5.0
Customers of J.Gooch Electrical Services Ltd describe friendly, professional staff and good communication, with one reviewer saying the whole solar panel process was made painless with minimal disruption. Another reviewer says the system was designed to suit their needs and everything was explained on completion, and the same reviewer had smaller jobs done too. One review appears to be about a holiday park rather than this business, mentioning spotless toilets and showers, an immaculate bar and restaurant, and good food. No material criticism is reported.
Professional from start to finish. System designed to suit our needs. Everything explained on completion, competitively priced. Happy to recommend.
Excellent, friendly staff
Right from initial contact enquiring about solar panels to waving goodbye at the end of the installation day John, Karen and the Team were friendly and professional with very good communication and time keeping. They made the whole process painless with minimal disruption, the cost of my panels were very competitive. We have also had them to put new down lighter’s in my kitchen and installation of new hob, so big or small jobs the service is the same. I would have no problem in recommending this company to anybody,
