Booked in to get my thermal tubes serviced and looked into because they had stopped working. Booked, person turned up on time and fixed the issue, its been a few weeks now and still working.

Pro Heating installed our oil fired heating system in 2016 and have undertaken annual maintenance ever since . We have always found them to deliver a highly professional service at a reasonable price . The engineers are very personable and leave the premises in a clean and tidy fashion . Thoroughly recommended !

Pro-Heating were helpful and knowledgable throughout the process of discussing options to cure my problems with my immersion heater. They replaced the cylinder in an efficient way, arriving on time for our appointment and leaving the whole area spotlessly clean. My hot water now works perfectly and I am delighted with the results! Outstanding work. I had an internal leak that we couldn’t identify and it caused considerable damage to the whole of our downstairs. Pro-heating located the leak from a downstairs bathroom and acted really fast to stop the leak and mend the damage done. They provided a whole team of different tradesmen who were all excellent, prompt, professional and polite. Within the work we had new bathroom fixtures, our boiler serviced and our radiators were removed and replaced for the repair which included drying out underfloors, plastering, painting and new floors. A lot of work and all finished to an excellent standard. I would highly recommend this company.

Pro Heating Services are an excellent and reliable company that I thoroughly recommend. We have had a domestic servicing/maintenance contract with them for many years, and are always impressed with their timely reminders when services are due and how quickly they address any issues found. We ported the contract across to our new property when we moved, and had no hesitation in using their services to replace the boiler in our new house too. The office staff are very communicative and efficient; and the team on the road are courteous and tidy.

Pro Heating were very good, Shaun fixed a problem with our boiler that cropped up the day before his visit to do a quote for a replacement boiler. When his quote came in, it was very competitive compared another quote, and we went with Pro-Heating. When it came to the actual installation, Ian and Sam turned up on time, were very good, and everything was done and dusted by mid-afternoon. Highly recommended.

Ian and Henry were very professional and polite. The central heating is the quietest it has ever been in 39yrs.

Absolutely brilliant . Rang up with a problem on the Wednesday the engineer rang me back with some questions fitted a new valve and changed the control unit and it' was all fixed by Friday . EXCELLENT .

Booked oil boiler service, they came promptly tbh... But stripped boiler down, had a leak and they said they unsure of part availability and will search for it. Left without getting back to me, had no boiler for 2 weeks during cold spell with young family. I phoned another plumber who instantly found part and was round the next day. For basic plumbing I am sure they are very good. But I will not be recommending them to anyone. Very disappointing.

I needed a new boiler, and Pro Heating Services were recommended on the Worcester website. I found them to be extremely efficient, prompt, friendly, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and will be using them in future for servicing and repairs. They gave me a 7 year guarantee too! I had another boiler in a separate property fitted by a local company but have had nothing but problems, for around the same price. I wish I had chosen Pro Heating for that too. Lesson learnt!

Shaun came to replace a leaking water tank today. He was so professional and nice. I needed a new timer fitted and he went to buy a new one and fitted it straight away. Everything was left near and tidy, I would highly recommend. Excellent service, thanks Shaun.
