Wow, what an outstanding service Hector has given!! What a lovely, genuine man he is, he’s very knowledgeable and definitely knows his stuff when it comes to air source heat pumps. He has helped me tremendously out of the goodness of his heart, I’m so grateful! In a world where I knew nothing about these pieces of technology, he made sure I understood how it works and how to manage it. Would highly recommend!! ☺️☺️

The installation of our air source heat pump was carried out with incredible professionalism, care, and attention to detail. The engineers were knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we understood how the system works and how to get the best efficiency from it. The plumbing work was also excellent – everything was installed neatly and to a very high standard. What really stood out was their reliability and commitment to doing the job properly. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. The difference the system has made already is fantastic. Absolutly amazing service i called prometheus because we was having central heating issues. Attended exactly when they said they would. They diagnosed the issue did a tempory fix straight away this got everything back up and running which was a massive relief. They then sorted the actual problem straight away once they had chance to get the parts. less than 24 hours from the initial call everything was back 100%

Hector was brilliant, we called him to try and rectify an ongoing issue that had been misdiagnosed by several other engineers, the issue was resolved within the day, and the office and staff were able to continue working without coats on! 10/10 Service, highly recommended.

Hector did an amazing job fitting a baxi boiler in my salon. I used Hector for all my plumbing needs when I was creating my home salon. He did all my radiators.
