The pro connect team have done work at our house on several occasions and never fail to deliver. Knowledgeable, professional and always to the highest standard. They always give great advice and I will be using them on all other future projects.

First class service. Needed an EV charger installing but had issues with the location of the charger and the consumer unit. No problem at all for Pro-Connect. They provided solutions and we now have what we need. Great company.

I cannot commend Pro-Connect enough. I first contacted them 3 years ago on recommendation after I was contacted by the company I thought (wrongly) had originally installed my solar system some 10 years earlier. They visited, tested my system on the dullest of winter days and told me that my inverter had degraded so much that it needed replacing. They suggested at this time that a battery would be a good idea and costed the job with a time limit to secure the price. I knew my system was generating power and suspected I was being scammed. I contacted Pro-Connect and Jamie came and tested the system, again on a cloudy day. There was nothing wrong with my inverter and appreciating his honesty discussed a battery option with him. Without any pressure and based on our discussion I engaged him some weeks later to install a battery. This meant changing the inverter but approaching retirement and with the age of my current inverter decided to go ahead. Jamie suggested relocating the inverter to the garage from the loft as where it was presented a fire hazard. Great idea. Brilliant job. Wiring so tidy and fully labelled. Very tidy and polite worker and could not even see where Jamie had lifted slabs between the house and garage to run cables, the cabling into the meter box was so well done that even the technician who later installed my smart meter commented on it. Once done the house was totally self sufficient running totally on the panels and battery except for the dullest of days but still getting some savings. So impressed with the honesty and quality of their work I engaged Jamie and his team a year later to change my old style fuse board to a modern consumer in the most limited of space. Previous companies had told me that this could not be done and I would have to have a box hanging on the wall. Being verticall challenged in height this was not an option but again Jamie rose to the challenge with total success. Lovely job, again very tidy wiring and everything beautifully labelled. I continued to use Jamie and his team for all sorts of other jobs from tv aerials, electrical jobs in the garden, netting my solar panels and the most valuable of all to me was his suggestion that I changed the timer on my immersion heater that I couldn't programme to one I could control over Wi-Fi from my phone. A year later I noticed that the outputs from my solar had degraded and called Jamie back to identify the issue. My panels which by then were 14 years old had started to degraded so I engaged Jamie and his team to replace 10 old panels with 6 modern ones. Another brilliant job and excellent communication from the scaffolding going up to coming down and as per the norm no mess and old panels disposed of. I'm thrilled to bits with the result as even in winter my electricity bill is halved and from February on have been self sufficient from the panels and a 5 kw battery generating so much power that by midday the battery is full and I'm exporting to the grid while still running from the battery overnight. The system starts to generate from the first sign of daylight right through to total darkness. No surprise that Jamie has now been tasked with the electrical work for a new kitchen to be installed in June. I would never again use another company, even if I had to wait as the quality of their work is second to none, is a real company you can contact and speak to and not one of the invisible web based 5* review companies operating from the middle of a field that come and go leaving you with no access to help or warranties. They are real experts on solar and are always there to help with anything.
