Your Energy Heroes Ltd received praise for professional service, clear communication, tidy work and good organization. One reviewer was helped through the export connection and tariff selection, and another was assisted with the Home Energy Scotland Grant and Loan scheme. No material criticism was reported.
I cannot praise John and his crew at Energy Heroes enough. They did a tremendous job. On the two days of installation in the Highlands, we were met with heavy rain and gale force gusts of wind. Notwithstanding the weather, everything was completed on time. The crew that put up the scaffolding, which were not part of Energy Heroes and had never worked with them before but had significant experience with other solar panel installations, were very impressed with his work, especially in comparison with other companies they had worked with. I have no hesitation in recommending Energy Heroes.
Excellent service for solar, battery and EV installation. Clear explanations on options were provided at the design and quotation stage. During the installation, everything was managed with precision and carried out on time. The work was carried out with care and attention. Following installation, we were assisted through the application process for export connection and tariff selection. We can highly recommend Energy Heroes for solar and EV installation.
Installation Aug 2023 Conversant with Home Energy Scotland Grant and Loan scheme and processes. Installation completed in a timely and professional manner. Installers were polite and courteous. Work space left clean and tidy. After sales support provided easily with phone query about charge cycles and more recently about reset of wi-fi following an updated to fibre optic. System all still working fine, thanks Energy Heroes. H.Y
Great service from John at Energy Heros, everything went according to plan with great communication from John to answer any questions we had.
John was extremely helpful and efficient from providing a quotation, answering queries and fitting our battery. Thoroughly recommended.
We were recommended to John from Energy Heroes by a friend. From the initial enquiry to the finished project, John was always personally involved. The initial survey and system design was completed smoothly, and was carefully explained to us. The actual installation was all arranged to suit our needs; all the contractors arrived at exactly the arranged time. The site was left clean and tidy after the installation. The whole installation was organised with military precision. Following the installation, John carefully explained all the components. All the supporting documents were arranged in a secure portal. John was a great help in arranging the power export, and also he helped us in discussions about energy tariffs going forward. If you are considering solar and battery and EV, you will ultimately feel like us and wish that you had done it sooner. You could not choose a better contractor than Energy Heroes. If we could give him more than 5 stars then we would!!
Energy Heroes now installed solar to 4 of our warehouses. Excellent Service. Extremely knowledgeable, work to programme, no issues at all. Highly recommended for any commercial or home installation.
Helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and reliable. After service is good too.
I have had a very good experience with Energy Heroes from initial meeting with the sales team to installation which was completed very timely with no fuss or complication.I have now had the equipment for just over three years with only a minor monitoring problem which turned out to be due to a problem with my wi-fi hub and not the installed equipment and I was assisted with excellent telephone backup from the technical department.I can confidently recommend Energy Heroes to anyone considering a solar panel installation based on my experience with them.
