Gomez Heating replaced an oil combi boiler with a heat pump for one customer, who said Miguel found a way to fit a heat battery and pipework into the old boiler space. Other customers report quick responses, clean and efficient work, and careful attention to detail. One customer said their underfloor heating problem, unresolved for three to four years, was fully sorted. Another reported that Miguel diagnosed a boiler fault, ordered a part from Germany and returned to fix it within his estimated delivery time. One customer said Gomez Heating was the best service they had experienced.
Replaced oil combi boiler with a heat pump. Miguel came up with an innovative solution to fit a heat battery for the hot water and pipework into the space previously occupied by the old boiler. Other installers would only consider a massive hot water tank which would have dominated the utility room spoilt the fitted units. Installation was neat and clean, taking about a week. We are now enjoying a warm house with plenty of hot water. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Gomez Heating for any new heating project or upgrade.
Very quick response for which we were very grateful. Job done cleanly and efficiently. Nice to deal with and would recommend and use again.
Gomez Plumbing fitted a new hot water tank for me and some other bits. Very professional heating engineer with attention to detail, lovely job with great communication.Highly recommended.
I had a great experience with Gomez Plumbing. The owner was very thorough, paid close attention to detail, and came up with some really good ideas for the work. Everything was done efficiently and to a high standard. Strongly recommended.
High quality workmanship, reasonable pricing. Good aftersales service
Knowledgable and professional… Miguel is great. Careful to execute a great finish… highly recommended
Without a doubt the best service ever experienced. If you want an experienced engineer that will investigate and diagnose your heating system this it the company to contact. We have a UFH system that has been giving us problems for the last 3 - 4 years, others have tried and failed and given up, but not this company. All resolved perfectly.
Quick response, excellent and thorough work, reasonably priced. Thank you very much.
Excellent service. Has saved me a couple of times now!
Fantastic service and delivery. I was very impressed with the work carried out. The work was professional and so was the plumber. I will definitely be coming back in future! Thank you!
After being let down by Viessman UK who failed to respond to a repair booking I searched for a local heating engineer who repaired Viessman boilers and found Gomez Heating. Miguel turned up at the appointment time, diagnosed the problem but needed a spare part that had to come from Germany. He ordered up the necessary parts and returned to fix the boiler within his estimated time for the parts delivery. No payments were requested until the job was completed and the boiler up and running. A proper invoice was forwarded by email for payment. Overall a very professional business and I would not hesitate to recommend his services. I shall certainly be booking him for my next boiler service.
We needed a new thermostat installed and naturally turned to the services of Miguel at Gomez Plumbing and Heating. Very happy with the new thermostat (a smart one by Tado) which he installed quickly and efficiently. Miguel even took the time to make sure I used the app properly and understood all the functions. Always very happy with the service and recommend him to everyone
Miguel, I would like to thank you for your professionalism and expert service. As my boiler originated with the house(1990) never serviced and never changed, I really needed a combi Boiler fitted. Who better to ask than Gomez Plumbing and Heating! with Miguel you cannot go wrong, he is literally he perfect choice hard working, expert in heating systems, reliable, punctual with perfect communication skills. I was updated of the progress throughout the job, he was also very considerate of us having 2 young kids, with the little one having his nap time middle of the day he kept the noise to a minimum. Couldn't be more happy and confident with the outcome, love the new boiler.
