By another company we had an ASHP installed around 9 years ago and were promised more than it delivered. We were always going to be sceptical to replace with a more modern one. We even considered installing an oil boiler but there is too much goes on in the world that affects the oil prices a lot more than the electric prices. There are a lot of companies out there that can talk that talk but very few live up to delivery. Barry was clear from the start on costs, schedule and performance of the ASHP. Very few companies can explain the technical side as clear as Barry can. Everything on the job was what you would hope a company would deliver and the quality of the work showed this.
Excellent. It has only been a few days since the install so can't comment on the performance of the equipment but with regards to the installation itself, I can only congratulate Barry on the whole process. Barry made sure we knew what was going on at every step and that we were inconvenienced as little as possible. The layout, workmanship, knowledge etc are at the highest level. We will definately recommend Barry to anyone interested in ASHPs.
Barry has been excellent for the installation of our new air source heat pump. Very professional and good communication of all the various steps.

Barry responded immediately to my cry of “I’ve just bought a house and the boiler’s dead!” He quickly came round and identified that the boiler was long past its best and the only option was to replace it. Barry shifted things around in his diary to make sure that he could fit the new boiler before I moved into the house properly - and he made some excellent suggestions for making the system more effective. Move in date is now 24 hours away and the house is warming up nicely. Fantastic service from Barry, and great to talk to him about cars! Very highly recommended! And top of the list when it comes time to put in a heat pump and underfloor heating.
Highly recommended! My Vaillant heat pump stopped working. Barry came out the same day, identfied the problem, fixed it, serviced the heat pump, and advised me on how to use the system more efficiently. He really came across as properly understanding the system compared to others I've had here previously. I would definitely recommend Barry to anyone needing heating work done.

A rare find today, flexible, professional work and all round great service
Had problems with my taps for a while making a hammering sound when running. This morning after brushing my teeth I went on to get washed and when I ran the tap again I heard this noise. I went straight down and phoned and spoke to Barry Watson who came a short while later. I showed him where the bathroom was and he checked everything and when he went into my bathroom cabinet discovered the noise was my electric toothbrush still switched on 😂 after we had gotten our laughs out the way, Barry was absolutely brilliant and remedied the actual fault with my tap etc. Thank you again Barry would highly recommend.

Joiner here that sprung a little bad luck. Nailed a gas pipe through a skirting. With a quick google I had Plumbing and Heating Dynamics ltd out within the hour and sorted the issue out straight away. Couldn’t have asked for a better service 5 stars.

Barry came out really quickly to carry out a service on my combi boiler. Really friendly and thoroughly professional. Would definitely recommend him if you need any plumbing or heating work done.
First class service from Barry couldn't fault his work at all from the help and advice choosing the right product for our requirements, helping us choose the decorative fittings, to the installation which due to us redecorating had to be done in two parts.
