From the very first conversation to the final installation, my experience with Wise Green has been nothing short of exceptional. My initial point of contact was Elton, who took the time to clearly explain the benefits of solar energy and walked me through his recommendations in a way that was easy to understand. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and what I really appreciated was that there was absolutely no pressure — just genuine, helpful expertise. From that point on, every single interaction I had with the team was outstanding. The project manager (Andrew), scaffolders, the surveyors who carried out the property assessment, the engineers who fitted the panels, and the electricians — every one of them was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. The office staff were equally brilliant; always friendly, well-informed, and on hand to help. I had been considering making the switch to solar for a couple of years, and I'm so glad I finally made the decision. I'm already seeing the benefits!. I do have one confession though — I've become completely obsessed with the app! Tracking the energy generation has become something of a daily highlight, which I suspect says it all really. It's rare to find a company where every touchpoint, from first enquiry through to completed installation, is consistently excellent — but Wise Green absolutely delivers on that. Fabulous company! We were recommended Wise Green by some friends, and we weren’t disappointed. From the first consultation with Elton, explaining our options and how everything works with our energy supplier etc. the different guys popping round to check the layout, scaffolders, the guys who installed the battery, George, Daniel and John who actually fitted the panels, and project manager Alex…everyone was so professional, courteous and friendly. They didn’t leave any mess and we didn’t feel we had any disruption at all. It’s great being able to see how much electricity we are making and exporting. Would definitely recommend this company!

I can highly recommend Wise Green Energy. I'd been looking to install solar panels for sometime, and after receiving several quotes and being let down by another company I decided to go local. I wasn't disappointed. I had solar panels, and a battery fitted. They were excellent, very knowledgeable and put the customer at the heart of what they do. I had no worries at all and was left feeling reassured that I had made the right decision. The after care support was perfect too. The price was fair, and yes you can buy cheaper, but I felt the small difference was more than worth it. Too many people to thank, but as a team I can't fault them.

An acquaintance had mentioned that they had used Wise Green Energy for their solar installation and was very pleased with the service they had.  As they were a local company we made an appointment for someone to visit and advise us on Solar Energy and how much a system would cost.  We were impressed at how professional Elton was, and as the quotation provided for a system of 12 panels, inverter and battery storage was within our budget, we didn’t bother to get quotes from anybody else.  All of the team, surveyors, scaffolders, installers, electricians were polite, approachable  and professional from start to finish. All of the equipment has been installed very neatly and rubbish removed. There were no hiccups, no delays and no hidden extra costs, but the best of all is that after installation they are still there to support us.

I purchased nine solar panels and a battery inverter system from Wise Green Energy in early March, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. From start to finish, the team was extremely professional. We had our solar panels fitted this week. Firstly the process went smoothly, everything was planned by the company and there was no stress on our behalf. The scaffolding company were professional, made sure the scaffolding was up before the solar panel installation date. The solar panels were delivered and secured safely without any damage to the property. Then the solar panels were installed, again the men doing this were very professional and helpful. The panels look great, I’m really happy with how they look. Lastly, the electricians did a great job, and made sure the battery was put in a suitable place. In all a great experience, and when needed the electricians have kept in contact for help!

We recently called on Wise Green Energy to assist us with a defective Growatt Voltage Optimiser and a Solis Solar Power Inverter that had packed up. This company responded quickly and efficiently, sending extremely competent and very helpful engineers. Also dealing with Sarah and Simon by telephone and email was such a breeze, with swift, helpful and fair responses. Wise Green Energy seems to be a well run, small, family business, which is quite local to us. The Solar power industry is riddled with scammers and cowboys, ripping people off with excessive charges and shoddy workmanship. I am therefore grateful that our two technical problems were quickly and effectively sorted out by this company. Thank you to Simon, Sarah and the two excellent ‘sparkys’ Brad and Jack.

This was an upgrade to a previously installed system (by WiseGreen), extra panels & battery added to existing hybrid inverter system. All good! Contractors used were all friendly, on time, polite & helpful. Staff from WiseGreen also helpful & polite and on time. No problems

Wisegreen has been an excellent company to deal with, timely and efficient. Everyone involved from the office, the assessor to the installers have all been really pleasant and helpful. We now have 12 solar panels producing electricity even during the short winter days.

Having had solar panels fitted in 2018, it seemed wise to add a battery to make the most of the electricity generated by our 14 solar panels on a south facing roof. At the height of summer it can be as much as 30kwh. Having no storage battery much of this was exported at a low FIT rate, Initially we contacted a supplier recommended by our county council to undertake the work. We found its communication poor and after asking for a photograph of our consumer unit, it suggested we needed a new consumer unit before work commenced without making a site visit. Having recently had a new unit fitted by a NICEIC electrician, we were not going to agree to that. We then did what we should have done at first. We consulted WHICH and found its supplier for our area, Wisegreen Energy based in Wymondham. A visit swiftly followed and we assured that we did not need a new unit and the work was undertaken promptly and with care. Not only was the result excellent, the firm has helped us subsequently, firstly by constructing a schematic diagram of the system, which should have been provided the solar panel installer eight year's ago and more recently with the completion of the new FIT form required by Octopus. This is beyond what many contractors would do. We would recommend this firm unreservedly. Rarely have we had work to such a high standard and with excellent post installation support.

I have to say, I can thoroughly recommend wise green energy from the first contact until completion. They were just a joy to work with and now we have a fully functioning solar battery and gateway system so no more power cuts.

Wise Green Energy recently fitted PV panels and battery storage to our property, and I have been very impressed from start to finish. The whole installation would have been completed in under 3 days, albeit for a change of supplier equipment which meant a part was missing but this was sourced and carried out the next working day. All the guys, including the scaffolders were brilliant, friendly and courteous. The system is up and running and even given we are in the depths of winter currently saving about a third on energy costs, but this will be more once I change to a more suitable tariff. All in all, highly recommend, great bunch of people.

Wise Green were recommended to us by a family member. After a great visit and assessment by Simon we went ahead without getting other quotes. We’ve had solar panels, a large battery and an air-source heat pump fitted by Wise Green and Climatec. All the work done was highly professional. All the specialists (roofers, panel fitters, electricians, plumbers) were very approachable and always had time to explain what they were doing. We are just now up and running with solar and air-source - doing our bit for the environment! Thanks to all.

Together with a friend living nearby, we spoke to our respective neighbours, family and friends with solar panels already fitted to their homes in order to gain a greater understanding of what the benefits and risks could be. We compared the products and follow-up services offered by several companies before we both made the decision to choose Wise Green Energy. The installation of our 10 panel system with batteries took place exactly as planned. The team who fitted the system were professional and courteous in every respect and we have been extremely impressed with the quality of their work. One neighbour's experience who had used a different installer was markedly different and visually, it shows. Subsequently, no problems or issues have emerged with our system, it is reliable, stable and performing well. The App is easy to use and allows you to simply monitor performance or study it in more detail. Coupled with moving to Octopus as our energy supplier we are delighted with the significant reduction in our energy bill.

On this occasion the work undertaken was the installation of an Air-to-Air heat pump and two emitters for our Conservatory and bedroom. We invested in solar panels last year after receiving several quotes for about 5 or so companies and lots of research given that we were spending a large chunk of our savings. Simon personally came to visit us on a couple of occasions, Alex was our project manager and as a whole the local company Wise Green Energy were fantastic, very professional. They were let down with scaffolding sub contractors but worked hard to rectify the situation and we had our solar installed and commissioned in a timely fashion. We would absolutely recommend this wonderful business and will certainly use them ourselves in the future.

We chose WGE to supply our renewable energy system, for a number of reasons, they are a family run business and we felt very comfortable with their knowledge levels and expertise in the renewables field. We did a fair amount of research and obtained other quotes before deciding to move ahead with WGE and we are very happy with our decision. The process from first meeting to quote to survey and then installation was seamless and a good experience. Informative staff, helpful design option and a competitive price. We decided to add a battery and A2A unit which we are delighted with for heating/cooling the open plan areas of the property. Once installed we moved to Octopus and they export to the grid at peak times so we get a high export credit and the batteries are then topped up overnight on a low rate so we are saving ££’s on our electricity bills. We would have no hesitation in recommending WGE, we are delighted with system.

Very straight forward process with Wise Green Energy - after paying my deposit, surveys were carried out, equipment was then ordered. I was kept up to date with timings - which didn't slip. The scaffolders arrived when expected, talked me through what they were going to do - I asked if they could ensure that a car could be parked in the car port, which they did. The roofers - two outstanding guys who went the extra mile. Did a superb job - everything left clean and tidy. Then when the electricians arrived - again went the extra mile - overall all of the guys delivering the installation were friendly and caring, would highly recommend. Installation was done quickly, with all rubbish taken away.

Wise green energy fitted solar panels at our property in March. The installation went very smoothly. The W.G.E. team really seem to know these stuff. The weather was sunny during the spring and it was fascinating seeing how much energy our panels were producing. We opted not to have an expensive battery for storage but to feed our excess power into the grid. Unfortunately we didn't receive the important after installation certification for almost a month, which meant we were not able to complete the necessary registration with our utility provider. Phone messages and emails were not answered during that time. I later learnt that a crucial staff member was on holiday. I would have given 5 ⭐ but my experience after the installation worries me that the company's after sales service may not be as good as their installation service. I have been assured that this will never happen again.

The service Wise Green have provided has been excellent and we are surprised at how much electricity we are producing. It is good to know we doing our bit for the planet

We were visited by Simon of Wisegreen Energy in November of 2023. As the MD he was keen to get out to see the customers personally to find out what motivated them to invest in greener alternatives. Ultimately, monetary savings was essential to help justify it, but we also felt we had the capacity to invest in more sustainable options. He explained the potential savings in our investment as thoroughly as he could and spent most of the afternoon with us. Following that meeting, Grant was our point of contact as Project Manager throughout to commissioning in early January. The work was professionally completed and all the relevant paperwork was sent to us for peace of mind. In our first year, our array of 20 panels and our storage battery has seen us make significant savings. Simon was really helpful in looking at different tariffs with electricity suppliers and advised us on how to set up our system, to get the best out of it. In February 2025 we had a minor technical issue arise with our Solis inverter. Wisegreen were out to us within 24 hours of calling them to help us resolve the issue. It is fair to say there may be cheaper alternatives out there, however, you get what you pay for. Simon and the team have been brilliant from the start.

We have recently had solar panels fitted by Wise Green Energy and would recommend to anyone who is thinking of having solar panels. Access to our back garden is through the house (mid terrace), not an issue! Scaffolders, roofers , installers all through the house with consideration from these wonderful tradesmen. They were all courteous, aware of their surroundings, tidy, absolutely no issues. Electricians also great, clean, happy to work around our quirky house, all very mindful. Solar panels for me was an absolute minefield but this company makes it easy to understand what will benefit you! They come out to your property and measure up, they do the hard work. Price was also fair, admittedly not the most exciting thing to spend your money on but I now find myself looking at other peoples and can’t help but think how sleek mine look!! Great overall service from start to finish, in both information and practical senses, Wisegreen were the only company contacted that were prepared to actually visit my home. 6 or 7 others just used Google Maps to look at my property, and then tried to tell me what they could sell me. Simon spent time explaining the pro's and con's of different configurations, and together worked out what would be the best solution to my needs. I bought what I wanted, not what he could sell me. For my personal situation, I didn't need battery storage, and although I can add later on if my circumstances change, Wisegreen was the only company that didn't try to sell me one straight off. Once chosen, the installation was handled by a project manager (Grant), and everything went smoothly. All the tradespeople used were polite, affable, clean and tidy. I would gladly recommend this company, and neighbours have already asked me for the company's details.

I decided to install solar panels on my roof and got three quotations, including one from Wise Green Energy. Even though Wise Green Energy was not the cheapest, I chose them due to the quality of the kit and workmanship. I have a friend who had used them and he gave me excellent feedback. A very good company who explain everything about the product and leave you then to decide what to do. We had a large battery fitted and we are pleased with how little we are paying for our electricity. Approx 55p a day. Can't be bad.

We had wise green energy latent heat water heating system installed in 2016 in our home & had a new digital display screen & a full service in March 2023. On both occasions the engineers were knowledgable & efficient & we can highly recommend this product & company.

The service we received from everyone at WiseGreen Energy from buying to installing our solar panels and battery was exemplary. Everything was fully explained and we were kept up to date with when the scaffolders, roofers and electricians would visit. So far, everything is working exactly as it should do. We had Wise Green Energy fit our solar PV system, just last week. (Finished on Fri 9th Feb). From our original contact by phone, to Simon Palmers' initial feasability visit, Nick Arnolds' technical survey, the scaffolders, Dan and Charlie fitting the panels, Jack and Bradley doing the electrical stuff, and Alex managing and giving us advice, it was a very pleasing experience. Engineers were friendly and efficient. Since the vortex has been installed, we have not had to bleed the radiators at all.

Like many homeowners the cost of energy was becoming a real concern so the time had come to take back control and take some positive action in reducing energy costs ! When doing our research we came across quite a few local companies and did our due diligence, back ground checks and arranged some quotes. From these subsequent visits one company stood out from the rest ! Wise Green Energy. Simon couldn’t have been more helpful. I'm no tech expert but he fully explained how the technology works, and helped us select the right system for our property and budget. No big sales push, just friendly advice and support which is what we needed above all else. Not going to lie, their quote was not the cheapest, however when you consider the investment, we needed to be sure that there was good aftercare support just in case we needed some help if something went wrong. No point spending this kind of money if the company that installed it won’t take calls or address and technical issues. We met a few companies and were not confident they could offer the same level of aftercare that was assured from Wise Green Energy, and that was really important to us. The good news is that the installers were great, super-fast and friendly and took time to explain things to us before leaving, ensuring we were happy with how things worked etc. Luckily we've not had any issues since installation so no need to call Wise Green Energy back, however we've received further calls from them just to "check in" to make sure we are still happy months after the cheque has cleared, which is really great customer care ! In conclusion. You get what you pay for ! Yes there are cheaper options out there, but for us, Wise Green Energy was the standout company and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.

I have used Wise Green Energy twice. First to install Solar PV + battery storage and later to extend the battery capacity and upgrade the converter. The installation teams in both cases were highly professional, skilled and completed the work in time and with great attention to detail. To-date there have been no problems with any components. There were a few issues with supply, caused by a number of factors mostly outside WSE’s control, and, at the time the admin team were less proactive than I would have liked (they have since recruited new staff who I must say have been excellent). If you live in the Norwich area, I would suggest giving WSE a call for a quote.

Used them to install an inverter and battery system last year and another battery this year. Very happy with them professional and helpful would use them again.

I have a heat source pump in my main room and find it’s great if I just want to use that room, with wall/ roof insulation the warm air transfers throughout the whole property

We were investing in Solar PV together with a battery and immersion diverter. The whole end to end process with Wise Green Energy was great. Jon didn't "sell" us a system, he "helped us to buy" a system. He carefully assessed our needs and then came up with a proposal that not only had the capacity but used quality products with flexible load management that was within our budget. The documentation provided was brilliant, so we knew exactly what we were getting with a transparent cost benefit analysis. Then over to Andrew the very professional project manager who dealt with queries and kept us well informed. In our area, Cornwall and Devon, Wise use local specialist installers, for us it was Neutral Energy Solutions, for whom I shall be giving a separate glowing review. Thanks guys. From our initial enquiry, through to final installation the service was superb. We met with Elton to discuss our system requirements and he answered all of our questions, showing great knowledge and understanding of the technology. We gave the go ahead for a 20 panel system with 9.5kw battery and installation was quoted as 4 - 5 weeks. this actually turned out to be 3 - 4 weeks, with the scaffolding being erected 1 day before the installation. On the day of the install, the team turned up on time and started work straight away. They completed the install in 2 days and were very friendly and professional throughout the process. The system is working very well and the after sales service has been excellent for the couple of questions that I have needed to ask. We would highly recommend Wise Green Energy to anyone seeking a new Solar Panel installation!

Avoid! They will respond to your enquiry quickly and even do a home visit. You’ll think this is a good company to work with. Then they ask for a huge amount of detail, copies of bills etc. and you will never hear from them again. Very disappointing. Very glad I redacted sensitive information from the paperwork they asked me to share with them.

Had a survey carried out was told I would recieve a report/quote and document of materials which wise green energy use but didn't recieve anything wasted my time.

From the first phone call we were pleased how they conducted themselves, we found the company very polite and helpful. We had 3 batteries fitted so we could store extra energy from the solar panels if anybody is considering any of the products they sell I'm sure you will find them very helpful.

I have recently had a thermodynamic water heating system fitted. This is working extremely well and delivers enough hot water without us having to use the back up system. The installation was very neatly and efficiently done. I am very pleased with it. The reason for only 4 stars is that there was a lapse in communication over arrival times. This is a very good company and they are expanding to meet increasing demand so these difficulties will soon be ironed out I’m sure.

We purchased a PV system from Wise Green in 2014, which needed a component replaced in 2022. One of my criteria when judging a company is what do they do when things go wrong. There were some installation issues (incorrect wiring, dent in the bathroom ceiling, failures in communication) but these were dealt with to my complete satisfaction and I have no hesitation in recommending Wise Green. We had solar panels, back up, battery, air source heat pump and a hot water system all fitted by Wise Green a year ago. We couldn't be more happy. From the initial consultation, right through to aftercare, they have been first class. We definitely would recommend!

Really disappointed. We had a meeting set up for Friday 30th Sept, and you didn’t turn up. I cancelled a work shift to be available myself too. We waited 8wks for you to be available, and called several times to organise a meeting. You getting back to us took absolutely ages too. We kept the meeting scheduled despite being warned of no shows by three other contacts and seeing local online forums mention the same thing. Seems it’s a real problem. We had funds in place, and have just pressed go with another local company (Square1 installations). Covid, recession etc have affected a lot of companies but it is basic politeness to let potential customers know if you aren’t going to turn up for a prescheduled meeting.

We had a visit arranged to discuss the installation of solar panels by this company which was cancelled at the last minute. We were promised priority for arrangement of another visit but 2 1/2 weeks later have heard nothing further from them.

Efficient and friendly throughout - solar assisted heat pump works very well, providing plenty of hot water.

Sadly no option for zero stars. I contacted Wise Green for a quotation for a solar pv system. On the survey day, the surveyor called to say he was stuck in traffic and could I suggest an alternative route?? (and this is a local company) Gave him what I thought would be a good alternative to his satnav. Also told him that some satnav systems go to the wrong location and where we are. When he arrived he had parked some distance away and walked?? Completed the survey and promised the quote the next week. Then: "Oh, could I ask for a lift to my car? I left it at a pub down the road" Never got the quotation, even after follow-up email requests. Best avoid.

Once we had made the decision to invest in 'green' energy, we contacted a number of companies to advuise us on the way forward with quotes. The best by far was WiseGreenEnergy, very friendly and approachable; no pressure selling, engaged to understand our percieved needs, advised without any prejudice on type of energy to prioritise within our budget and family circumstance and left us with as much info as we wanted (not left drowning in brouchures and technical jargon) and an open line to the rep and the owner if we required further assistance. they weere the only company out of six we engaged with that ticked all the boxes, whats more their aftersales support (im not the most technically minded and somewhat forgetful) has been excellent. couldn't recommend them enough.

We recently had a solar assisted heat pump (SAHP) fitted by Wise Green Energy, to heat our hot water. The aim was to reduce our energy bills, and our carbon footprint, by replacing the use of our oil fired boiler for this purpose. We also took the opportunity to have a pressurised hot water tank fitted to increase the hot water pressure. I am pleased to say that the transition from oil to air source water heating has been seamless and we are delighted with the end result. All the staff that we have had contact with, from initial consultation right through to completed installation, have been courteous, professional and efficient. Many thanks to all at Wise Green Energy for a great job! We look forward to you installing our solar PV and battery system over the next few weeks, so that we can further reduce our energy costs and our reliance on fossil fuels.

We have a Solar Storage Battery bank fit a few months ago, and we couldn't be happier with the decision. The Wise Green staff are fantastic at every step. You can really tell they have been at this a while, and are in it for the long run. Super helpful and understanding. From order to Install everything went so smoothly!

I contacted wise green energy as they were local to me. The gentleman on the phone was professional and friendly. They arranged a quotation survey, the gentleman that came round was there for a couple of hours trying every salesman technique under the sun 🌞. This went on for a very long time, conversing in small talk and irrelevant and slightly odd questions. They proceeded to provide a quotation saying "the price is the price" although when probing the gentleman as to the exact products they had quoted for he was unable to give me any details. As I asked on the day how can you give a customer a direct comprehensive quote if you do not know which products you are quoting. He then said he will send the quote over that night, and a couple of months later still no quote. So make sure you do your research, and understand the products before you agree to anything, aswell as obtaining quotes from other company's. The experience was very questionable as to the legitimacy of this company, do you're own due diligence .

Booked a visit/quote. We had to reschedule once due to family illness. Elise? called my husband to confirm the day before the visit. (We had already received two calls checking from a gentleman) He told her he was in a meeting and can she call me ‘the wife’ who is dealing with it all. My husband said she was pushy and kept on, which really put him off, she asked if he would be in the quote meeting and he said he would be working, my husband rather embarrassed at keeping his work colleagues waiting said he really couldn’t continue with the conversation and reiterated that she call me with any questions. I didn’t receive a call. I waited in for the visit today and they didn’t turn up. I called to check and the gentleman I spoke to said the visit was cancelled because my Husband wouldn’t be at the quote meeting. They didn’t inform us of the cancellation. When I originally booked the visit the gentleman I spoke to said my husband didn’t need to be there to listen to everything but he needed to be in the building, which he is, working from home, and to pop in when needed. The gentleman today said he needs to be there to listen to the important parts of the conversation such as the quote. Jeez do they think women aren’t bright enough to take in the information, show it to their partner and make a decision?! It must be for the hard sell, try and tie you in there and then, which was never going to happen. Anyway decision made, we will be buying our solar panels from another company who quoted us last week, no hard sell, efficient and reliable.

We had been thinking of trying to make our energy consumption greener for many years. This summer, during lockdown, we were spurred into action by having a friendly meeting on the doorstep with a member of your team (Matt). This initial contact led to a site visit by your marketing manager, Elton, who talked us through the most suitable options for our property. We were impressed by his knowledge and expertise of green energy solutions whilst not feeling pressurised into buying a product. The extra time that Elton was willing to take helped us to come to a decision that we were happy with. The next stage in the process was equally smooth with a survey promptly being carried out by Grant. He confirmed that we would be able to have the planned solar PV panels and battery storage installed. By the end of the summer the scaffolding was erected and the panels in place. The whole installation process was swift and non-intrusive. Dave, the installer, ensured that everything was functioning correctly, and we have been enjoying the benefits ever since. Eighteen months on we have already seen our electricity bill more than half and look forward to even greater savings when the price of electricity goes up! We have already encouraged one member of our family to place an order and will definitely be recommending your products to others. Wise Green installed two air to air heat pumps in our draft barn a year ago. After a cold winter last year and another this year we have found them an excellent source of heating, well priced at initial outlay and quite economic to run. Wise green were courteous and informative at every stage of the proceedings, and the installers were skilled and efficient finishing the job in two days. Thank you!

We were approached by Wise Green Energy in an unsolicited call and unusually, we decided to respond. A date for James to explain the theory behind Thermo Dynamics was set and he explained the principles well. We were especially interested in the renewable content and with the likelihood of electricity costs savings went ahead with our order. We felt it was a good addition to our air source heat pump. The installation date was set, altered due to unforeseen circumstances and the door sized unit was fixed outside on a wall out of sight, with the relevant pipes and wires connected to the very quiet heat exchanger, in our airing cupboard. The engineers were efficient, polite and it was all over in half a day. The hot water was up to temperature within 6 hours. So far, we have recommended Wise Energy to others, but in preparation of proof of cost savings, we made sure we were on the best electricity rate possible, e so we have a before and after view and then will feel even happier to recommend others.

Excellent Advice and Service Wise Green installed solar panels on our roof. We were so impressed with the panels, their performance, and Wise Green's service and customer care, that we have now gone back to them to have a battery bank installed. Update: Batteries now installed with the same speed, efficiency, courtesy and sound advice.

We were interested in installing some kind of green heating or electrical power source in our detached house. Green Energy were recommended to us by a family member. Simon was very helpful in discussing the options with us, and we decided against a solar panel due to the aspect of our roof and the unlikelihood of the installation paying back it's upfront costs in the time we expected to live in our house. Instead we opted for a solar assisted heat pump which would provide us with hot water, for which we currently use our existing gas boiler. A key attraction of this system is that for a nominal charge it can be moved to a different property; giving us the option of taking it with us when we move house. Simon also recommended that we upgrade our hot water cylinder which was too small to use the system efficiently. The original installation did not go ahead to due to an issue with the new hot water cylinder (which was being supplied by another company), but after a few days delay the installation team turned up. They were friendly and professional, and set about installing the system; quite a difficult job given that the new cylinder only just fitted into the cupboard, and the constraints of COVID-19. We did have an issue with water pressure the next day, which apparently is not uncommon. The installers came back and fixed this within a couple of days and since then it has run smoothly. We now have a space age black panel situated on the side of our house, and a pump hidden away in the loft. It's very satisfying to turn on the hot water tap and know the water is being heated (almost) for free. Its still too early to tell what the precise benefits of the system will be, however I expect in the summer when we are only using gas for cooking we will see a significant reduction in our utility costs. The only downside is that we have had to relocate our towels, as we were using the additional space above the original cylinder as an airing cupboard!

Could not fault the professionalism of this company; efficient, helpful with an easy to sell product that helps the environment. Delighted with our air source heat pump, especially as we are now working from home, as the house is always warm and toasty.

I don't give five star reviews lightly but the air source solar assisted domestic hot water system installed by Wise Green Energy just over six months ago gets the full five. In all honesty it just works. I get loads of hot water and to be fair it takes longer than an immersion heater to heat up a full tank, but that only becomes an issue when the whole family needs a shower at exactly the same time. The main benefit has been the dramatic drop in energy costs. My electricity bill has gone from £230 to £56 per month, an enormous £174 saving and much higher than estimated. Your mileage may vary but we do use a lot of hot water every day. There were efficient installers who left my property perfectly clean and tidy, with full honest information from Wise Green. I'm very happy with £174/m savings, if it keeps saving me at this rate it will have paid for itself in less than five years and could be even less than four. It also feels good to be helping the environment now we are using a whole lot less non-renewable energy. Recommended with a true full five out of five stars.

We were attracted by the simplicity of converting the freely available air to a hot gas, day and night. We are able to enjoy hot showers at 8am with enough hot water during the day for any other uses. We are very pleased with our decision to go ahead with the conversion. We were very impressed with the quality of the work done, the obvious skill, dedication of time and considerate manner of the mature fitter.

We recently had a presentation from a sales representative from this company and were most impressed by their courtesy, professionalism and expertise in this area. As other reviews have mentioned they requested we were both present for the initial meeting and this seemed quite reasonable to us as they were travelling over an hour to get here and the presentation was quite detailed. Their enthusiasm and commitment to renewable energy was obvious. Unfortunately we are not able to take this further at the moment as we have other financial priorities but if/when we are in a position to proceed we would have no hesitation in going back to Wisegreenenergy.

Had our solar assisted heat pump fitted 12 months ago. The fitting was straight forward. It has been worthwhile as we are now seeing savings on our energy bills. The unit uses a small amount of electricity while it is operating but there is always a good supply of hot water for our needs. The only caution is to be careful where the unit is fitted. Ours is in the first floor airing cupboard and the hum from the unit while it is operating takes some getting used to. Nevertheless, we are very pleased with the heat pump and cannot fault the friendly efficient service from Wise Green Energy.

I had an appointment at 3 today to meet with a rep from Wise Green Energy to talk about their energy generating products but he hasn't shown up, despite 3 phone calls in the last 24 hours arranging/confirming the appointment. The Co insisted my husband should also be at the meeting - do they think women can't make decisions? And when I mentioned that I preferred to limit the meeting to an hour rather than the hour & a half they had in mind, they started arguing with me! Customer responsiveness nil. Not very wise after all; more like unreliable and old fashioned.

We are overjoyed with the heat pump system. We have had a lot of use from it. - hot air in the winter and best of all the air conditioning in the summer, and all for very little cost.

Wise Green Energy claimed their technology could reduce our heating bills and be greener at the same time! It immediately sparked an interest with me as I had worked as an engineer in refrigeration with a good knowledge of how reversing the principle can produce incredibly efficient heat. We subsequently had a very friendly and informative visit to discuss the principles of the technology further and to assess the feasibility of using the technology in our property, for me it felt like a 'no brainer' to progress things further. Next we had a technical survey visit, to check on complete suitability and advise us on the best positioning of the unit, we found a suitable place for our needs and could then look forward to getting our new system installed! On a date and time agreed, we had two very pleasant engineers arrive and in no time at all the system was up and running providing us with the 'GREEN' warmth we were initially promised, very satisfying indeed! We were provided a thorough tuition on the operation of the system before the two engineers left. Every thing was finished within a day , all spotlessly clean and a very professionally efficient process from start to finish. The results proceeding the installation of our new system have been fantastic and we can truly say it lives up to all expectations with no alterations to our life style. We are more than happy with our purchase and the advise we received from Wise Green Energy and would be keen to encourage others to talk to them to look at a greener, cheaper alternative way of producing energy. Admittedly It can feel like taking a bit of a leap of faith, but some leaps are worth taking and can pay off, ours certainly has. As a result of two long and detailed discussions with Simon we decided to install solar panels and a hot water heater. The work was carried out most efficiently and we have been up and running now for several weeks. All the workers, from the scaffolders to the installers , arrived on time and completed the work carefully. We were shown how to monitor the performance of the solar panels even when away from home via the phone app. We are about to invest in a second battery in order to maximise our energy saving. We regard this as a first step in a serious attempt to reduce our carbon footprint and thus a long term investment in our grandchildren's future. It is a small but significant contribution to the fight against climate change. Well done Wise Green Energy.

I cannot thank wise green energy enough for their professionalism and care over the installation of our solar panels, batteries and air source heating system. They are professional, caring and passionate about alternative energy sources as well as being able to explain how these work in a way I can understand! Our bills have gone down as well as us receiving the feed in tariff from our solar panels. Having recently had the air source heating system installed, I am waiting to see how much more our bills have gone down. We no longer put our radiators on when it gets chilly and have noticed that the quality of the air in our house is much improved. It never feels stuffy! Great company to deal with! We were suffering from ridiculously high energy bills without having ever got to the bottom of why we pay over three times the amount our next door neighbours pay for a similar house, from the same supplier. We were therefore interested to hear about a greener energy source that could help bring our bills down and when we had the explanation of how air source heat pumps work and how efficient they are, effectively providing nearly four kw of heat by using just one, we were sold. All the staff from Wisegreenenergy were polite and helpful, and the two workmen who installed our three heat pumps were very friendly, efficient and hard-working. We also decided to go the whole hog and replace our immersion heater with a solar-assisted thermodynamic water heater, which is fantastic. There is a solar panel outside the house (which doesn’t need sunshine to work) and we have a huge tank of hot water constantly available. We haven’t need to use the booster at all and I feel really happy that we have the most efficient water heater available. Again, installing this was done very efficiently by the same two workmen. We are looking forward to seeing the benefit in lower bills (and a warmer house!) from now on, but even better, the Manager who explained the systems to us is helping us to contact UK Power Networks. He believes we may be the victims of an error within the cabling systems and are possibly paying for someone else’s electricity as well as our own. So a huge thank you for providing us with brilliant heating but also for going the extra mile and helping to correct a situation that our supplier, British Gas, has no interest in examining.

There is just two in the house normally but last weekend there were five adults all having showers and we never ran out of hot water the whole weekend, which we were all very impressed with...think you might shortly have a new customer! Something else that impressed me was I had a hot shower a couple of hours after your installers had left, and it was hotter than our condensing boiler had ever got the water before! We had our thermodynamic hot water panel fitted by Wise Green Energy approximately 3 years ago now and have been asked to provide some feedback, which we are happy to do. Before our new system was installed we had solar tubes which only worked efficiently in the summer and we would often have to remember to turn on the immersion or oil boiler for our hot water needs, which was a bit of a pain!...especially if you're having a senior moment! Not to mention the worry of the expense too. Since we have had our new panel we have never had to use either the immersion or boiler and what we like about it is that we have hot water on tap all the time and it works at night and in the winter which our previous solar tubes could never do....also helping to extend the life of our poor 20 year old boiler. From start to finish Wise Green Energy have been very polite, informative but professional and at the same time, as we feel that some companies we’ve dealt with in the past have been over friendly to compensate for their lack in professionalism...also too pushy and make promises they can’t keep. In summary the system does what it says on the tin and we are very glad with our purchase, the service we have had from the company, and glad we made the change from our solar tubes. We would have no hesitation recommending both the company and the product to any perspective customers and are more than happy to be contacted through the company should anyone wish to speak with us.

I made a substantial financial investment into solar energy, battery storage and air source hot water heating with Wise Green.
