Very efficient service by someone who clearly knows what he is doing. Checked the air-source heat pump for hot water temperature system and renewed the glycol in the solar hot water system.

On time clean and proffessional at a good pruce, cannot expect .ore. excellent service.

Excellent service. I have used RDS over the years and it is organised professionally all the way through. You can ring up using a landline and speak to a human being (Gemma or Monica) and Adam is first rate!! They did job for a friend of mine at short notice and they were thrilled and wrote me a letter of thanks.

I have total admiration for RDS. I had no hot water. I had an electrician in , and my electrics were fine. He said l needed a plumber. RDS were recommended to me via a friend. Gemma Bailey was straight on my case, asking me for details about my boiler, including photos of it and the sticker on it, in order to get me a new element for it, which she diagnosed as being the problem. It's a very old boiler and I was doubtful that she would be able to find the correct element for it. Yet, she was straight away locating the relevant company and found the correct element - I was very impressed with her dedication and commitment. She gave me a date to send me an engineer to fit the element within a few days. She was in touch with me throughout my wait and after, telling me exactly what I should expect from her team. I was told the engineer would ring me when he was on his way to me, which I was very reassured by and impressed. The engineer was very friendly and efficient and polite, fixing the new element in my boiler very quickly and thoroughly, clearing up any mess which he had made in the process before he left. I then, to my huge relief, had hot water again! Gemma, from the moment she answered my phone call in the beginning, was exceptionally efficient, organised and so helpful, and she made me feel very valued as a customer, thanking me in various texts for choosing RDS. But, it is l who is truly grateful to RDS and especially Gemma Bailey for her total dedication to sorting out my problem with such professionalism, clarity, speed and efficiency, and politeness from the very beginning. I have truly found an exceptional company and their contact details are now firmly in my phone- book. They will be my first port of call for any future problems that I may have in the future. They stood out from all other contacts l had tried before getting in touch with RDS, with their expertise, efficiency, dedication and commitment throughout. As has been the case for the last couple of years, the annual service of our boiler was carried out by Adam in his usual efficient and thorough way. The system was fully drained and refilled, worn filters replaced and every thing was left spic and span. Obviously - we shall be continuing to avail ourselves of the excellent service we get from RDS Heating and Renewables.

I have had an Air Source Heat Pump for three years and last Thursday it stopped working. I emailed RDS plumbing and received a reply that they would be with us the next day Friday. James arrived and he was very pleasant and efficient and found the problem was an electric operated flap valve which changed the system from house heating to water heating and had jammed in the water heating position. James had a unit with him and fitted it and finished up clearing up and gathered all his tools together and I could feel the heating system was working again. all together it was a clean responsibility and efficient professional job that I was very pleased with.

I'd like to thank RDS, specially Adam and James, for a job well done. I really appreciated their support and resourcefulness, their problem solving skills and their can do attitude. Really pleased and grateful. I had an unvented cylinder and a new boiler installed.

Arrived on time and did a thorough job of servicing my boiler. no mess either.

RDS were superb, 5*. They were professional in all ways. They quoted, discussed the works required, completed the job in the timeframe agreed and were super tidy. We had a large tank drained/disconnected/removed from the loft, a shower pump removed and new pipework installed/overhauled with a new HW cylinder, a MagnaClean system installed, a power wash of the heating system, boiler service. We are super pleased. Our heating, hot water and shower are now amazing, we are v happy. When we need any servicing or other plumbing works we know who to call. Thanks Ross and Ross :-)

Ross and his team at RDS designed and installed an Air Source Heat Pump system for our house, including removal of old gas boiler, installation of Mitsubishi ASHP, new hot water tank and new radiators. Knowledgeable, professional, good service. Recommended. We have had the system for a year now and we're really pleased with it.

Ross and the team were pleasant to deal with and did a great job of the installation. Their layout of the pipework was considerably neater than that of the system they removed! I was keen for the boiler to be controlled via OpenTherm, which they were able to sort out without any difficulties. Very happy with the work done and the new system.
