Excellent service from start to finish from SOLAR ACRE We are extremely pleased with the installation of our solar panels and battery system on our dormer bungalow. Solar Acre handled the whole process professionally, efficiently and to a very high standard. The installation team were friendly, knowledgeable and took great care to ensure everything was fitted neatly and correctly. They worked hard, kept everything tidy and made sure we were happy with the finished installation. We would highly recommend Solar Acre to anyone considering solar panels and battery storage. A great job from start to finish, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you to the whole team! 👍😊
From first contact with Cameron he explained everything in easy to understand language not sales speech. Plenty of calls from office about the next procedure paperwork etc. On the day of fitting the solar panels the team arrived on time and done a good job, they left the site how they found it and cleaned up after themselves. I was shown how to operate the battery storage unit which was easy to do. The scaffolding was erected a few days prior to the install and was removed after fitting after 24 hours. A very good job from start to finish I would highly recommend Solar Acre, Cameron and the team from the fitters to the people you don't see on the ground but always working in the background in the office on the phones if you need help or information. Keep up the good work 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
We weren’t sure whether solar would suit our roof or how much battery storage we needed. The surveyor took time to look at our electricity use and explain the options. We came away understanding the recommendation and why it suited us. A really helpful experience
