Had work done this week by Smarter Energy Uk. They arrived on time and didn't mess about, they got straight to work. All the lads were very efficient and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. Extremely friendly and polite. The work has been done to a very good standard. They were respectful of my house and careful to ensure they didn't damage anything. When the jobs were completed they left my property tidy and clean. Would definitely recommend!

All workmen we're great, they did a great job, the office staff were great too. Very pleased with the service provided, I would highly reccomend. Thankyou everyone for all your hard work, its all very much appreciated

A great set of lads who worked hard in the cold. They all did an excellent job. All of them were polite an friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Done a reasonably good job however they fitted some storage area with the loft insulation with is dangerous as it doesn’t fit all the things up there. Now I’m just being fobbed off and what makes it frustrating is that I was told they’re just very busy at the moment but will be calling me in the next couple of weeks to get it sorted as it’s been agreed they will. If it doesn’t get sorted soon I’ll have no choice but to report the unsafe loft work to trading standards/ the ombudsman which id hate to do as I understand they’re very busy.

It took 5 attempts to organise an appointment, but they cancelled on us; we’ve now been told they can’t do the walls as asked on the phone. Pathetic Update: I was lied to about completing the walls; they have left unfinished work and blocked my number. Some engineers were rude. I have made a report to trading standards and Trustmark; steer clear from this company!

Really friendly & polite staff, from the initial telephone contact, to the installers coming. Once the work was completed they left the property tidy before leaving. The only reason I give a 4, is because we had a couple of occasions where someone was supposed to come back & after waiting in, no one turned up & it was left to me to make contact to see why no one had arrived, instead of the company contacting me to let me know that they couldn't make it. Otherwise it would have been a 5⭐️ But aside from that, I cannot praise the team enough 😊. Thanks again to all of you.

From filling in the application to the job being finished less than a week, from the office staff survey staff and the fitter’s nothing was to much to ask, extremely happy with the work done would highly recommend

I highly recommend Smarter Energy Uk. Paul, Matt, Adam, Jordan, Arthur and Neil Professional From start to finish. Produced a beautiful quality of finish for my solid wall insulation. They protected my new carpets with plastic which were as good as they were laid. And we’re very tidy and it only took just over 2 days! I have no problem recommending this company

Don’t normally like leaving negative reviews but used this company and nothing but issues. I do not recommend this company if you are looking to get insulation. Beads are always flying out the walls every time its windy, radiator thermostats were removed and not replaced correctly as the first guy didnt know what he was doing with the heating so had to keep contacting for a few weeks for someone to come out and fix the problems i had. Friendly guys but the communication service is appalling.

I wanna say a massive big thankyou to everyone from smarter energy uk ltd such a friendly group of people did an amazing job the house looks so much better and cleaned up after their selves covered the carpets and flooring with special protection covering they were great to chat to and didn't mind the noise of my children or them talking to them I recommend them to anyone who needs work doing never met a nicer bunch of people in my life they always turned up on time and stayed till they got the work done I really appreciate all their hard work and ever so grateful I had the chance to meet them could have a laugh with them I'd say 💯 well done from me my partner and kids

What a great group of lads nothing was too much trouble. There was a bit of a mess, but hey, what do you expect ? They cleaned up after themselves and covered all carpeted areas with plastic protection.
