After years of experiencing “bodge it and scarper” window cleaners, who just turn up when THEY felt like it, it has been reassuring having a company with good professionalism and customer care as ecopure have in abundance. Timely appointment reminders, which you confirm, help with security of our home. We are not leaving gates etc unlocked unnecessarily and the team are very courteous whilst around the property. The monthly maintenance to windows and frames really is top quality and the once yearly deep clean of soffits, fascia’s and conservatory roof is helping to keep these areas looking in good condition. I’ve been having these guys clean my windows for a good few months now, and I’m always very happy with the service I receive. You’re sent a reminder by email a few days before they’re due to call so you can confirm you still want them proceed and ensure any gates are unlocked etc. Or rearrange if not suitable. Windows and doors are always lovely and clean when finished and the price is very competitive for my area (I checked with others in my locality) I highly recommend them and often do when asked who I use, in fact my neighbours have also recently started using them too as they were also impressed.
I have found to be Ecopure are a very good company to use. They provide high quality service at a very reasonable price. They utilise email and text systems to confirm and amend appointments which is very convenient. I would recommend using Ecopure to anyone.
