Solec Generation Ltd

East facing solar panel installation across the ground floor canopy at the front of the house. Solec Generation worked with me to make sure that the panels were installed as aesthetically pleasing as possible with all cables hidden as the underside of the installation bars and panels can be easily seen. Really pleased with the outcome and I don't give them a second look now, it's like they have always been there. Solec from the outset made me aware that the small number of panels (5) installed would need to be integrated and supported with a battery storage solution that could take advantage of cheaper Off-Peak energy rates from my provider. The overall solution designed by Solec Generation 'ticked the box' and I am easily charging and providing cheap electricity for the whole day with the batteries being topped up from the panels when power available. Stuart at Solec Generation has been a huge help during the whole process and I cannot thank him enough for his support and technical input. I can highly recommend this company and coming from an engineering background, appreciate the company's work ethics, workmanship and at all times delivering on my expectations.

Stuart installed the first Solar project at one of our rented properties, and we couldn’t be happier. From the outset, his communication was good, marketing was on point, and helped us identify the project size to support our EPC requirements. Installation timeframe was quick, with Stuart walking us through the setup process, and agreed together the location for the battery and inverter. Answered ‘all’ of my early questions, and his team were professional throughout the install, even replacing a few existing damaged roof tiles as they came across them. We plan to use his serves again on our next projects, and would definitely recommend his company in all aspects. Paul and Dawn

Stuart and his team gave a 5 star service from start to finish regarding the installation of our complete solar energy package. From quotation, through installation, to final invoice, every detail was discussed, explained and agreed. If you are considering solar panels then please contact Solec Generation Ltd, you will not be disappointed.

Solec provided a fantastic service replacing the inverter in my solar system. Friendly, honest, helpful, great value for money. Would very much recommend.

Stuart did exactly as he said he would do. Stuart was very polite and didn't make me feel like he was in a hurry to get away and explained everything clearly. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent workmanship. Stuart and his lads worked really hard all day in the heat. and they were really really tidy to the extent that they even hoovered out my bin cupboard which hasn’t been hoovered out in the 30 years I’ve lived here. I would recommend his company to anybody, thank you guys for a lovely job. 100%

Solec and team came to help me with disconnecting some Pylon batteries from my solar system as i wanted to take them to my new house so i can set them up with a new inverter. They arranged to take them out for me suiting my availability and did a really good job and keeping the area tidy afterwards. Thank you

Stuart is one of the most knowledgable people I have met in the industry and helped me upgrade my system from a single phase install to a 3 phase install with 24kw of inverters and 57 panels all for a really excellent price. I've recommended Solec to a number of other people who have also been more than happy with their work!

Stuart was highly recommended to me by a friend following a solar system installation that he was very happy with and I am equally very happy with every interaction that we have had from the initial advice and quote through to the install. Stuart is very knowledgeable and patient and was very invested in making a system that worked for us. His quote was very competitive, the standard of work is amazing, and communication is clear and ongoing throughout the job. I would highly recommend Solec Generation Ltd to any of my friends and family, and anyone else. Thanks for everything Stuart, we're really pleased with everything.

cannot recommend Solec Generation Ltd highly enough! From my very first enquiry through to the completion of the installation, Stuart and his entire team were outstanding. They recently installed 19 solar panels on my roof, and the whole experience was professional, efficient and completely stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, everything happened exactly when they said it would, and the installation team were punctual, courteous and incredibly hardworking. Their workmanship was first-class, and they left everything clean and tidy when the job was finished. I have high standards, and I can honestly say the quality of the installation exceeded my expectations. It's clear that Solec Generation take real pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Thank you to Stuart and everyone involved for a fantastic job. If you're considering solar, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Solec Generation Ltd—you'll be in very safe hands. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Really good service and advise good to have a solar guru

Fantastic service from start to finish. Got a premium solar system at a fantastic price but with no compromise on workmanship. Left my property clean and tidy. I was also happy with the time on the job, arrived at 8am and was done around 3pm. Stuart was even considerate about working with my special needs son and his needs. Thanks lads will definitely recommend you.

I was on the fence about getting solar. I'd tried getting quotes from local companies, but I was being presented with so many different options that it became overwhelming. A friend recommended Solec Generation, so I gave them a call and was able to book an initial survey without much waiting. After the on site survey, we had lots of questions, and Stuart was more than happy to talk everything through with us. We had several calls to discuss the proposal, the equipment, and the installation, and he always took the time to explain everything clearly. The installation was completed by Stuart, Del and Justin over two days, and everything went smoothly. The team were professional throughout and treated our home with great care and respect, leaving everything tidy and hoovered once the job was finished. Scaffolding was up about a week before installation and down a week after. The system was installed almost a year ago now, and it's been performing brilliantly ever since without any issues. We've recently had Stuart back to install a Zappi EV charger, and we are again very happy with the work. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Stuart, Del and Justin to anyone looking for a high quality and trustworthy solar installer.

Working with Stuart at Solec was a total delight! He explained everything about the process, delivered exactly what he said he would, and provided excellent after care. Solec go over and beyond for their customers and I couldn't be happier with our new panels and battery.

Stuart and team have been excellent from first contact to final handover Respectful of property and customer requirements Would not hesitate to give details to family or friends

I had a great experience with Stuart and Solec. From the point of contact everything moved on smooth and quick. The price for the system was comparable to major and trusted energy supplier installs, and I got what I think to be better components. I wasn't locked into a specific inverter-battery system or solar panels, and I managed to get a slightly bigger than expected solar array - win. Everything is neat, out of the way and really well installed. Stuart even applied for an MPAN number for my energy exports, which made things a lot quicker to set up. The whole crew was very pleasant to work with and if I ever decide to expand my system, Stuart will be the one I will go back to.

Stuart fitted an ev charger for our new vehicle. We were very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Stuart explained everything to us and was very patient. Would definitely recommend.

A big thank you to Stuart from Solec Generation Ltd for the work done installing two Tesla Powerwall units on my property. It’s always nice to meet a professional who clearly takes pride in their work and doesn't cut corners. I'm really impressed with the final result. For anyone looking for a highly skilled and professional electrician, I strongly recommend Solec Generation!

A fantastic service once again by the solec team. Phase 2 of the installation consisted of a 70kw system on our factory roof (phase 1 was a 15kw system on our offices). From the initial visit to the completion of the job, the team never missed a day and worked in all conditions to get the job done. The communication, professionalism and knowledge of the solec team is second to none. They were very competitively priced and there was none of the dreaded “hard sell” tactics that we saw with other companies at the quotation stage. I cannot recommend Solec enough

Top guys so good clean work

Excellent job in installing 2 additional batteries despite lack of space. No corners cut. Stuart was courteous and professional in completing his work to a very high standard. Stuart is totally trustworthy.

Great service from start to finish and top workmanship.

I have been very happy with the quality of work and has been very tidy at all four sites that work was carried out on. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

Excellent service, quick, clean and stress free. Stuart answered any questions I had quickly and competently. I have no concerns about future support if needed. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from first survey to final installation and signing off I couldn't be happier with the whole experience they were also quick two days from start to finish

Fantastic service from the start. Stuart is very helpful and communication is great from the initial quote to after installation. The guys made sure the house was left clean and tidy after the work was carried out.

Very efficient worker,no complaints at all with his work

Speedy response and great advice. Completed the job very quickly and professionally. Very impressive. Highly recommended.

Stuart carried out his work in a clean and tidy manner whilst being professional at all times. He was very patient in explaining the benefits of solar panels to us, and all in all a thoroughly nice guy. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend him and trust him to work independently.

Stuart did a really fantastic work for my house. We used the Sigen system which is fairly new and he did a very detailed walkthrough and shared a lot of wonderful tips with us. He is knowledgeable, attentive, professional and very friendly, and left no rubbish behind. I couldn’t be happier with him and would highly recommend! 🙂

Fitted our solar system but through one of the big advertising companies but I wish I had found them direct. Very knowledgeable and a great electrician inspires confidence in his work

Stuart and the Solec team have carried out various electrical projects on our property over the years. They are very professional and the quality of their workman ship is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Guys from Solec did a fantastic job installing my PV system. Nice and tidy install, very competitive price. Made sure to explain the system and what everything did before leaving site.

Solec fitted my panels yesterday and they have have a hard working and very sociable team. I had 16 panels plus battery. I spoke to 3 companies overall, but Solec impressed not only with a competitive price but, in dealing with Stuart he is not only their 'salesman' he also is one of the team who installs the system. As such his practical knowledge comes through when discussing this with him. Even a scaffolding contractor issue did not put them off their stride, they just sorted it and carried on. Nice one guys

To find such good service and workmanship at honest prices is a rarity. Solec are knowledgeable and their work is really good. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I would absolutely recommend Solec Generation Ltd for your solar or electrical works. Stuart advised, supplied, and fitted a 16 panel three battery system solar system, walked us through how to use it all, even helped with tariff advice. The work was to the very highest standard, on time and per the quote. I would happily provide references for anyone wishing to use Solec.

Excellent professional service. Stuart came to see us soon after we got in touch. The job was booked in within a week or 10 days. When they came to do the fitting they did the job quickly and without any fuss. There was no mess left afterwards It was very competitively priced. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Thank you to the Solec Generation team, for a fantastic job fitting our solar system with battery storage, after reading some installation horror stories, I can highly recommend Solec, the staff are very knowledgeable, polite and explained everything in detail, making sure everything was working correctly, installing the mobile app and showing us how to use it, before they left. Nothing was too much trouble, I had done considerable research before choosing a supplier and they ticked all the boxes, using only good quality components, engineer with many years experience installing solar systems and a genuine wish to sell what was most suitable, not just what would profit them the most. The MCS certificate was issued the same day the installation was completed, along with the HIES & NAPIT (Building Regulations) certificates. If you are thinking of having solar fitted, I highly recommend you at least try them for a quote!

Had Stuart from Solec Generation install our batteries on our existing solar system, very knowledgeable and helpful, advice given was 100%, can’t fault communication and workmanship, would highly recommend Solec Generation.

We recommend Solec Generation Ltd highly for many reasons:- No pushy sales talk / respect and care taken at every aspect of the install / the professionalism of all those involved / the feeling you are in safe hands and the products supplied are right for you and of the highest quality.

From the first contact to the completion felt comfortable, so a big thank you from me
