I wasn't asked to leave a review but felt compelled. We hired JAG to replace a bathroom vanity. The job turned out to be more complex than we initially expected but it wasn't anything they couldn't handle. JAG was able to navigate each obstacle as it came up and still deliver a clean and professional result and at a fair price. I don't post reviews very often but Garth from Jag Heating & Plumbing has just completed a couple of jobs for us for which I wanted to thank him & give 5 stars for: - I phoned him in the morning for an issue with a leaking pipe. He came round 2 hours later - He fixed the issue very quickly - I asked if he had time, could he look at our shower, which also had a leak & needed re-fitting...he did this too! I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend him to others
Needed new water tank and they fitted a clever new Mixergy tank in a narrow compartment and it is fantastic. Saving me lots of money already and getting properly hot showers and good pressure. Superb service.
Messaged them on 2nd April. 24 days later still not heard from them.
Jamie and his team have always responded as quickly as possible and performed a great job, whatever is it. The bathroom installed five years ago still looks top notch and had had no issues. Anything else we've needed has always been handled very well. Definitely recommended. 👍
It was a real pleasure to see someone turn up from a trade and seem confident and capable when faced with a boiler issue. Jamie arrived 20 minutes after I called him with some queries surrounding a boiler issue. He dealt with the issue in minutes despite a few people struggling with it throughout the day. He was friendly professional and most importantly honest about the situation and didnt blow it out of proportion which he could have easily done. He was incredibly fair about the price also. A top professional! Give him a shout if you need help!
Called J.A.G out to repair leaking boiler, very responsive in getting to me, came back next day to 'repair' the leak, within 2 hours boiler was leaking again, had to call someone else out to repair properly, they found sealent shoved in a part that wasn't even causing the problem. Would not use them again.
Sorted out our landlord gas safety certificate quick response and professional manner.
Jamie of JAG Plumbing repaired my broken boiler as quickly as possible , and fitted me in to his busy schedule to change a radiator. Both jobs were carried out with the minimum of fuss and mess and I am very pleased with the outcome. Will use them again for servicing and recommend them to friends and family.
