolv Joe and his team know what they doing They finished the job from a to z in one day I impressed

Great from start to finish - surveyed, quoted, installed and run through on everything was very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Ecosolv to everyone.

Fitted new solar on the roof along with a new heat pump, nicely done

Used Ecosolv to install my new heating system and heat pump, I could not fault them from start to finish! The whole job was carried out quick and professionally, I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Ecosolv Renewables recently installed an air source heat pump and solar panels at my home, and the whole process was excellent. The team was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. The installation was tidy and on time, and I’m already seeing lower energy bills. Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with the Air Source Heatpump that Joe fitted for us , a very confident young man and very polite thankyou Joe ..

We had a Vaillant air source heat pump fitted by Ecosolv, and we’re really pleased with the results. The team were professional, tidy, and explained how everything worked in detail. The system runs quietly and efficiently. Great service from start to finish. Thank you very much!

Ecosolv installed an ASHP, solar panels and battery at our house and did an excellent job from start to finish. We were very impressed by the quality of the install, the excellent service through the process and the value for money that Joe and his team provided. They were very responsive to our requests and careful to install the systems as we wanted, keeping disruption to our relatively recently decorated house to a minimum. We also really appreciated their non-sales like approach to the quoting process, listening to what we wanted whilst providing technical input to confirm and advise on the best solutions/products etc. This was quite different to most installers who seemed more interested in pushing solutions that weren't appropriate for our situation. We'd highly recommend them to anybody wanting to get solar and/or a heat pump installed.

My heat pump project was on the complex side. The new equipment was to put in the garage whereas the old gas system was on the other side of the house. They guys had to put a lot of piping in. They work incredibly hard and even accepted a few unexpected extras into their tight schedules. It was a pleasure having then in the house. The entertained all my questions with good grace and made allowances for my preferences. During the first commissioning stage we found just one issue which they fixed very quickly. The overall result is excellent. A sign of a good install is that it just works. Joe and Adam were working along side neteco who handed the electrical side. Overall it's a recommend and I wish the guys all the best with their heat pump business. The heat pump itself is a Daikin High Temperature and works like a dream. Quiet, powerful and reliable. COP around 3, some potential to improve.
