I have found the installation of my solar panels to have been a highly efficient process. Whilst it involves several stages (pre meetings and assessment, scaffolding up, panels up, electricians to connect, scaffolding down) these were all unintrusive. All staff involved were efficient and friendly, answering any questions as necessary. All in all, given there is a degree of intrusion and time consumption, I found this a surprisingly pleasant experience. It was a pleasure to see craftsmen at their best.

The team was professional, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer any questions. The installation was completed to a high standard and on schedule, and I’m already seeing the benefits of having solar panels installed. A lovely man knocked on my door telling me i qualified for free solar panels and battery. I was skeptical right up to the point of install. I first had loft insulation installed by a lovely man named Luke. He worked very hard to bring my loft to standard. Ventilation in my property was also done. I did have a problem with one of the fans installed but as soon I reported it, it was resolved the next day. Next was my solar panels and battery. The workers were very good. Lots of knowledge. Clean and tidy. Very good job. Once install was complete, I then got my certificates and guarantees immediately. Good job.

We have just had our Solar Panels and Battery installed alongside topping up our loft insulation (all completely free of charge under the warm homes government scheme) to improve the energy efficiency of our home and we cannot praise Intueco or the process enough. From the moment the sales reps knocked on our door, right down to receiving our documents, the whole process has been flawless. The communication through each step has been brilliant and the workmanship quality of all parts installed has been fantastic. Absolutely lovely bunch of lads that completed all of the installs with excellent knowledge which they were only to kind to share with me and my never ending questions. Anyone who is lucky enough to qualify for this scheme and are even luckier to have Intueco as there installer, go for it! Thank you again, to all of the Intueco team!!!!!!

From start to finish everything was very professional and a very well planned process. Scaffolding up day one, team to install solar panels day two, with full team with electrians and video and drone operators. Day three loft insulated, and air vent put into kitchen utility room and bathroom. Everyone was very respectful of my property and I highly recommend.

This company is FRAUDULENT. Avoid! They signed us up for insulation and when they first came out they wanted pictures of my house deeds but I refused. After surveying it they never came out even though I called numerous times. I never got through to any managers and when I asked for a confirmation email I got an email which wasn’t even grammatically correct. I think they took my details to claim money from the government and just wasted my time. If I could give 0 stars I would. See attached picture of the email they sent.

Didn’t Think I’d Be Eligible – But I Was I thought this was just for people on benefits, so I nearly ignored it. Turns out my house qualified because im on medication and because of the poor insulation and energy rating. Everything from start to finish was handled well, and the work was done to a really high standard. Genuinely impressed.

Absolutely awful experience I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal, all they have caused us is upset and more health problems, be careful make sure you look into everything with them...

I was a bit skeptical when an advisor came to my door by the name of Fahim, lovely man who helped us qualify for free insulation throuyh medical routes Was a bit skeptical at first but within a couple weeks i had my insulation done completely free Recommend to all my family who qualified

I had a new boiler fitted two days ago from intuECO and I cannot praise them enough the service was second to none. The engineer Peter that came to fit it was experienced very hard working and friendly too, I know that doesn't need to be part of the service but its nice all the same. He explained the way the heating worked in plain language. In the time he was here he took a very small break for lunch then he didn't stop for a minute. The boiler has made such a difference to our heating and in a cold Scotland that is very much required. The guy I dealt with over the phone Nabs was also very helpful. All in all it was a great experience to not only receive a free boiler but to have this level of service. As I said I could not praise them to highly.

Absolute jokers and fiasco - had a lovely salesman Jeremy come round to sell us cavity wall insulation via a government grant. We submit an application including a wealth of my personal medical history beginning of May. Two weeks later their surveyor comes and writes up the house and says no problem we can progress the application (I think they did commit slight fraud as I had carpet freshly laid the day before and I said I would not allow them to put ladders directly on it with no wood etc to not dent or damage the underlay/carpet and they said they could submit the application using someone else’s loft photos). By the end of July we still haven’t heard anything from this company despite calls voicemails and an email. The salesman gets back involved and says he will have a look. Fast forward to September and finally we get told processes haven’t been followed and in fact our application was with the boiler installation side and not cavity wall. We then FINALLY get an appointment now in November for the sub contractors to turn up on the day to do the job and they tell me they can’t do it because they need to stand on my neighbour’s rotten rickety shed roof and obviously can’t - when have you ever heard of a tradesperson putting ladders ontop of a wooden garden shed roof with helath and safety???? (I did raise this with intueco and they had no issues their subcontractors representing their company doing this as it was their choice as subcontractors to do so) . I complained to the company office this should never have been progressed and pilot holes drilled into my house when the surveyor first visited and the shed was in situ at that time! I have followed their processes had their people in and his response was “yeah”. Absolute waste of time and caused damage to my house with the pilot holes for no reason. Jokers I would seriously avoid

Poor service. I was visited by a door to door seller who, after I told them my full health circumstances, advised me I qualified, even though I challenged this at the time. Having heard nothing for weeks I email the company to be told I didn’t qualify and that the sales person had come back to tell me this! Avoid!

I was very much in the “to good to be true” camp when Ben knocked on my door in November.But he was very professional and explained the scheme in easy to understand language.He explained I qualified due to me taking immunosuppressant medication.Everything he promised me I got and more!.I received Upgraded Loft insulation.Extracter fans wired and fitted to Kitchen and bathroom,(The electrician even noticed I had the wrong light fitting in the bathroom and replaced it for free!).Trickle vents on all windows.Old Immersion tank and Economy 7 storage heaters ripped out and replaced with a brand new Combi boiler and a full central heating system put in.All done in about 4 working days with very little mess or re- decoration needed!.I couldn’t be happier with the service or decision I made!.Thank you.

Fantastic service. We got in touch with intuECO not really expecting we would be eligible for any works. They made the whole process so easy. Our boiler replacement was organised quickly and the guys who came to fit it couldn't do enough to help. If you unsure if you are eligible for any of the schemes intuECO can help with I would 100% recommend getting in touch with these guys

Very poor took 2 days to get hold of anybody should of turned up next day to sort my 87 year old mother who lives on her own and had no heating the day they were supposed to come apparently the van broke down then rang to rebook it 7 DAYS LATER what proffessional company leaves a 87 year old with heating problems for a week this should have been a priority but because I suppose it was still under warranty and they were making any money out of it it's not important unfortunately I can't give a minus rating

I contacted this company last February, ensuring they knew I did not receive benefits. They were adamant it didn’t matter. They were regularly in contact with me until they had visited to see what was necessary and had all my details, including copies of my bank statements. After a few weeks of hearing nothing, I contacted them again and was told they were waiting for my council to release the funding. Then nothing. Suddenly I couldn’t contact anyone and no one responded to calls or emails. I have now been informed by my MP that my council requested more information twice, but got no response, meaning I would have to start again. I am still waiting to hear from Intueco why they failed to complete the process, and have not had the courtesy to contact me. Very disappointed and completely disillusioned by this company. Had them flagged on my Bank as even felt this was possibly a scam.
