Last night at 8.00 pm we discovered the hot water tank was leaking... wet carpets, dripping etc. not at all comfortable! So, of course, this morning - under some stress with water incursion - at 8.01 am I gave Uniplumb a call, which was answered quickly by Glen who said he would try and get someone here this morning. I was very happy that a plumber showed up soon after 11.00. He did an excellent job diagnosing a peculiar fault (leak from the thermostat enclosure). He did a great job emptying the tank, getting some new parts locally and quickly installing them. We were up and running properly by 1.00pm! I have been using Uniplumb for years on many jobs: some large e.g. wet rooms and many small e.g fixing sensors in the boiler; they have always been very responsive and competent - I would never go anywhere else! Recommended....

These guy's are 100% rip off scammers & will try'n rip you off. They came out to my property at 64 Caribou way Cambridge to do a gas safety on my rental property not knowing I was a builder in the past & they shut off the gas in the freezing cold temperatures in January saying there was a gas leak & they also said that the gas pipe on the outside wall was lose & they wanted £146 to come back to fix a couple of brackets on the wall that would have taken them 5 minutes while they were there & also they would want paying to sort the gas leak but there was no gas leak because I sent over another plumber to check & if there really was a gas leak you're supposed to shut off the gas from the outside which they didn't because there was no gas leak & the price of £146 including vat to fix a couple of brackets on the wall for the gas pipe outside took me 5 minutes but they priced up for 3hrs work & when i called there office to explain what's gone on he didn't really have any word's & that tells me there men are just following orders on how to take advantage of people or he was the culprote on the phone who did it. Now most people would have just paid without realising & then paid again to get them back

The installation of my gas boiler was completed to a high standard. I can recommend Uniplumb for their professionalism.

I remember when we first moved to the area and were looking for a plumber. It was so hard to find one that was even responsive. Then I came across uniplumb. Quick response time, friendly and give good advice from first call. Since had several jobs done to a high standard (new sinks, cabinets, shower pump, pipework) The only thing I don’t like is hourly rate rather than job price, but the end costs are reasonable nonetheless. Thanks guys.
