Can't recommend Gem Heating enough. Had a leaking pipe and they came round the next day and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently. Very responsive and friendly - great service!

Excellent service and professional and prompt.

Called Kurt with an out of hours call out due to putting a screw through a pipe, having previously using the firm for a boiler service. He managed to fit me in, get the problem sorted and even advise on the clear up. Couldn't recommend enough. Friendly polite and willing to help.

Very good service from Jesse at Gem Heating

A very neat job, which I'm really pleased with. Everything was left spotlessly clean. Gem listen to what you want and then deliver it. They are still wearing masks, which is great. Thank you, Gem!

This was the first time I had used these guys on recommendation and I am more than happy. Jesse was courteous and professional, treated this very old building with respect, leaving the place very tidy after a job that took longer than expected. Thank you.

Jesse from GEM Heating Solutions was Prompt, professional and informative. I would recommend this business for plumbing issues. I would recommend as they know what they are doing

They guys are brilliant, friendly & professional and always give excellent quality service. Highly recommended!

Kurt took a look at our boiler for us a few weeks ago after it had begun failing. He answered our call promptly and found time in his busy schedule to see us that day, and we had an accurate estimate of when he'd arrive. He quickly diagnosed (and explained) the problem and solved it with no fuss, and the boiler has been running smoothly ever since. Didn't try to foist a regular maintenance contract on us, though I know it's a service they offer. Invoice was received promptly and was easy to pay. I'd definitely recommend them.

Enthusiastic from the word go to find the solution to a problem we have had for some time. Work done for us and for Mother in Law next door. Really knowledgeable and amazingly quick. Nice people to have in the house. Highly recommended.

Gem Heating Solutions ran a cold water feed for me in my industrial unit. I found their service to be very professional and good value for money. Highly recommended and I would use again.

Kurt showed a very professional attitude and a great help in assisting me, his team are excellent engineers and done many jobs for me from boiler services, bathroom/ensuite fitting and heating systems. Highly recommend Gem Heating Solutions

We have used Gem heating for many years now both through Cambridge Garden studios and also at my own home, they have always been extremely helpful and professional throughout, It has always been an ease working with them, i highly recommend them for any plumbing or heating needs

Kurt and his team were professional, polite, and courteous. The job was finished within the predicted timescale and according to the estimate. We are very pleased with the result and would not hesitate in recommending Gem Heating Solutions.

Gem Heating Solutions replaced our boiler, moving it from the kitchen into loft space, changing it to a Combi Boiler, which they recommended. It is so much better. Given us space in the kitchen and it is so much more economical. They provided a great service all at good value. We have had them back since to fit a new shower room with toilet & sink, all brilliant. Don't think there is anything in the heating & plumbing side that they can't do. Can't recommend them highly enough!! Thank you Gem Heating Solutions.
